Aster here in international city is clean in ambiance also the facilities... waiting time is quicker than expected ... also the receptionist Sarah she's adorable and friendly. Guys keep up the good work

I went once to this clinic. Staffs are very supportive. Place is easily accessible. The only problem I had is very long weighing time. Better book your appointment and visit.

Good afternoon. I would like to share my experience at Aster clinic located in International city Pavilion. Firstly, when I entered registration the agent didn’t even say hi or bye, he just said give me your ID. Then he said : sit and I’ll call you. I waited for about 20-30 min and only then I received the queue ticket. Then I saw how some patients just enter the general doctor and no one asked them to wait for their turn. I waited more than 1,5 hour then I came to registration counter and asked why they let the patient enter if he was after me (my number was 404 and his 405). They told me :because he have serious problem with lungs and you have only itchy through!!! I was SHOCKED!!!! I was coughing and I had a strong pain and sometimes it was even hard to breathe!!! And I was holding myself so hard to not cough (to not scare people). I answered the nurse and told her: do you mean I have not a serious issue and I’m just sitting here for fun? I’m just shocked from this treatment!!!! Finally I entered the doctor cabinet (nurse stopped one more patient who was about to enter without the queue and she told me to go inside) and guess what? The doctor was chatting on her phone. She apologized and said that she needs to answer the text. I said it’s okey, but when ever her phone was sending her notifications sound she leave everything just to check her phone. I have no comment anymore… When the doctor was writing me a prescription she ask me if I want to do a blood test and I told her am I required ? She said if you want… sorry … what? If I want? I believe we go to doctors for help… Anyway, Dear Aster clinic team will highly appreciate if you treat all the patients equal and deal with them polite.

it was a nice experience from booking an appointment till i finished it. staffs are very easy to approach even the doctor explain clearly all the causes of my sickness and how to apply the medicine that has been prescribed. keep up the good spirit guys!!

It was a great service specially from Dr. Koshish (Orthopedic), he listens carefully to me and understand what's the problem I've, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dr.uzma the worst doctor I have ever seen just went for cough she gave vitamins tabs for 3 months n she keep chewing gum n wearing earphones n made to sit n asked wat happened n I told the issue but she said ok ok I ll give u antibiotics just have that, this is nonsense

Requested a call back from doctor Shweta for a tablet she prescribed which was out of stock , didn’t recieve a call in 3 days and had to physically go to the clinic to get it. Overall staff and doctors are good just that follow up pace needs to be worked on!

i took my dautgher today for an check-up for safe side she felt down at home and a minor cut on above the upper lip. She specialist at Aster clinic check very casually and ask me to pay AED413 just for putting small amount of cream and a normal tap on. It is very unfair for me that they charged me this amount because my insurance is not covered and they took cash without any justification.

I had a bad and sad experience which emergency nurse malpractice for IH needle in my left risk which 2 times she put thus needed and hit my bone and my vein damage last November 1 around 7 pm to 7:20 pm. After that I was admitted again because of this malpractice of your nurses and I had very sad experience until now I had this pain. Aster hospital should do something even they assisted me for my pain but still bad experience until now because still pain I have with my wljob also affected.

Good afternoon to all I want to thank clinic aster pavilion for the help that they give me all the doctors and nurses was wonderful assia from GRE she's very kind friendly and helpful lady .

Please improve the customer service. Very long queue even if we booked the appointment. After consult the doctor, again a long queue for collect the prescription. It means there are only 2 staffs for dealing the reception. My suggestion is please appoint more staff and please avoid these long queue in this Covid pandemic time. Now there is no use for booking the appointment and visit the doctor. The only reason while coming back to the Aster is because of Dr Riyas Usman.

Very fast and responsive experience, although lacking in customer service. Reception was rude and did not know how to handle clients but on the other hand they are very fast and efficient. And a tip, please give name tags to your receptionist so we know who we are dealing with and we know who to mention when writing a review. Your reception is the first thing your clients will see which is why a good customer service is important. Your clients are already sick, you don’t need to make them more depressed by frowning on them. Just a friendly comment.

One of the worst and most unprofessional staff I have seen in any clinic. They give you appointments and attend customers who come later. There is no system here and has one of the worst service aster has ever given Never come here for a scan!

Aster Speciality Clinic is a blessing to me. First, it is just near to my place. Secondly the Internal Medicine doctor (Jimmy Joseph) is knowledgeable in his field. And the Physiotherapist (Janet Johnson) is proficient. She is able to give me confidence that I can walk again. And each session, is a milestone of improvement for me. The staff at the reception are friendly and accommodating. God bless you all in everything that you do!

The services that we receive from Aster International City, Pavilion Mall is excellent. Dr. Jimmy Joseph, Department of Internal Medicine and the staff are friendly and ensure that we are properly informed about our health and care. Appreciate Dr. Jimmy Joseph for taking the time to go over the diagnosis of hypertension of my husband, clearly with the relevant test reports and the treatment options. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care. We are so glad to choose Dr. Jimmy and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Good service but sorry there always preferred Indians because as per mostly staff Indian. Hospital is good but quite expensive sorry to say but what I feel I told you. I wish you all the best
