Short & Sweet. Riverland Dubai has free entry, a European vibe, good time to head there if you want to enjoy a romantic walk, very crowded on weekend so best to go on a weekday, the place will look even nicer when it’s more cold or when there some drizzle. Good for photos; there is def a lot of room for more interesting stalls, food joints..currently the options ain’t too many.. yet a good place to spend an evening with family, friends or the one!

Best Family Water Park. All rides are kids friendly. Don't expect extreme adventure, the park is specifically designed for family. Even kids can enjoy all the rides. All rides are good enough. You need to buy lockers. Food available inside in restaurants. Private tents also available in front of wave pool. Well maintained. Overall a good place for one day family fun.

Very beautifully designed and takes you away from the bustling city atmosphere. Located at the outskirts of Dubai, it’s a nice place to plan a day out with the family and kids. Even if you don’t plan to buy the tickets to enter the parks, you can still enjoy the walk around Riverland and the French village. This place was amazing pre-pandemic as you had a variety of restaurants and cafe to suit all tastes. Currently they have limited restaurants and cafes open. Hope one day this lovely place recover soon. I will still rate it at 5 stars for the great efforts Dubai has put in making this park and the great family atmosphere and experience it creates.

It's an amazing place in Dubai to explore with friends and family 👪. But very crowded on weekends because it has free entry. Also, free parking outside 😊 Riverland has a European vibe, and it feels like a walking in old town. Many restaurants , cafes, and coffee shops are there. We went in mid afternoon on the weekend, the weather was pleasant and we had a good time there 🙌 😀 Would love to go back again 💕

Riverland is a nice romantic small village, not busy and you don't have many options for food. Olive Garden is a great choice there to enjoy Italian food. Prices are fair compared to portions. The service is good. The fondu cheese is tasty and the topped mushrooms as well.

A piece of Europe in the heart of Dubai, highly recommended for friends hangouts and family outings, the level of details in copying the European style is just astonishing, there are several good outlets and coffee shops to eat and drink.

Hidden gem I would like to say. A nice place to see the touch of Europe beautifully planned. Such nice water and surrounded with beautiful architecture. Lego land, motion gate and Bollywood park are connected here. Walk will be enjoyed trust me. There is no entry fee here, it’s free. Lots of options to eat

Good place for a walk and getting to know the parks that are situated close to. You don’t need to buy tickets to the parks, you can just explore. Nice atmosphere, during winter very nice and quite place for walks.

One of the best spot, with family , for couples, free entry (good part) inside so many food options, Carry your water bottle, inside i feel it's costly - 8 Aed. Evening 4 to 9 is best time for visit, winter anytime you can visit. Picturesque landscaping & location of Western architecture, right in Dubai. Even in the midst of summer, it's cooler in the evenings. Entry free, parking free, Various events free on public holidays, lot of restaurants to eat from. Perfect getaway at an arms distance. Loved it yet again, although missed the trams and buzz of winter.

My experience wasn't as expected, most of the cafes and restaurants were closed it was like a ghost land though the building was fascinating the old European design, ofc it was decoration only but well done as if real , the prices of shops is high though the entry was free , we had to take metro then taxi to get there almost two hours from downtown there's a bus takes you from metro station to the place but there’s like one hour between each one i wish they'd provide more buses, don't recommend if the weather is hot since its an open place

Nothing can be better than this. I found this place so peaceful and calm with the perfect music around to create the magic vibes. So close to nature. Feel like Europe. Scenery is so good. Best time to go there 2-3 hours before sunset or evening. In winters, weather and not much crowded gave more pleasant experience. Since it has more of walking around experience i like they put lot of benches for rest around the place. It is very clean and excellent picturesque location. There are other theme parks to visit like motiongate, Smurf village, Legoland and Bollywood parks. Some food options are there if you want some to fill your belly like McDonalds, TGI Fridays. If you want sometime for yourself and it's recommended. Free Parking Free Entry

Very much worthy for one time visit and people who like to relax and walk can visit multiple times. Family can enjoy the place with their kids as they will be more excited to see different kind of architectures and activities. You can also explore traditional European experience.

We went to Riverland on Eid Al-Fitr occasion and yet we managed to find many parking slots. One of my favorite places in Dubai. A free entry place where you can walk around and enjoy the European style architecture. Aside of the beautiful pictures you can take, you can find some coffee shops and a safe play area. You can also find some in-ground 6-12 years trampolines but still it was adequate to my 2 years old girl. You can find a 5-min away outlet mall which is also worth to visit.

An amazing place to spend quality time with your family or friends. Calm and quiet place. The best part is, the entry to Riverland is free. Its located inside Dubai parks and resorts and connects the major attractions like Bollywood parks, Motiongate and Legoland. The whole area is deigned based on French, Irish and Peninsula architecture. While you walk through the streets, you get the feel of walking down through the French village streets. You can also experience the Board walk for better view points of the place. Surrounded by a beautiful lake. Lot of benches and green spaces to sit and relax.Kids play areas, cafes, restaurant ls etc. available. Ample car parking outside. The whole place is very well maintained... The whole place is equipped with Free Wifi. The Best time to visit anytime during winter. During summer better go in the evening time. Definitely shall visit again.

The Keg pub is so good 🤫🍷🤩 Riverland is very nice place to have a walk, fun and try some delicious food with nice view. My Family spent few hours in The Keg Gastro Pub and enjoyed the dinner in the Christmas eve. They offer around 50 different kinds of Beer and amazing cocktails on reasonable price. The mussels pod are mouth watering. Just prepared to perfection 🥰 . We tried also the paella 🥘 which one was good and big too. The staff are very friendly, polite and always near if you need something to ask or order. We had a wonderful night at Riverland Dubai with delicious food and nice view. Thank you and see you again soon.

Sadly the shops and restaurants in this area were all closed, i guess due to low numbers of visitors. Otherwise place is well maintained and gives u glimpse of Europe in dubai. Good place to spend an evening in winter.

With closed cafes and restaurants, a ghostly atmosphere, and exorbitant retail prices, the experience was unexpected. The structure was fascinating, but the ornamentation were barely adequate. It was difficult to get there, requiring subway, cabs, and a one-hour bus travel. Not suitable for hot temperatures.

Must do if you are in Dubai. Preferably winter or evenings in summer, make sure theres some day light. Needs long walking, be prepared, surface not smooth so baby strollers not very comfy, manageable. Many restaurants closed, only few like mcd available, best spot for photo sessions, must say less exploited locally. Not sure if i may go again and again but i will definitely bring my guests tourists once here, feel good place, my family pictures from here are framed best ones. Aged people trouble walking bring ur wheelchair to enjoy max, clean place spacious for kids to run and play around, sunny during day, carry umbrella

If you are looking for a pocket-friendly place to hang out in the city, this is the one! Riverland is the only place associated with a theme park in Dubai that you can access for free. This is a recreation of locations from different parts of the world, which gives a fascinating glimpse into the greatest cities. Cobbled streets with a winding man-made river! Riverland Dubai features four zones for fun, music, entertainment, food and celebrations and combination of over 50 restaurants, cafes and shops that span over the 1km long. It is relatively easy to reach Riverland Dubai as the trip is around 40 minutes from Downtown Dubai and 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport. An ideal weekend retreat for families.

A very nice area to spend time with your family, where there are plenty of options to do from Legoland to restaurants and play grounds. Yet I was surprised that a lot of F&B places are empty or closed, and the place was crowded with people only walking and not in shops. Not sure if it's because of the heat season beginning,

Lovely place to spend in the evening and weekend .and most importantly, it is free .. McDonald's lovers are going to love this place .. French village gives the vibe of old european town as the name suggests. There are so many activities for everyone during festivals .. even the Halloween one was amazing, especially the monster parade and pirates parade. The characters' actors were so natural .. .

Amazing Place for Family & Kids. The place gives you a good feel of Europe. The best thing about the place is that it is completely Photogenic. The lights lit in the evening, makes it look more mesmerising. There are live shows in festive times and laser shows on normal Days. Food options could have been much better.

Recently caught the wind of River land through social media hype, & today's visit exceeded all the expectations. This charming Emirate replicates the ambiance of European Street. River land is a photographer's dream place, especially during the winter season as it soaks the charming beauty by its sunset enchanting golden hour. As the sunsets, the place illuminates with manifesting lights, cafes & hangovers with a variety of dazzling & sparling firework shows that transform it into the picturesque of European streets. Visiting during the weekends was the most amiable step to put in, as the place is teeming with families, capturing moments that will last forever. I highly recommend this place to hang out with friends, family & your loved ones.

It looks huge, but it's not, so far away, and most shops closed.. A failure project. But can be good for 30 minutes walk. Some places are nice to talk photos for that you don't feel you're in Middle East but somewhere in Europe.

A must visit place in Dubai. River land is a hidden gem which is the gateway of Dubai Parks and resorts. The astonishing French Architecture is the prime attraction and also you can visit Bollywood Park, Motiongate and Legoland. Kids would love to play there as the land area is abundant. You can do dining as there’s a good deal of restaurants. Free access to Riverland but there’s entry tickets for Bollywood parks, Motiongate and Legoland. The entire place is filled with architectural beauty.

  • 4/5 ADNAN I. 7 months ago on Google
The place deserves 5 stars but there is no proper map to visit the place, further, there should be a proper free tram for all visitors, most of the tram is not accommodating properly due which lot of people were walking with kids, the place is recommended to visit in winter because of the outdoor and romantic place to walk in, not like summer..
