The hotel is clean with a nice price, food is good, the staff are amazing and friendly too. The hotel always offers discounts for anyone staying in the hotel for all services, so go and enjoy. Also, the Hotel have a private beach and there is a 3rd partner available for boats and jet-skis for more fun with a reasonable prices, also they provide discounts for the Hotel residence.

Twice my wife and I were put in an embarrassing situation. First a hotel employee approached my wife at the beach and asked her if she was a resident of the resort, she said yes, and yet was asked to proof that while no one else was asked to do so, may be because my wife is not blond. Second time was when I renewed my reservation for another 3 nights, went down for a breakfast in the morning as usual, to be told while having breakfast and in front of everyone that breakfast was not included in this reservation like the previous one although I paid the same amount and was not notified that nothing was included this time. I will save myself and my family embarrassment next time I visit Dubai by not staying at this hotel anymore. On the other hand, hotel employees were very polite and kind, but may be not well trained on how to treat guests who are not white and blond respectfully. By the way, I have been to 3 star hotels that had better rooms and service, this hotel is overrated.

The whole stay at this place was seamless. Except when we checked out of the room, realized we had forgotten our passports and when we came back to get them the receptionist (said he was the duty manager but I doubt) tried to charge us for a broken lamp + refused to handover our passports. When they showed me the picture (see attached) it seemed like only the hook was out. Me and my friend went into the room, we managed to fix it ourselves while one of the assistants watched. The technical guy came and confirmed the same that the lamp was not broken. My question: what sort of a hotel are you running if you’re not even confirming if the property is actually damaged before charging someone? Every experience depends on the last impression you have. And must I say I am truly disappointed that a hotel on JBR, one of the most esteemed names in the hotelier industry acts like this. We visit Dubai quiet often and will make it a point not to visit here again. The two stars added are only for the guy who assisted us with putting the bags into the car. He was super sweet.

The beach waters were fine but salty. I liked the good work done by ,the lifeguard security team on the shores, Thanks so much for ensuring that people swimming are safe by showing them the no go areas (limited areas). Big thanks to the security team at the entrance,, thanks so much for being organized even though people were trying to disturb you. Snacks, ice cream and soft drinks sellers thanks for being organized and clean. Though at some point ,some were expensive. Cleaners, thanks so much for ensuring the cleanliness of the area . Huge big thanks to the management for everything.

Absolutely love Dubai Sheraton is a great place to stay perfect location with everything you need right on the foot step. Hotel is now going to be under renovation but the facilities were great whilst we were there a lovely beach and great staff. Had spa treatments which are very good.

great place for family vacation. there is a pool, bar, beach. interesting program and event. You can take two children under 12 with you free of charge. everything is thought out to the smallest detail. thanks for the harvest

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Everything is around you in jumera walk and it’s filled with restaurants and shops. There are plenty of taxis outside at all times and there are many car rental shops very close to it. The rooms where very spacious and well kept and the staff were extremely friendly and helped us with every need and request and were very fast. The facilities are great and well kept as well. The pool and beach view with the beach access are amazing and the over all stay felt very grand. Would definitely visit again.

Two things make the Sheraton such a great choice: the exceptional staff throughout all areas and the marvellous location with its own spacious beach and greens. Everybody across Club Lounge, Breakfast restaurant, Spa, Housekeeping ans Reception is courteous, knowledgeable and proactive in providing really great hospitality. The status recognition is perfect with the lounge being way above expectations in terms of offered food and drinks, views and service level. Rarely before have I ever experienced such a genuine way of interaction in a hotel with follow-up conversations and a pleasant surprise (farewell present) on the last day of the stay. The location makes the hotel feel like an oasis and there were always sufficient deck chairs available. The gym could be maybe upgraded and enhanced by bottled water.

Old but GOLD! Perfect cozy place with very nice and friendly staff from front desk, thanks to Ms Justine, to F&B thanks to chef Jonathan! Clean comfy rooms, very nice pool and beach, great activities and really close to bridge link to Blue waters! Highly recommended!

Original hotel built before all the skyscrapers but on waters edge and has a lovely feel about it. Reception staff were nice but pool boys grumpy for some reason. Easy access to JBR and Bluewater. Recommended for a weekend away.

We felt in love with this hotel and felt so sad to leave because when we wanted to extend the hotel was fully booked. Rooms would definitely need a lift up but the staff are amazing with the utmost level of hospitality , Roshnee, Ari, Olivier, Sudeep. From housekeeping to Restaurant, Concierge even security, everyone was nice and smiling , Warmest Regards.

POOL/BEACH day review The entrance price is very fair (also deals available like entertainer) Once arrived you can really notice this is one of the older buildings in JBR, the pool area looks a bit out dated and is really missing the luxury vibes you can experience in many places around. The prices on the menu on the other side are similar as the other more modern places so a bit to expensive if you’re ask my opinion. The salad with salmon and avocado was very tasty 😋

Our stay here was very nice and pleasant. All employees were very attentive and courteous. Although the floor covering at the pool was renewed, we could always use it with small restrictions. At the pool bar, Ermias read every wish from our eyes. We will be happy to come back.

This hotel is great! It's on the right place with a private beach! When you book a lounge room you have the pleasure of refreshments and cold drinks, water and soft drinks all day long. in the evening there is a happy hour with alcoholic drinks. The staff is super nice. The environment is beautiful. Right across to the Dubai Ainn. All eateries within walking distance. We will definitely go here again!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Demi, Sibo and the staff in the Club Lounge, superb. Great location, private section of the beach. The bars offer everything you could want on a holiday. All I can add is thank you. 👍👍👍🍾🍻🎅

Excelente location and service. Rooms are very vintage, it needs an upgrade. The hotel offers most of the amenities you need in Marina, including beach access. Food was good but it requires a bit more work for breakfast brunch.

Am definitely not coming back to this hotel… Staff 10/10 Food 10/10 Services 10/10 Hotel policy 3/10 Everything in this hotel is perfect except when it comes to management… I have been into many Marriott hotels and let me tell you this… I have never heard of such policies they implemented in here. Wish they can take care of their loyal customers.

If you are visiting Dubai, you have to stay here ... the staff are so helpful and polite, and always happy to help. The hotel has a few restaurants and they are all amazing especially the Peacock restaurant, if you ever visit get the duck and the kung pao chicken... so fresh and tasty I would fly back now for it!! The hotel location is on JBR walk is faultless, with a pool and fantastic attentive staff and private beach. I will definitely go back and stay here and would recommend to everyone!!!

We were at a family pool party on Sat! really liked it. many activities for children, ice cream)))) And delicious food and drinks for adults. Have access to the beach 🏖️ We had a great time with the family !

We enjoyed our stopover immensely at this hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are a wide range of choices for eating and also for activities.

We loved our time at Sheraton, the pool is perfect to relax and chill out! We must thank all of the staff for their great service, especially Ansari who went above and beyond for us…he was great with our 6 month old baby! We will definitely be back.

The location is the best and staff service is marvelous, Gym is good. The rooms is quite old design and I was assigned room 317, it is connected room which has connected door and it is totally not soundproof! I heard everything from the family in the other room and was disturbed by they tried to open the connected door, even it 2AM! Then wake up me to write this review. How's bad.

Staff is pathetic, kept chasing me for laundry payment in CASH even though I gave my credit card as deposit. So weird and annoying. Some manager named Nishanth, and I had to repeat multiple times that my card was on file. What got me upset is they kept calling me past 10pm. I was asleep so I didn't pickup and they came knocking to the room. Seriously??? I ended up giving my credit card again, but unfortunately had my sleep interrupted after such a long day at a conference. My last time here for sure. Only two regrets 1) booking at this place assuming service will be top class and 2) I was harsh with the poor laundry boy who kept calling my room and came knocking. I am sure he was just following instructions from his manager.

Great location and amazing service from staff, who really care. Yes, the Sheraton is not the most modern hotel, but it makes-up for it with its amazing location at JBR, a nice garden, the best view of the AIN wheel and a team that really cares. Starting with Ricky at the door, to Mukul at the reception and the amazing team with Logie and Moo in the Executive Lounge. It just feels good to stay at the Sheraton JBR.

I recently dined at this establishment with a friend on a Wednesday for their special roast and carvery buffet. The food was exquisite, especially the salads which surprised me pleasantly. Everything was flawless, earning a solid 10/10. The service was exceptional, with a welcoming and friendly staff that made us feel like cherished guests. I had arranged a surprise cake for my friend, and they executed it flawlessly, showing great support. To top it off, they even gifted us a photograph to cherish the memory – a touch that meant a lot to us. A special thanks to Siddharth, whose support and warmth made our evening even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to all.

We have enjoyed the day at the beach, beach bar staff was very kind and helpful however at the end of the day our experience was not as pleasant. My friend single mother was told off repeatedly that showering her 6 years old son in female shower is not allowed and he has to go to male shower (alone as father is not present) which is totally wrong! This was really ongoing and we had to speak to the manager and I really hope they will acknowledged or upgrade the shower rooms to a “family” rooms since they told us 6 years old is not consider as a child in their policy and this is UAE policy they have been apparently applying. Myself living in Arab country for 10 years it’s something I hear for the first Time!

The staff were very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday if required. Food was lovely in the 4 restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

I have not stayed at the hotel, but I had a day pass for the pool and beach on the weekend. The day pass access is affordable, and considering half, the amount is redeemable. But you can not redeem it except from the azure beach bar where drinks are below average and even basic drinks like proscecco are served warm! Basic pool and beach nothing exterordinary. The bathrooms are too small and not clean, and changing rooms are not even accessible for those who have a day pass. Don't think I would recommend going there considering there are much better places where you can enjoy good drinks and pools for almost the same price.

Having returned 2 days ago after a 9 day stay, I miss the hotel already! Everything was so good. The hotel location, room, facilities and staff were all amazing. The views from the private beach are stunning. The on site restaurants were superb, with delicious food. If you stay def try the duck at Peacock Restaurant, it’s so good. Thank you Ari, Farzana and Jojo for always welcoming us at breakfasts. The pool bar staff for always being accommodating and friendly. The pool area is great, with a lively atmosphere. I would definitely stay at Sheraton JBR again!

Great hotel, good food, nice selection of drinks. The room was spotless clean, very good. BUT.. We booked all inclusive... the bar keeper reacted very unfriendly as one person ordered three or four drinks for his whole family located on the beach. I ordered two gin tonic and one ice tea at the bar. I was asked for how many persons i´m ordering the drinks. That´s a no go. He should not care about that. He was acting way too rude when asking that questions. By the way... i´m 24 years old and he is not in the position of asking for how many persons i´m ordering alcoholic drinks.

Nice beach and ok breakfast (very friendly staff there). Reception staff lost track of reservations and was friendly, but not very helpful and particularly slow. Would recommend other Marriott-affiliated hotels in Dubai.

I was there a total of MAYBE 15 minutes. I came for a Spa treatment with my Privilee membership. I came and no one valeted my car, and there were no instructions on where to park, so I just self-parked. I walked in with no acknowledgement from staff, no greetings, nothing. I went to spa reception for check-in before my treatment and they said they had no towels that I could wait 30 minutes. So I decided to go outside to the beach, I wandered and wandered looking for anyone to help me as there were many sun beds available with no cushions, when asked for help, the man said “no availability” and walked away. I went to the pool instead, the area around the pool was grimy and dirty and disorganized, that I immediately returned inside to cancel my spa appointment. I was so disappointed by the staff’s lack of care and the cleanliness of the place.

Since I started to come to Dubai back in 2006, I always stayed in this hotel. Huge infrastructure, pool, front to beach, health center and attentive staff. If you want to stay at Jumeirah Beach I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. Nice beach, surprisingly clean. The breakfast is simply fantastic with very friendly stuff. Mercy was simply great, smiling and very helpful all the time. She make great start to the day daily.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton May 2022. The hotel is excellent. The rooms may require an upgrade and possibly to refurbished. But the hotel is spotless. Very clean and the staff are all very polite, friendly and helpful. From the Concierge, Receptionist to all the staff, very professional. The food is great, with a great deal of selection for everyone. A very special thank you to Lia and Ambreen the Palm Garden. They couldn’t do enough for us. The restaurants within the Sheraton gives you an alternative to the hotel Restaurant. A special thank you to the guys around the pool area, especially Sunday and his team . They played pool with my husband. The hotel is directly on the beach with access to everything. We only have great memories from our holiday at the Sheraton Dubai Jumeriah Beach. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Went today for Carnival brunch, was really amazing!. There was a variety of food that caters for anyone, and the music was amazing. The location is awesome too. Would love to go again!

We come here every week for pool day. Service is great, food quality also good, and good price. However, it's not nice having a drink at the pool bar and being splashed by kids. One of my drinks was ruined by water. You have to ensure kids won't enter at the adults area, as it's not fair we want to relax and simply can't.

Ich war hier mit meinem sechsjährigen Sohn und ich muss sagen, dass wir rundum zufrieden waren. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und ordentlich. Ob man die Einrichtung nun mag oder nicht, ist Geschmackssache. Das wichtigste ist aber, dass unser Bett sehr bequem war und das war es. Der Service war wirklich richtig gut. Alle waren höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch Sonderwünsche würden erfüllt. Uns hat das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt, es war immer eine sehr gute Auswahl von allem vorhanden. Der Strand und die Lage waren ebenfalls top. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr definitiv wieder.

Sheraton JBR day use for the swimming pool is an amazing place. The view is spectacular 👌 directly towards the blue waters, and I enjoyed the day spent with family and friends. The bar is immersed with the pool you swim 🏊‍♂️ and have a drink. 50 % of the entrance fee is reimbursed back. You can use it for food and drink.

Everything perfect Perfect room, Club Lounge very tasty food and a lot to choose from, great views from there, beach 1 min away, + so much more… the best thing: the extremely friendly staff. I think I never stayed at a hotel with staff as friendly and welcoming as here. It was a pleasure to stay at the Sheraton JBR hotel I ll for sure come back.
