    Keith is a very knowledgeable, kind, and understanding coach. Not only does he go through your own fitness troubles. He dives deeper into your past to get a better feel for how to approach training you! Its a nicer and more im depth form of coaching I have experienced. From nutrition, to strength training workouts in and out of the gym. Keith is the best coach to get you into the ideal body of YOUR dreams. I look forward to working with him again in the future. I can't recommend him enough. Best trainer I've had.

    I started Training with Keith 4 months after having my 2nd little boy. After not exercising for a long time and having a baby that didn’t sleep, starting with Keith was hard but the best thing I’ve ever done. My fitness,strength, nutrition ,energy levels and overall mood has improved so much. I won’t lie the feeling of dread before the work out is tough with no sleep but I feel a different person after it! Keith is professional, patient, knowledgeable and explains things incredibly well through zoom in comfort of your own home. Can’t recommend Keith enough to anyone who wants to start feeling happier and healthier 🤩

    I started training with Keith last February, 3 months after having my daughter. Since taking a break from proper exercise I was nervous about getting back into it but once the first session was over I already felt so much better. Keith’s knowledge on postpartum and his patience in getting me back on track was incredible. With Keith’s guidance on nutrition, exercise and mentality I was in a better physical and mental place and really enjoyed exercise again. It was also ideal as a new mom to be able to work out at home around schedules and save time travelling to and from a gym. I can’t recommend Keith more to anyone looking to get strong and loose weight while enjoying the process.

    When I started with Keith, I had a generally good level of fitness, but wasn't in the best shape. 12 weeks later I am in the best shape I've been in in years. I was around 80kg when I started and now am around 74kg, I would have never thought I had 6kg that I could have gotten rid of. I was surprised when I saw the program that there were only 4 days of gym work, I had bee used to doing 6 or maybe even 7 days, looking back I was probably doing too much. Keith knows what he's doing, trust his process and put in the work and you'll see the results. Would definitely recommend taking up a program with Keith

    Having just finished my first program with Keith for fat loss and strength conditioning, I couldn't recommend him more. He makes the process incredibly straightforward and massively rewarding. Delighted with the results I'm getting from working with him!

    I have been working with Keith in Custom Fitness for the last five months. I'm over 50 and was medically obese having been unable to run for the last couple of years due to health issues including arthritis in my knees. This all led to a loss of self esteem as well as unwelcome weight gain and a loss of fitness. Keith was able to help me identify my goals and worked on a challenging but achievable programme to help me achieve them. Since then I have lost weight (down 15%), increased muscle tone, have more energy and self confidence, and due to the weight loss and dedicated training routines have been able to return to running. I would highly recommend Keith and Custom Fitness to any men over 40 or men over 50 who are concerned about weight gain or loss of fitness and the possible future health implications. In just 5 short months I have achieved what has evaded me for years.

    Keith is a gentleman, his approach is second to none. My increase in strength and my weight loss was incredible. I was motivated and encouraged at all times. The fat loss and muscle gain really kept me wanting to achieve more. All the while managed by Keith, I didn't feel at all like I was an inconvenience with my silly questions. Thanks mate!

    Keith made it very easy for me to lose a lot of weight and gain a lot of muscle without it becoming overbearing and life consuming. He creates the perfect mix, all you need is dedication. Top class service.

    Delighted with the service Keith provided. Came to Keith after losing weight and wanting to get into building muscle and gaining strength without undoing any of the work I'd already put in to lose fat already. Keith has been nothing but accomodating to my needs and issues as we have progressed in my journey. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to gain a little more direction in their training, whether that be for aesthetic or health purposes!

    For months I was trying so hard to lose weight and realised I was getting nowhere. From the moment I met Keith I felt better physically and mentally. With his support and knowledge I was able to not just reach my goal but I reached a weight I haven't been since I was a teenager. I have learned and achieved so much and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Very happy to have met him 😊
