Total incompetence. Returned to the Wilton store from where I’d purchased my watch for a battery replacement on site. Despite taking my phone number I didn’t get a call to say it was ready but on returning they told me they were unable to remove the back to change the battery. It was only after leaving the store I noticed the deep scratch on the back case and corresponding nick on the leather strap where they had obviously slipped trying to open the case. Absolutely horrendous experience. Incompetent staff, damaging customers property complimented with poor customer service and no accountability or integrity. Will never return and will always speak poorly of the establishment and company as a result.

Could not praise Regina and Sharon enough. They go above and beyond every time I go in for something be it a repair or a present. Lovely jewellery there!

Was in the Wilton store today trying to find a couple of special gifts for my daughters birthday , we really weren't sure what we wanted but the lovely young girl abbey was extremely helpful offering suggestions and checking sizes , even with my younger 2 in tow distracting us 🤣..needless to say we got everything we were looking for and will definitely be back for Christmas ❤

Almost all businesses are crazily busy coming up to Christmas and not every staff or manager will have the patience to take the time to look after their customers effectively and to treat them all with the same degree of importance. Some customers are big spenders while others aren't, but the bottom line is simple, all customers are equal once they walk into a place of business. From my recent experience, Neville Jewellers in Wilton shopping centre gave top-notch, professional and extremely helpful customer service. Their staffs are pleasant and likewise their manager. Today I wanted three pairs of stud gold earrings but I wasn't sure what to decide on (style, budget etc). However, Sinead and another colleague (sorry I didn't get her name) helped me to choose the three pairs of earrings, then gift-wrapped and labelled them to ensure I know which is which once I got home. So thank you for your service and I hope other shoppers will have a similar experience as I did today.

I popped into the jewelers when passing with my toddler on Sunday. I was interested in purchasing an expensive piece of jewelry similar to what was in the window that I had been looking around for, for a while. The shop was incredible busy but Courtney, the assistant took her time with me, she was very professional, confident, friendly & listened to exactly what I wanted. She was very patient with me and my child! She did not have what I wanted but assured me she would speak to the supplier and do her very best to get exactly what I was looking for. True to her word, the store got back to me today and I am delighted they have sourced the piece for me & I am very excited to purchase it. Due to this experience with Courtney, I look forward to making all my purchases with this store in the future.

I sent in my engagement ring to repaired in Neville's .. I had lost a stone in the ring also needed to be cleaned up, I couldn't believe it when I collected the ring it looked brand new. Not a scratch! Always a pleasure to deal with.

Five Star service from the staff in Wilton. In particular a lady named Amy, who called me 2-3 days after I visited the store notifying me that a ring in the size I was looking for came into stock. She went above and beyond and alongside her colleagues offered 5 star service. Thank you & I will shop again.

Rang to see if they could cut off my rings and put a piece into it and arranged to call out in an hour. Called out. Manager gone on lunch and no-one else knows how to use the machine. Rang manager. Won’t be back for 45 mins. Very poor customer service

Beautiful shop . I was interested in looking at the watches . They also repair watches and other jewellery parts . They have a great selection of everything. If you want to get to the other side of the shopping Centre you can walk straight through. The staff are super friendly and very helpful

I would just like to commend Neville jewellers wilton. I always believe in life that it’s nice to b nice and yesterday this came right back at me. My elderly mum needed her watch fixing just needed a few links removed. She met the nicest girl who went above and beyond with my mum. She was so nice to her. What the girl doesnt know was that the watch was belonging to my mums sister who passed away recently so this was sentimental to her. So we really appreciate the kind happy way she was dealing with my mum . Unfortunately we didn’t get her name . Sincere thank you. Fantastic customer service. Gwen.

1st class warm and friendly service from the second i walked in the door. Regina was fantastic and couldnt do enough to help and advise me on the right choice. No pressure sale and i highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy jewelery.

Lovely store staff are really helpful was in there yst my daughter bought 2 pendants and was trying to use her one for all card she made a mistake on the amount left and got flustered lady tried a smaller amout and it was fine.. I was looking for a ring but they didn't gave the correct size so she rang around and branch in the city hadn it She had long dark hair didn't get her name. Highly recommended. Beautiful jewellery. Very nice staff
