Kaatupasi Restaurant - Our Sunday was perfect with home-cooked meals. There was a similar feeling to the hotels in Madurai that we used to visit back home, but in a more modern way. Excellent welcome. Owner of restaurant stands at counter. Therefore, we received a soft placement. The menu is quite impressive and well selected items that will leave one with a sense of taste. We ordered Mutton & Chicken Biryani (Seeraga Samba Rice). I've always been a Rice Priyan. I reviewed the non-vegetarian meal menu. It offered a variety of meals as well. Ordered Fish Option Meals. In Chennai, I had the opportunity to travel to various states and taste a variety of foods. To me, it smelled and tasted the same. In addition, my younger son has a special need. He doesn't eat in hotels. He ate only the food he received from his mother, and if he liked it, he continued to eat it. Otherwise, he would have forced us out. I was pleased to see he was able to taste both types of Biryani here. "Kaatupasi Restaurant" is highly recommended, and I have already referred it to all my friends. It is recommended that readers visit and taste Indian traditional food. My words above are purely from the heart.

Tasty food, I love south Indian foods, so often I try in different SI restaurants, I ordered their Chicken thali, food was delicious & tasty. Also I order their mutton nalli biriyani. Which was very tasty. Definitely a must try restaurant. Price also super reasonable. Very nice location of this restaurant. Hope once the construction of building next to it will finish, this location will be more popular.

I must say, I was quite disappointed with the masala dosa I had for dinner. The dosa was overly greasy, and the potato filling lacked flavor. It was underwhelming, and the overall taste.The accompanying coconut chutney and sambar is much better I wouldn't recommend it for dinner if you're looking for a satisfying dosa experience... The coffee was absolutely fantastic 😍👌👌👌💯💯💯. It had a rich, bold flavor with just the right amount of bitterness and a smooth finish. The aroma alone was enough to perk up my senses. It's a must-try for any coffee enthusiast❤️❤️☕☕☕ The aroma was inviting, and it was served at the perfect temperature. It's a great place to enjoy a quality cup of coffee ☕☕😄

i have seen this restaurant name whenever i pass by this road, so jus tried today. its well maintained small chettinad restaurant, but their menu is amazing. I tried their angler meals which is specially sea food meals. amazing taste also they serve biriyani in buckets. but whatever food i had today utterly buttery delicious. do try this. only back draw was there are so many items in angler meals waiters missed 3 to 4 small items which is ok. its a must try restaurant for food lovers......

Seating space is very congested. We wanted lollipop chicken biryani, naatukozhi biryani, filter coffee which they said got over!we had been there by 9 for dinner and had to wait for 20mins to get in. Later we ordered bun porotta, mutton curry, kal dosai, masala kalakki, nalli biryani, chicken chukka biryani which was all tasty and quantity good.gulab jamun was good butbwe ordered jigarthanda which was not at all tasting like jigarthanda. So overall an average restaurant.

The food was great and quite the different experience, we stumbled upon this hidden gem. A great discovery. Highly affordable and what a spread it was😁

We had a get-together last week and we were amazed by the food quality and flavours at this restaurant ! We tried a number of dishes but would like to make special mentions of their biryanis, Bahubali dosa and fry dishes.. they also had good egg dishes (kalakis).. service was good and we will definitely come back for more :) Spl thanks to Tamil (Owner) who made us feel comfortable and gave excellent recommendations ! kudos team ! We booked ifthar last week! As i heard their kanji was very good! Their ifthar menu was very nice and reasonable price! Food was tasty and quantity was good! All the items in ifthar menu was very yummy! Only thing they are not very spacious which is very uncomfortable to sit and eat! Overall a must try chettinad restaurant for its taste! Happy eating!
