Nothing beats Cinnabon! My favourite is chocobon

I am a regular customer as me and my kids like cinnabon very much. The one star is not for the taste but for the behaviour and attitude of the staff specifically in the mega mall branch a lady with glass. She need to know how to behave. This was my last visit. I have given up cinnabon for the staff behaviour.

I loved the cinnabon.. it is in the ground floor itself, side to the main entrance.

Using this cheap “Falcon plastic” to cover your coffee will make you lose so much customers, it’s a good coffee but it spills on you and ruin your clothes

The caramel one is more tasty than the chocolate one! Try there ice cream and coffee drink, it’s very delicious! The mocha is not bad!

Absolutely Cinnamon Taste! Amazing Favours

Bought the pecan cinnabon for take away. I was somewhat disappointed as it was very dry between the layers. In fact, I was thinking it might be old and made the day before cos it didn’t seem as fresh and moist as usual. The Cinnabon are quite expensive for what u get, and then when it doesn’t seem fresh you really feel hard done by😤

Staff doesn’t wear gloves and not friendly. One one of the worst Cinnabon branches compared to all UAE branches

I came half an hour before closing time yet they refused to serve me. They should follow the closing times, and not do as they please. If you don't stay until 1 am then change the timing on Google. (Mega mall branch)
