Very unprofessional. They kept me waiting 3 hours to do DOT physical exam. After long time I was advised that they short for a doctor. This is ridiculous. Why would you steal my time? Why I was not advised from the beginning that it will take more than 3 hours? All my plans shifted back now. The Exam cost me $130 and I was surprised. You pay this much to wait 3 hours. Very unprofessional and they do not respect others at all. After my complain I was told that someone will be shortly and they made me wait another 40 minutes and doctor been seating and just watching. He is not a real doctor, he is a Joke. This place is disgusting.

I went in for a basic drug test on a Thursday afternoon and my potential employer notified me on Sunday, that I can't start Monday. I called the urgent care Monday and they said they haven't got tested it yet. I would not recommend this place because they are busy and the people that work there get by I suppose. Everywhere else is faster, please never go there.

Showed up to the place for a pre-employment physical/drug test about 2.5-3 hours before I needed to go to work... I thought that would be plenty of time to wait in line, complete the testing requirements, maybe get some lunch before my shift and make the short 15 minute drive to work after. Nope! Not even close. Bring your patience with you and arrive with plenty of time before your next obligation, and I mean PLENTY of time. Maybe consider that you'll be there for half of your day or more.

I wish I could give a better review but the nurse in the back that actually took my sample and everything was really rude during the entire process. The ladies in the front were very polite.

The only plus is that they did, indeed, do my physical and drug screening. Doctor also seemed competent and approachable, although I only spoke very shortly with them. The negatives however... No appointments possible, so you have to walk in & wait hours to be seen. Took me probably 3 hours total to get my work done. For camparison, the last time I did this elsewhere, it was over in maybe 15 minutes. Their equipment itself is quite rudimentary. Their hearing test, specifically, looked straight out of the 70s and one side of the headset would cut out randomly. (Yes, my hearing is fine 😂). Definitely wouldn't trust them for regular physicals. Feels like they could easily misdiagnose or miss something entirely. My biggest gripe, however, was that this was my first healthcare experience that I genuinely felt uncomfortable. The nurse was incredibly impersonal, gave me little to no instructions as we wandered around doing various checkups, and got aggravated at any simple questions. At my last stop of the day, instead of explaining that the doctor would be in to give the remainder of the physical, she just told me to wait in a room where I sat alone for 20 minutes with zero context. If you *have* to go here, be ready to be patient, and maybe go in the middle of the week. If you have a choice, this one should be your last.

People were professional, friendly, and very efficient. The whole process took about 30 minutes. There were probably 8 patients in the waiting room. They had us all out of there in no time.

By coincidence I bumped into a doctor who used to work for Le Bon Samaritan, a hospital in my hometown—Limbe. He and I had a great conversation. My instant could tell me that he’s a great doctor. Excellent is the adjective that I could utilize how the whole staff was treating me.

The techs and dr were great. Check in not so much. They spent more time telling each other stories then they did processing patients in. Sounded like a chicken house….. a lot of clucking but not much working. Over an hour to get me signed in for a physical and only 5 other people in the waiting room.

I had to go to this particular Concentra per my works request for standard pre-employment drug screen and breathalyzer. When I got there I noticed two doors. One for drug testers and one for urgent care. The room for drug testers was stark, bland, devoid of color, magazines, posters or tvs. The urgent care side offered all there things to those customers. I honestly felt like I was being judged by the front desk staff (at least the woman to took my info) as if I was a habitual user. Which I’m not. I am a physician and this was purely just a matter of formality as part of my employment. I felt shamed and embarrassed to be sitting on the “drug tester side” and was treated 100% differently than the other people. I had to go there but if I had a choice I would NEVER EVER EVER go back there again. It was truly embarrassing and stigmatizing.

Came in for a drug test and physical at 12:20. When I got here there were two people here. I am currently still sitting here. They kept messing up my paperwork and I kept having to do things over. About 7 people went before me even tho I should have went next. I waited 2 hours to go back, then then when they put me in the room to wait for the doctor I waited for another 50mins. Completely ridiculous, so many other things I can write but I will not.

Easy location to get to. Staff was professional, & efficient. The drug testing & physicals themselves, were straightforward, & quick enough. The only thing that was any trouble was having to go through different sites on my phone, in order to fill out the pre-exam questionaire. Could've been an easier way, but it wasn't too terrible. Staff at the desk was very helpful. Overall, a pretty simple thing.

Although the wait for a blood draw was a little long, I was so impressed by the staff. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Keep up the great work! Kudos to your culture and management!

Went to this location for a urine test for a new job. Staff were polite, waiting room nearly full so I had to wait longer than I’d hoped. The tech processing my sample kept her back to me most of the time and I was unable to observe her seal the sample etc…although I could see the finished product at the end. My results came back clear but I would’ve appreciated a bit more transparency through the process.

Everyone was very nice. The only thing that bothered me was the nurse practioner was constantly yawning. Zoning out in front of the computer. Didn't have the greatest personality.

Saw me right away, were very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of some extensive blood work for my pre-op. All test results were sent to my surgeon as soon as they got them back from the lab! This was the first time I used Concentra but I will definitely go back when need be.

Location was convenient. They were covered in my network under my insurance plan. Unfortunately my prescribed meds were not fully covered by my insurance. Went in to have an arm rash looked at. From the time i checked in and filled out the paperwork to when i got a prescription and headed out total time spent there was between 1.5-2 hrs. Associates were friendly and helpful. My only gripes were that, despite my having filled out the paperwork requested of me, my name on the record was still somehow misspelled. Also they recorded that I smoke a pipe. But there was never any conversation about pipes. Only that I’ve never smoked or done drugs. Lol. How does one do those data entry errors when it’s in writing, on paper, several times? I have decent writing too!

I made an appointment which is what was recommended. My appointment was at 10am, I arrived at 9:45am and was not seen until 12pm. The NP I saw was rude and seemed overwhelmed. She asked me 3 times what medications do I take. If it wasn't for the fact that my job sent me there for a work physical I would have left and went to my own doctor.

The young lady who initially took me back was very nice, polite, and attentive. She made me feel comfortable. She did her job in a professional manner. Very clean, safety precautions, far as sanitizing the eye testing area, etc. Staff in the Reception area, were very polite, informative, and got the people through the process in an orderly manner.

I went there for a pre employment drug screening. The entire process went well. My wait was minimal and the medical staff was very professional. I have previously been to this location for my DOT physical and it was that visit was also quite pleasant. Thank you to everyone at that location for making the process as streamlined as it is!

I wish I had gotten the receptionist name but she was great. She made a bad day better when my job sent me with 15% of what I needed. She really went the extra mile so I wouldn't have to reschedule or spend all day there. Again she's a 5 star lady..

Needed a DOT physical for work. The experience was positive from several perspectives. The staff was professional and helpful with some new to me procedures. The whole process was quicker than I have experienced at other sites. And finally, the doctor listened patiently. I didn't feel like just another number.

I called to ask if they could treat my symptoms and instead of saying that they could or not they decided it only asked for insurance. The representative did not even put any effort into saying that I could go there for my symptoms to be treated. They told me to go to a different facility instead of telling me if I can or not.

Quick service once I was in. When I initially called to attempt and make an appointment, a recording told me to just walk in between these hours, no appointment needed. However, when I walked in, the type of blood work I needed done had to be completed before 3pm each day. It would have been beneficial to have that information ahead of time (like a disclaimer on the recording) to save me a trip.

I was sent here by a new job for cdl physical and drug test, this place was fast and efficient only thing I disliked was the electronic forms sent to your phone didn't have good enough service to fill out so I had to use thier tablet but very friendly staff and wasn't in issue in the end

I visited for a work physical and was very pleased with how polite and efficient the staff was. My office did not send over the proper paperwork, so the staff allowed me as much time as necessary to get the paperwork corrected and continued to check on me and update me throughout the process. I appreciate that in a fast paced environment I did not feel rushed or as if my situation was problematic to the employees there.
