I have a good experience here. Polite staff and served warm foods. Thumbs up.

It's one of the good option to have food in Motorcity area. The burger was very good and tasty but the service they provide here is little bit slow... And I had lunch meal it's very good option with reasonable price it comes with 2 burgers with chicken & beef burgers and also Pepsi with french fries 🤤✌️ It's very good taste. It's with drive thru and dine available.

I have become such a big fan of Hardee’s Angus Swiss Mushroom Beef burger and their spicy curly fries. The fact that they serve it with coke over Pepsi is what completes this entire meal. I only had this burger and I couldn’t part away from it to try other items on the menu. It is so good but also so unhealthy; in a very good and comforting way. Their beef quality is the best. ✨ The food delivered is crazy hot and it smells so heavenly. I am such a big fan you have no idea

We bought are meals at 2:30 am from Hardee’s Motor city, we ordered angus Swiss mushroom, it was the worst thing I ever ate in my life. We kept getting small bones in our bites from the meat and the curly fries were not fried well. It was absolutely disgusting and not eatable.

The meal arrived 45 minutes late the packaging was all open and the entire food looked that it has come out of a garbage bag… the manager blames this lack of service on Friday night being busy? Wow.. the entire meal was returned and a full refund requested.

I’ve never had a Hardees burger this terrible . The bun was stale and the Angus was so dry . Their mushroom Swiss is my all time favourite. But this was so bad. Ordered a chicken burger without tomatoes but the dietary instructions weren’t followed. Never ordering from this branch ever!

Unfortunately, my visit to Hardee’s was disappointing. Not only was my order incorrect, but the fries and burges were cold and not fresh, which was quite disappointing. To add to the frustration, the customer service was not good. Hoping for better quality and service in the future.

Delivery was late, burger was cold and they send me plain burger wherein I didn’t request for plain. Very disappointed

I made an order for delivery and it has been delayed for more than 2 hours until I had to cancel the order. While contacting the restaurant, the staff kept claiming that the driver is on his way for 2 hours despite my location is just 10 minutes away from the branch location. So disappointing!

Food amazing as always but the service in drive through, well, I work in customer service too and I don’t always like my job but I keep it professional simply because I signed in for that job - nobody is holding me with chains there. So if I wanna order something not knowing the full name but just a part it (star) and I hear that they don’t have anythIng like that, but then I see the menu and I prove the item with ‘star’ exists…. Then come on, just be nice. Nobody asks you to smile 24/7 Just act nicely so it will make that persons day and will improve your night shift which I’m sorry for, but again - you don’t like the job, you search for something else. Great service. Kopila is a wonderful associate. She was patient, listened, and gave answers to the queries we had. One point of concern was the AC on at the counter only whilst internal seating area is quite warm.

Very bad quality of meet in this burgers. I will not recommend to eat anything with meat or chicken. Has a smell of toilet. Burger is full of mayo and unnecessary pickles!!!!! DISASTER

The food is good however the service is poor we are always waiting for 30 mins to get our order,last time they asked us to wait because the card machine is not working and we wait for 30mins ,and it's useless becoz at the end they don't have any solution very poor service

Under par performance and clueless management! Had lunch with kids and ordered 3 Double Gold Rush Combo. The bacon was not prepared to standards, so we just took it out as in a hurry and had no time to get a new order. Before leaving I showed the unfried bacon to the manager and explained to him the situation, and that the bacon need to be fried to a crispy state, like on the big picture in the store showing how fried bacon looks like. He insisted they had followed cooking instructions from HQ, but could not understand the basic problem in my complaint, hence showing a lack of product knowledge as well as general food knowledge. Very disappointing. The pictures speaks for themselves 🤮

Hardee’s is a good alternative for McDo for sure. My kids love it equally much if not more, especially the fries are considerably better than those of other comparable fast food brands. This Hardee’s had a very convenient drive-through and plenty of paid and free parking around. The dine-in area is very small so it tailors mostly to deliveries - done by Hardee’s themselves and take-away! Staff could be a bit more customer - oriented to be honest !

Ordered several times, always cold. Last time ordered, it got cancelled after 1hr, no explanation just sorry for the inconvenience. could have ordered somewhere else but they take too long to reply. always cheating with the timings, terrible branch, used to be good. what a shame

This is one of my favourite spot for the burger ...I just love the chicken burger here with spicy fries ...its one of the cheapest combo available with great taste .. staffs are very friendly. The only thing I wish is there should have been more seats ...its a small place... except that everything is super cool here. If you are a burger fan then I suggest you to visit here atleast once to try and feel the taste.

They bring loaded fries in burger packing without any information and when requested to make it same as shown in picture then one of the staff behavior changed like I asked to give her salary. At this winter time, temperature kept on low. It was too cold. Overall rest of order is fine

We ordered at 1 pm the delivery came with cold food at 2:30pm we rejected the food and ask to bring new one and it is 4 pm and the food didn't come yet very bad experience ,call center are useless never going to order again 😡😡😡

Yesterday ordered cheesestake sandwich via Talabat application from Dubai-Motor city branch. The burger was not cooked at all. I throw the sandwich and didn't eat it. If I had enough time Yesterday and if the Municipality is open,I would go to Dubai Municipality and file a complaint with the incident.

Whenever i m in motor city area will definitely visit them. Their everyfood is tasty and usually order the burger and wrap. Drive through is very quick. The best thing they do in this summer, whenever we order food they provide water so if the person is thristy can have and wait till food is ready.👍👍

Took over an hour and 15 minutes to deliver our lunch order and when it finally arrived the paper bag was falling apart and soaking wet because of the steam. Everything has spilled over. Neither Hardee’s nor Deliveroo took any responsibility with one blaming the other. I’m surprised to see similar negative reviews since over a year yet they have not changed their behavior.

Drive through accessible, quick friendly service with made to order food, priced accordingly. Staff was friendly despite probably being annoyed with the language barrier (I had a hard time understanding over the speaker box). They were very patient and friendly.

Ordered a vanilla milk shake - a drive thru order. Be ready to raise your voice while ordering to balance out the next door kartdrome noise.😃 Meanwhile enjoyed the milkshake 👌
