My grandson’s 13th birthday and he brought two friends and he had a total blast. This place was clean. Staff was friendly and nice thank you. I will be back I would recommend to go you have fun!

I'm sure this facility would have been great, except that no one bothered to update the hours. We arrived at 10am to learn that they weren't opening for two more hours, which differed from the hours posted online.

We had such a good time tonight. They had carnival night for the members. My son and grandson loved it.

We like coming here Tyreke is very nice. He has great customer service skills and he goes above and beyond to make sure the guest are fine and enjoy there time out. Brazil is also amazing. Good job you two

Omg we came for my grandson birthday and has the BEST time!! Tariq was our helper and I cant remember the hostess name but they were great. Everything was great from the food, set up, play area and attention that they gave us. We were able to decorate the room with our own decorations and bring outside food which was awesome. I recommend this place and we can't wait to go back! The kids are so excited to come back, I think next time I will get in the pit!!

The place was clean with great customer service. We paid $18.30 per ticket, and that was a Groupon ticket. I think that's a little high since the place isn't as big as the others, but my boys had lots of fun there. The obstacle course was kinda nice. It was mediocre.

Birthday party for my great niece. The place wasn't crowded and the party room was OK. Some of the seats were a little iffy and the coordinator wasn't very helpful but was nice once the party was over

Thank you Brazil for your hard work and dedication make me and my family happy. She was very friendly, very professional she bought my food out to me with a smile on her face. She also kept the eating area clean. I just enjoyed watching how she engaged with the customers. Also I want to give a job well done to Tyreke as well, he made sure each customer was enjoying themselves as well job well done guys thanks for your professionalism!!😉

I attended Sky Zone with my children last weekend and the whole staff showed us great care and service. We played a game of dodgeball with an employee named Kyle, who had made us feel comfortable to let loose and have a great time. He connected with my sons over sports and made some good conversation with us. I will 100% come again and recommend to everyone!

Tyreke signed us in July for a membership and he was great. He is still great. I'm in management and would love to have this guy in my team because of his customer service skill. He makes my whole family feel like we were at home whenever we show up at sky zone. My kids are always excited and comfortable in the environment. I observed his relationship with his coworkers, it's impeccable, excellent to say the least. I mean I saw his coworkers call on him for assistance, the guys shows up and get right to it. He knows what he is doing and loves people. He is definitely the guy for the job. I live far and have to drive long distance because of it I can't come as often as I want to or my kids want me to.

My children and I became a VIP member a month ago and we absolutely love Tyreke and Shaniah.. They are very professional and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are 110% satisfied.. I would highly recommend having your child’s birthday party here as they have good leads to run their parties… The food is great and affordabled to accommodate your family… We absolutely love Sky Zone!!!!
