I
visited
this
branch
of
Aster
at
Sheikh
Zayed
Road
and
I
was
very
disappointed
and
frustrated
with
the
behavior
of
the
Orthopedic
Doctor
(Dr.Maharshi)that
I
consulted.
I
have
no
choice
due
to
the
reason
that
they
do
not
have
other
doctor.
Although
the
Receptionists
are
quiet
helpful
but
the
waiting
time
for
taking
just
the
VS
already
took
me
more
than
15
minutes
and
then
I
have
to
wait
again
another
more
than
15
minutes
for
the
doctor
to
see
me.
When
I
finally
met
the
doctor,
I
have
tried
my
best
to
tell
him
the
history
of
my
condition
and
while
I
was
telling
him
he
was
not
intently
listening,
he
always
interrupt
me
while
I
was
explaining.
I
asked
him
about
the
reasons
of
why
there
was
swelling
in
my
hands
whenever
I
woke
up
but
he
kept
ignoring
me
and
he
just
continued
typing
and
said
to
me
"Let's
now
see
how
many
test
that
your
Insurance
will
approve"!
Then
he
sent
me
out
already.
So
I
went
to
the
reception
to
check
if
what
would
be
my
tests
but
they
told
that
they
are
waiting
for
the
approval
of
the
Insurance.
To
my
nightmare,
the
worst
thing
happened
because
the
doctor
wrote
a
wrong
date
of
when
my
symptoms
started
on
his
diagnosis
in
which
that
causes
a
denial
from
my
Insurance
and
this
is
due
to
his
mistake.
During
consultation
I
had
explained
and
clearly
told
him
that
I
had
the
symptoms
for
less
than
2
weeks
but
he
wrote
on
his
note
a
date
that
made
it
a
month
ago
so
since
my
Insurance
was
less
than
a
month
so
they
definitely
rejected
all
the
test
he
sent
for
approval
because
it
was
considered
a
pre
existing
condition.
I
had
known
this
because
I
spoke
to
the
personnel
from
my
Insurance
that
this
was
the
date
that
the
doctor
wrote.
I
was
surprised
of
how
he
just
wrote
a
random
date
on
my
profile.
I
suffered
from
pain
and
restlessness
every
night
after
this
due
to
his
negligence
and
being
unprofessional
and
no
compassion.
It
feels
like
a
2
minute-doctor
as
usual
and
most
of
the
doctors
in
Dubai
are
like
this.
They
don't
listen,
they
rush
and
never
do
proper
consultation,
they
would
right
away
send
you
for
either
blood
test
and
whatever
test
it
comes
to
their
mind
without
consideration
of
the
patients
mental
and
physical
health.
The
clinic
tried
to
reach
out
and
though
I
explained
to
the
receptionist
what
happened
I
feel
they
are
not
able
to
convey
properly
the
message
or
they
are
afraid
to
explain
to
the
doctor
what
he
has
done
and
or
he
doesn't
care
and
would
not
want
to
rectify
his
mistake.
This
kind
of
medical
professionals
as
they
call
it
are
endangering
their
patients
life
because
of
lack
of
care.
