    Our sale item didn't automatically ring up as on sale, so the cashier had to manually punch in the discount. If we hadn't caught that error, we would have unwittingly paid the full price. So I went to the service desk and asked to speak to the manager. He came over and I asked why the cash register didn't deduct the sale discount automatically, and that the cashier had to enter the sale price manually. His attitude was that as long as I received the sale price then what's my problem. I had to ask the same question again. He spoke loudly and degrading to my, as if I were a child who couldn't understand him. Yet, he couldn't answer my simple question. The man was not professional and I didn't think he had the intelligence to answer a simple question. Sadly, he was hired to be manager for reasons other than having leadership skills. A big mouth and a degrading attitude are not leadership skills. The man seemed to have the intelligence of a child in the first grade, because he couldn't answer a simple question... Instead spoke down to me very loudly to hide his lack of intelligence. We won't be shopping at this low grade store ever again. Less than one star review for this store.

    I just bought a product, it's a brownie box, I think the brand is fiber one. On my way home, my husband took a bite of the brownie and I noticed that the product had expired 4 months ago. I returned to Sam's Club and they simply changed the product without caring our health for having consumed a product with a 4-month expiration date. This is a danger for people's health. The customer service didn't do anything to remove all the expired product, we waste time, money and health to return the product.

    PLEASE get out of the made to order bakery business! The individuals answering the phones and taking in person orders are extremely rude and unprofessional. You get the impression that you're pulling them away from some task of greater importance. Suggestion: create a separate sector that solely deals with made to order customers, try online ordering or perhaps a call center. The products are some of the best in the area, a bit pricey on some items, however you get what you pay for, BUT please hold the attitude

    They are always helpful. David is my favorite cashier and even when I am just going in to the cafe to grab a bite to eat I love seeing him. The ladies in the cafe are always nice. Hoping they can fully staff the cafe so it is open when it should be.

    They were busy but they could of had someone gather carts. There were none inside as you entered the store. Lines were long but we used scan as you go and had no problems getting what we needed and getting out

    where do i start.. placed an order for same day delivery and the never delivered it, when i called in i was told "we are definitely getting it out to you asap" and finally after three days i got notification that they just outright canceled the order. after that happened i placed an order for pick up and my wife went to get it and it was full of the wrong items. if you have any expections of getting your stuff correctly or on time you should go to costco instead.

    I am more comfortable with with Sam’s club than Costco. Their scan and go for check out and gas station is really helpful. Another thing is the waiting time for gas is not much. Usually have available parking spot, do not have to do couple of round to have parking. I do not have really big city experience on this case though!

    Scott and Beatrice in the pharmacy are outstanding! Such great patient care from them both. I have used Sams for years and it’s always a joy to see them!
