Let me tell you what these guys did for me .. I'm not one to drink a lot of coffee but I love your mini cans of caramel frappes you buy in the store. I asked for a frappe shaken and not blended... Yes I got a few weird looks but OH MY GOSH!!! They actually did it for me and tasted amazingly like your mini cans!!! This is now my new favorite next to the dragon refresher! They are always busy which we don't mind because they are always helpful and make your drinks right... We go here almost every Saturday!!! Thank you guys for making me love my drink!!!

Nice, newer Starbucks. Good flow in store. Indoor and outdoor seating, close to 75 interstate. Fairly quick service. Many people in there on laptops, so a good place to hangout or do work. Decent amount of seating if you include outdoor seating. Close to many restaurants and the AMC theatres are right across the interstate.

The barista who served me was very nice and professional. I enjoyed gabbing with him for a quick second before I got my food and the food was also good.

Jacob was very helpful. Great customer service!! Bought some mugs with his assistance and patience. My Grande Americano blonde esspresso tasted a little weak and wasn't near as hot as usual. But...will be back. Thank you!

Arrived at 7:55 am. Went inside. This on line to order. Ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato. Waited 15 min for the coffee. Yeah, it was the morning rush hour. About average I guess.

I enjoy coming to this location. The staff is always very nice and the drinks are perfect. Also my dog enjoys his pup cups very much and everyone is always very excited to hand it to the dog when I order one.

Peyton is the perfect example of great customer service! I’m having the best day because this young man’s smile and personality lit up my morning!

It seems they place priority over the drive up then when you walk inside. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get one beverage to go. The wait to get one espresso was terribly terribly long today. At this particular Starbucks, it seems that the drive up is always quicker. But of course, I do love their coffee and everything else.

I am frustrated that I’m paying 6.45 for a coffee and instead receiving milk. Even when asking light of everything. Some people enjoy the taste of coffee yall. The workers have all been extremely sweet though. Just frustrating that usually I don’t have the time to stop and have them fix the coffee nor do I wish to hold up a line over it. Just stop putting so much milk please! Easier to add than take away.

SOMEONE ADDING GIFT CARDS ON MY CREDIT CARD AFTER I LEAVE. I go to the Starbucks on Tylersville Road in West Chester at least twice a week and spend $15-$20. In the last few months almost every other to every third time I go our identity gets stolen. A bunch of Starbucks gift cards Get added to my order after I leave. I have called and asked to talk to a manager to see if this is happening to other and he said no. I can't be the only one this is happening to. I will not be going back.
