So happy with how this clinic is managed, right from the utility person to the manager of the clinic has the right attitude, they truly live by the saying, customer is the king. Pleased that I made the choice to take my mother to this clinic, she was well taken care off. Even though there was a waiting period for the test, they ensured that they did everything to make it a smooth experience. It is well equipped clinic, with lab and all facilities. WiFi is also available. Set in a prime location, with plenty of free parking in front as well as behind, makes it a easy place to go to. Overall great experience. Will go back for sure! Keep it up.

Went there thinking it would be a long wait but I got attended to very fast. The staff are very courteous too. I saw that everyone including the doctors are very pleasant and helpful. Best part is that the clinic has plenty of parking and it's well equipped.

Waited almost 2 hours to see doctors when I was sick. Entire clinic is operated by 1 doctor, never suggested to visit Aster, Doctor inside but no idea what is happening as the calling screen doesn’t have any call out.

I went for my kid to get treated, wait time is more than 2 hours, what is the use of visiting clinics, would rather chose other clinics but not aster. Poor service, Long wait times, no respect for sick kids , congested place

I visited the clinic and the time of my visit was 9:30 pm. I have been told by the staff that we are done for the day and we are not anymore accepting any patients now. Even I told them that I am not feeling well and it’s still more than 1.5 hours ahead of the closing time. They in return mentioned that Doctors already closed the appointments for the day. If this is the case then you should not mention the timings from morning 8 to 11 pm in the evening. This is misleading information to the public. I strongly will not recommend Aster to my friends and family. I will also raise this issue with our insurance provider and DHA.
