I don't appreciate the nasty attitude from the young lady at the window! I accidentally ordered lite coconut milk instead of extra in the mobile app, and when I was trying to explain in a nice tone she gets an attitude and starts talking smack to her coworkers. So when I asked for it to be remade she slams the window. I could understand if I was rude or demanding but I was neither! She needs an attitude adjustment in the most serious way. She had it remade but her passive-aggressive "have a nice day" was bs.

Oh joy! Last time I was out this way this ⭐-B's wasn't here. Excellent customer service and expert level drive thru times as always at ⭐-B's. Clean well maintained grounds as always, bathrooms are clean enough to eat in and all the employees always wear smiles and greet you with eye contact every time, all the time. Every drink I've ever had has been perfect or replaced with an honest sense of sorrow for wasting my time. Consistency is what drives me here, well and the $5 cups of amazing coffee, my go to is the <3 Venti Caramel Macchiato <3 Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day I come to here or other locations and always, always get the same service and coffee made exact same, every time! Only companies like Tesla and UBREAKIFIX offer consistency in its services and customer service like ⭐-B's. I'm more than a fan, at least 10 years of ⭐-B's and never had any problems or complaints.

My favorite location in farifield. I generally only visit on the weekends to buy my wife coffee. I usually stop by rather early in the morning. The staff is usually super fast and efficient. On the rare occasion I have ran into a long line in the drive through it moves at a pretty decent pace provided there isn't a car ordering for the entire capacity of the car. I much prefer this location of the Jungle Jim's. The staff is a lot more friendly and the place is always firing on all cylinders. I drive further to order from here for a reason. I've never had a bad experience here.

The place is clean and nice but they often lack items: you order online, come to pick up to find out they are out of some items which were not marked unavailable online…

I went in to buy coffee , it took me a bit for someone to take my orders, the worst part is they completely ignored and forgot my order. I had to say loud where is my coffee? People working there need real customer service training

I literally got arrested today because of Tahlia and other supervisor there. I simply went to clear up a few things with them according to my drink that every time I order it and Tahlia is there she has decided to be smart and sarcastic smart and rude towards me. She is a pathological liar and just a Karen. I don’t understand how place like this hire people like her and other I don’t remember there names. Because of this bad experience where I was charged with traspassing and failure to identify when that was the first thing I did when officers arrive to the scene was present my self with my name. I was corgial and respectful towards everyone and I still got hand cuffed for no reason just because they wanted to flex the authority and violate my rights. It’s ridiculous. I’m currently trespassed permanently and because of Tahlia and the other supervisor I’m technically banned from going here for ever. It’s ok cause after today I’m not bringing my business here no more and I’m quitting starbucks for good. I will share with everyone my horrible experience here and how Fairfield police violated my rights as well just to flex they authority like the mayority of the cops that fit in the bunch are use to doing anyways. There was no need for me to identify my self with giving an ID if I didn’t commit no crime. I know my rights. I guess they like many cops don’t respect there oat they swore to protect and with held. I will be gething a lawyer and filling complaints agains then officiers that violated my rights. I also have it all in camera for my protection and there’s. Wait for the next update guys. They all need to be held accountable for there horrible actions taken today for no reason. I never committed any crime to be traspassed from here at all. Hey I guess in this country policy always rules of law smh! I was falsely accused for things I’ve never done. They speak about all the clients that go there and if you had or experience a problem with your drink becuase they are not professionals or adults they will talk behind you and lie about how you are towards them. It’s a shame there’s people like this in the world but hey. The only thing we can do is be light where there so much darkness in people.

They never make the drinks right, at first I thought maybe because they’re busy but then even when they’re slow. If you ask for something specific the barista doesn’t read the order. I got tired of telling them so I’ve been going to other places to get my coffee lately. I think it’s lack of training and lack of attention to detail. They’re friendly, but not trained to read the coffee orders properly. Maybe they can’t find good people. I try not be to Karen so I just take my drink and go I stopped complaining and make the adjustments when I get home. But when they charge you for extra espresso and not put it in your drink that annoys me.

This location is usually the best! Today I came and the manager Talia was the nastiest unprofessional person they may have there. I don't believe this company would ever want someone like her to represent them

Sept 19, 2023...just went through drive tru....ordered venti caramel macchiato & venti iced shaken espresso.....HORRIBLE...SIMPLY HORRIBLE.....nothing but an OVERPRICED venti of milk & caramel....so very inconsistent for the baresta's @ this location...we go every day & order the same thing & ALWAYS is made different than what it should be. Thinking about boycotting & save $$$ and make our own drinks at home
