The worst customer service ever

You cannot trust this jeweler. As while taking the gold they are good at service. But after sales, they don’t care about the customer. Not at all customer oriented. I have been following up with them since more than a week regarding my request they are not responding at all.

Sales woman was least bother to attend you even after waiting for enough time. She kept turning her neck here and there doing nothing but didn't bother to attend.
