It’s a really nice restaurant and the view on the fountains is amazing! Staff was friendly and the food came quick. The food was good and overall we had a great night! I do have to take away stars though as the food is really expensive for what you get and there is a minimum you have to spend. Plus there was a hefty service charge once we got the bill. You definitely pay for the location. It is great for taking pictures with/of the fountains if you get a take on the balcony

If I can give this restaurant 10 stars I would! This was one of the best dining experience I have ever had. They really thought it through to provide the best experience. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place. Its the top of the Mall building, sit outside and enjoy the watershow as well as entertainment! The dishes are prepared in front of you and the services is amazing. Before you even ask, they have already thought of it and accommodated for you. Ask for PEDRO when you get there and tell him Ede said hello please:) I will definitely be back❤

Let’s start of the thing that here is a great business lunch offer till 4pm! Octopus was wow! Honestly the whole selection of items in a menu is great! Perfect service. View is just stunning. Restaurant is located on a top 4th floor at the fashion avenue

This was probably the hardest place to find I've been so far 😂 Google maps sent me in the wrong direction and it is no so easy to find inside the Dubai Mall either. I absolutely loved the views although you can't see the Burj, the fountain View was spectacular. 👌 The food was great; you must try the guacamole if you love avocado as much as I do, it was delicious and they prepare it in front of you. They had entertainment going round at times. Overall it was a great experience, lovely food and a beautiful venue. The only down side for me will be the food overly overpriced and they don't serve alcohol as its located inside the mall.

Second time I have been to Tulum for breakfast. The views are stunning, food is really good, cozy place and friendly staff. For breakfast they have a good deal: coffee, juices, breads and main dish for 110AED. My only comment would be the serving timings, both times they were a bit slow even though there were only three tables with people.

It’s my second time in this restaurant and It is great! If you love Mexican food, this is your place. Amazing variety (they now have it on an iPad so super easy to choose). The food is delicious, and amazing service. It is very expensive so would be good for a special occasion. We wanted to sit outside and apparently they allow smoking so they moved us twice until we found the perfect spot which was very considerate. The view to the fountains is to die for. And then they sang for my birthday:-)) love it!

I’m totally in love with this restaurant! First when you go inside the decoration, ambiance, details are so elegant; Then you go to the terrace and you fall in love with the outstanding Mall views and Dubai fountains. Such-a-place! Great service and knowledgeable personal, willing to help you and make you feel like home. Food was extremely tasty, fresh and delicious! We had guacamole, tacos and octopus, big portions and perfectly flavored. We finished with some crunchy churros. All incredible plated and delicious! Mariachis were signing in each table, a song of your preference, to make our night more than perfect! Thank you so much. 100% recommended restaurant, you won’t regret, a must visit!

The food tasted like wood. The dynamite cauliflower was worse than actual dynamite. I by mistake ate Gunpowder once and it tasted better. They say it is Mexican cuisine but it felt liked boiled water cuisine. I am part Mexican and this was a shame to all Mecican food. I used to be addicted to cooking food and had to join a support group to leave my addiction but after eating food at Tulum Mexico I can’t help but restart cooking again to save the world from the torture of eating at Tulum Dubai Mall. Thanks Tulum for sending me down that path once again! But honestly, don’t go here.

The chef and management of Tulum , needs to take an actual trip to Tulum, eat there for a week and then come back to this restaurant. One of the worst experiences we have ever had. We were a group of 8 people and every dish we ordered had to be sent back because of the food being absolutely terrible without any taste. Ridiculously callous management, staff and the chef should really go to Mexico and taste food and come back here. DO NOT GO HERE. Our bill was 2000AED and we only ate 2 dishes worth 200AED - all the food went back. No expression of any sadness. They basically charging you for the view. Surprised to see 5 star reviews, I’m guessing it’s all fake.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We were not asked on allergies, but made sure to inform them that one of us was allergic to dairy. In their vegan menu they had an artichoke dish we ordered - turns out after dinner, when we asked them how come it was creamy, it was because of cheese the dish was prepared with. They did remove this particular item from the bill, that we requested immediately as we had to rush home to get the adequate pills for the dairy allergic. Our expectations were definitely not met and there are certainly better Mexican restaurants in Dubai. Overpriced for the quality you get. Our waiter was nice, but obviously not properly informed by the kitchen. On a positive note, the view over the fountain is nice.

This place has great ambiance and the food is well done but...me and my partner both ate oysters and then had the worse food poison. So the rest of the meal was good but maybe they should take the oysters off the menu until May.

Great atmosphere, great food. You will enjoy the performance by the beautiful singer and the saxophonist. More than anything, Milton Eduardo was the best in service, he is welcoming, friendly and he went the extra mile to do something special for us, it was truly a memorable dinner for my family. I highly recommend this place and Milton Eduardo made this restaurant even better with his service.

We went here on Valentine’s Day, I would say the view was perfect for the Dubai fountain from the table outside watching the fountain was astonishing. The part that it didn’t satisfy me was the food. I expect more because it’s way too pricy and it’s look good. Unfortunately the taste was not impressive.

The food was delicious. We wished they served alcohol. The 2 man mariachi band was awesome! They played some Vicente Fernandez at our table by request and it made our experience at Tulum amazing! The balcony seating has a beautiful view of the downtown Dubai Mall Skyline and a perfect view of the water show at night.

Overpriced, average service, no alcohol. Good food, average service. We were a group of 10 for my b-day lunch. Restaurant is nice but empty - i guess for a reason. We took business lunch option. Probably the only deal that is worth spending money for. Because the restaurant is extremely expensive for Mexican food. The appetizers (soup and octopus tiradito) were nice an tasty. However tiradito is famous in Peru for it being raw fish, and in Tulum is cooked octopus. The mains salmon and lamb were nice and flavorful, however the mass of cheese-potato mash was unappealing with lumps of not finely mashed potato in it. Chicken dish was the most simple - i would not go for it next time. Then comes the service. Our main server Jose seemed nice and attentive at the beginning. Until we had to wait for main -1 hour he didn’t come to check on us and disappeared. Starters were given not for everyone at the same time. Mains came an hour later. When the issue was addressed to Jose he tried to argue that I wasn’t right instead of trying to explain what serving was chaotic and delayed, despite restaurant being empty. Overall food is good, but not worth the price. 125 aed for 3 tacos is a ripoff in a bright daylight. But maybe that’s the price for location and view. Won’t be visiting there again.

This is not just a restaurant. It’s an experience of a lifetime. Amazing staff, kindly greeted us in Spanish and pampered us to the extreme and we had an incredible view of souk Al bahar and Dubai fountain. Top-notch tacos and delicious complementary chips with guac, salsa, and spicy nacho cheese dip. Also got some avocado chocolate cake, which blew our minds. Wish I could give 10 stars. Please visit and you will enjoy.

My friend and I dined at Tulum for their new breakfast menu this morning. We chose the fruit platter, bread basket and egg white omelette. The view alongside the healthy and filling breakfast made for a beautiful morning at Dubai Mall. The perfect location to take friends and for a unique breakfast experience.

This place is a GREAT option to have a premium experience of the water show at the Dubai Mall. The best days to go are Tuesday (For the Taco Fiesta) Friday (For brunch) these two options give you a lot more for your money. Nonetheless you need to be aware that this place is expensive. Important Note: Due to the restaurant is part of the mall you are not allowed to order alcohol. Last but no least, the staff is super friendly. If you decide to go say hello to Marco, Best waiter in town 😉

Amazing experience! This place is really really good. I loved the environment, the ambiance and most of all, the live music. A guy played live jazz and he nailed it. The lady sang Mexican music and she was simply brilliant! Now the food was really good too. I liked everything. It was all fresh and well prepared. The view outside directly to the Dubai fountain from the top is a treat in itself. Prices for this location and experience are fair and worth every penny. Really happy and highly recommended for all for a nice Mexican restaurant

Instagram: @makram.radwan, It’s my second time at Tulum, friendly staff and a vibrant ambiance. Whether for lunch or dinner there will be a Mexican dance show, with some Mexican sombreros to wear. The seafood there is really, whether raw or grilled. The other part of the menu, salads and vegan options are not as good, more like not delicious to eat. Despite not having alcohol it’s a great place overall.

Good, up-scale restaurant with an amazing view of the Dubai fountains. Has breakfast, brunch, and a la carte options. The food was quite good as well given how expensive it was and staff is super attentive and helpful. We had couple of starters,a soup, couple of sides, and two portions of tacos and the bill was around 600dhs including service charges. Wild mushroom soup and chicken sopes were my favourites. There are also some very expensive (300dhs -600dhs) steak on the menu which I might give it a try next time.

One of the best restaurants to enjoy truly mexican cuisine, the staff is amazing providing the best service, an incredible view of the burj khalifa show with the waterfalls in the late evening. The food is authentic mexican cuisine just like the one you would experience in Mexico (I'm from mexico) avoid all the people in the bridge to watch the show and enjoy it with great food from the top of the dubai mall.

Probably the best Mexican food I tried so far outside Mexico. We had sopes, tacos with crispy shrimp and salad with kale, mango and jicama. Sopes were our top favorite, I really recommend you to try them. Jicama salad also is very tasty and cruncy! The tacos were delicious as well... The view from the restaurant is simply gorgeous! We came around 18h, so that we make it to see the magic fountain which in general is one of the most beautiful experiences we had in Dubai. The service was super friendly, there are also Mexican people working there, which gave an even more authentic feeling. So if you want to enjoy the best view of the fountain show, accompanied by great Mexican food, Tulum is the place to go! Muchas gracias!

I visited Tulum restaurant tonight for a dinner and I had an amazing experience. Atmosphere and ambience are amazing. It’s very instagrammable place as well. All the decorations makes you feel like you are actually in Mexico. The food is excellent and super yummy. Many ingredients come directly from Mexico. The way they serve food is just like a show and it’s super interesting. Staff is very professional, friendly and kind. Definitely can recommend this place and I will visit it again.

An amazing place to have an authentic Mexican dining experience. Almost all ingedients are imported from Mexico to ensure the best quality. Dishes are personalized to your tastes and some are even cooked right in front of you. The food is so delicious and the venue has the perfect feel. Best Mexican restaurant in Dubai! Super well located (inside Dubai Mall) and at the same time very elegant and unique. The decoration is on point, from objects in the restaurant to the Latin music playing on the background. The food was absolutely delicious, specially the Guacamole which was made right next to our table (super fresh), to the jumbo shrimps with mayo and cheese! They were definitely my favorite! Service was impeccable, specially the manager Gabriella, whom made me and my friends feel very welcome! Also, our seater, Akram, was very nice and spoke ELEVEN languages! Beautiful restaurant located inside Dubai mall over looking the fountain. Food was fantastic. Prawns melt in your mouth and the ceviche is so fresh. All ingredients are imported from Mexico and you can definitely taste the difference.

I went to Tulum Restaurant to have lunch with my friend and we absolutely had a blast! I loved the ambiance is amazing, really great mood to have a happy lunch/dinner. Their staff are so attentive and kind. The food is delicious! They offer a different food experience, where we watch them making our dishes by the table. It’s awesome! Plus, they have a stunning viu to Dubai Fountain and you can take a peak at the water show. I’ll definitely go again!

The staff at Tulum we’re very attentive to our needs throughout the evening, they informed us of every little detail about our food, where it was from, why it was special, the ingredients and the cooking process. Had an amazing time at Tulum tonight. The service is amazing and the food is even better. Our server was lovely and explained all of our dishes in detail. My friend was vegetarian and he was so accommodating and knowledgeable. The overall vibe of the place is 10/10 with gorgeous views of the fountains, and a to die for interior. Moreover, I was impressed to learn that they source 90% of their ingredients from Mexico. Needless to say the taste is authentic, and in my opinion one of the best places to eat in Dubai Mall.

Been to the restaurant two nights in a row! The food, ambience and service are excellent! The manager and chef visited the table! Fresh Guacamole is prepared by the table and its the best so far that I had in Dubai! We have tried the red snapper and 2 dishes with shrimps!! Both were so delicious & cooked to perfection! Ajillo mushrooms (side dish) is a must! Will definitely visit again soon.

I have visited Tulum Restaurant in the Dubai Mall twice, once for breakfast and another time for lunch. Tried both the breakfast and lunch menu and the food was good. The restaurant is huge with indoor and outdoor dining area with Mexican-inspired decor. Definitely worth a visit, if you like Mexican food.

Went for a dinner with a friend on a Thursday night. And what a delight it was. Starting with amazing service and finishing with some really great entertainment. The food and its presentation were fabulous. As a vegetarian, I can say they have a lot of great options for us, the cauliflower steak and guacamole were my totally favourites.

Had the worst experience ever, found a hair in my plate when just seated, staff are not wearing mask, the food came so late the servant was walking around with the dish all over the place to check which table it was, the staff were so rude and showing attitude, i took my sister to celebrate her birthday but it went awful i asked them to serve the cake they said wait for the manager and the manager was busy cooking a dish for another table, the food quality was so bad and the place wasn’t clean even after removing the plates no one cleaned after that!!!! The manager offered a free dish but we didn’t want it because the whole experience was bad!! The prices were high for such food, last time going there and not recommending this restaurant for anyone!! Please if you want to waste your money go!!! We are in corona season and they have zero respect to the rules and everyone who works their didn’t follow the rules, the view was good and the decorations of the place was so nice but the moving lights on the table gave me headache. The worest Mexican food i had ever!!!

Amazing location to properly start your day. Located in Dubai Mall, overviewing dubai fountains. Great outdoor sitting. Offers a wide variety of breakfast dishes including mexican meals which takes you straight to Mexico for a couple of hours. All the ingredients are fresh, lovely bread basket and fruit to start with. Coffee is worth dying for and egg white omelette is simply delicious. You can find healthy choices or even vegan/ vegetarian dishes. Staff is super friendly, always happy to share their knowledge. What a lovely way to start your day right!

Very nice place with stunning view on the Dubai fountain were you can see the fountain show while you eat delicious Mexican food. The staff is very nice and welcoming and they bring and prepare the food in front of you, for example Carlos prepared guacamole with fresh ingredient just next to us. Truly recommended

Only amazing things to say. The food is authentic, the service was impeccable. Our waiter Carlos guided us through the menu and made sure we enjoyed everything. The freshly made guacamole is a must along with the tacos and the cheese fondue!

We had an amazing experience. Very fresh ingredients, my favourite picks were the guacamole and the cheese fondue. Generous portions, and made fresh in front of you. Extremely friendly staff (thank you Pedro) with talented musicians on the violin and guitar who roam around and play traditional songs for you (or whatever you request).

Went there a couple of weeks ago, vegetarian foods were okay but my parents ordered Turbot fish, on the menu there was a picture of the dish and we specifically asked whether the dish actually looks like it and got an answer ”yes”. When the fish was brought to us it was served as small fillets, which was suspicious enough, then after trying it my parents figured out it wasnt turbot at all(they ate it many times before) so we asked to bring us another fish to see if it was really it. The manager came up to us after a long discussion with our waiter in the corner and tried to tell a story on how they receive that fish from spain and, of course, we just ordered the last one. Hilarious lies. The dish was AED 600+ For a fake fish im sorry but that is disgraceful.

Fresh (and actually authentic), Mexican food in a great atmosphere. I’ve been here for dinner, which was accompanied by live music. The location is great and feels modern but cozy at the same time. The food was surprisingly delicious and especially with the Ceviche I felt like sitting in Quintana Roo at some beach restaurant. Everything ordered tasted fresh with good quality ingredients. The servings came in a timely manner and have been plated adequately. Service is nice and attentive as well. If you love Mexican food, you won’t be disappointed at this place. (The only thing they can work on is the spice level - even after asking for spicy salsa, they brought one that wasn’t nearly as spicy as what you get in Mexico)

Best restaurant experience here in Dubai! I like that it’s smart casual. The moment you walk in they make you feel at home. Opt to sit outside where you to see the amazing fountain show. Quality of food is amazing. They also have sax player serenading whilst you eat and a ‘’Mexican entertainer” to melt the ice away. Such happy warm vibes… def a must visit

Really remarkable views of the fountain accompanied by top level service, aesthetic and atmosphere. The tacos, fresh guac and exotic juices were next level in terms of taste to complete the experience. If I could give it more than five stars here, I would.

It’s a great view over there, however, it is really difficult to find this restaurant. The food we ordered was a big portion, we are two person and the stuff did not tell us it was too much for two person. The lamb meat we ordered was too salty and old,although they offered another one which took 1 hour to wait there. The price was over-priced, spent 783.13 AED which was 182 euro for two person. Overall, I gave a 3 star for this restaurant.

We had to wave the waiter over for service after waiting 10 min. We asked was he our waiter he said yes and then just stared at us. I said are you going to introduce yourself, he said I did so already. We asked for his name, I think he said Pablo. Then I asked, are you taking our drink or appetizers again he just stared. Most waiters introduce themselves and say welcome and may tell you about the menu. But overall our food was excellent and the ambience was amazing.
