Staff could be a bit nicer, but I always love when there is deals going on. There is no public toilets here either.

Poor selection given this is a new build.. Baby section is awful. Update... girls baby section is OK.. boys is non exciting. Worst penneys I've ever been in.

The new store is just lovely. Bright and spacious with a huge variety. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Only qualm I have is we can seldom find clothes to fit my body builder/strongman husband.

Lovely big store , spacious and easy to find everything. However lost part of my purchase due to cashier giving me a bag with a hole in the end which she nor I noticed.

Huge variety of clothing, very good prices, well organised, the staff were very helpful. Excellent variety of gifts etc.. very colourful and comfortable to shop in.

Really clean and not a mess like penny’s around Dublin. Also thought they had a lot more stock!

The most reasonable price range Supermarket in Ireland for all sorts of clothing, sportswear, winter wear for all groups of ages. Variety of Beautiful showpieces and numerous utility items. We were at Carlow for 2 months during which we bought so many items.

Hardly ever have my size, I would like to see more xxxl + clothes in stock

You have to pay for parking. Tills are hidden at the back of the shop. Stuff on sale in January was on sale in portlaoise and newbridge early December.

Big store in heart of town. Bargain rails along with good prices. I love their knitwear.

There is a nice selection for the most part but it feels so stuffy and its a place where I find that most people just want to get out as quickly as possible. Most staff are very nice but the atmosphere isn't of high expectations.

I was trying clothes on in of the stalls when a staff member ripped the curtain opened. Needless to say I was mortified standing there with me baps out for all to see like. If that wasn't bad enough, after apologizing she walked away audibly laughing!! Very unprofessional, used to really like the Carlow store too.

This Carlow store is very well laid out and kept so neat. Easy to find wide range of sizes.

Lovely new store. Great variety of clothes in all departments. But the children's department is a little bit too spread out especially the girls section.

New Pennys in Carlow thought it would be like Waterford store it wasn't but better than Wexford.... Wexford Penny's is a dumping ground for all other Pennys items that no one wants

Quite a large Penny’s, compared to others in the area. All very well laid out in terms of floor plan, and things are easy to find. Shelves spaced out well too, so doesn’t feel like you’re on top of one another while browsing. Everything else is pretty standard and what you’d expect from a Penny’s. Men’s section is actually quite decent to be fair, and plenty of new season stock out.
