    Karl runs a 90 day programme with a focus on achievable diet and personalised training programmes. He is very approachable, very supportive and makes sure his clients are checked in with every day and willing to make any changes or adjustments or just time to check in if needed.

    I would highly recommend Project Fitness Dublin. Karl is Knowledgeable & approachable. The gym is well equipped with brand new equipment. Karl always has the gym spotless. Everyone is so welcoming & you feel like part of a team training together. I would highly recommend Project Fitness Dublin. Karl provides excellent one on one training as well as group training. Hands down the best gym.

    I've been going to Project Fitness for about 3 months and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner! Karl and his team are fantastic at what they do, I had lost all motivation in fitness and I didnt know how to get myself where I wanted to be. The thought of going to a group training gym had me a bit nervous because it was all new to me but that quickly changed, everyone is so kind and supportive to eachother and it really helps to push me and achieve my goals. Karl and his team truly care about your fitness journey and are a great help when it comes to nutrition aswell and will help you reach your goal. After every class I feel great and motivated, I've lost weight and built muscle I'm lifting weights I never thought I would. My overall physical, mental health and energy levels are the best it's been in years. You will never regret joining this gym it's the best one in Dublin for sure!

    Can’t recommend Karl and his team enough. I started my fitness journey with Karl and what an amazing journey it has been. The knowledge Karl has to do with fitness, nutrition is incredible, you are in safe hands when you don’t know where to start! Project fitness, it’s not a scary gym, you feel very comfortable from walking in the door. The equipment to the classes to the atmosphere and energy from everyone is Amazing. It’s one big family.     I recently joined this gym and for the first time can say that I look forward to going. The classes change up daily which keep me from getting bored or dread going. Karl is so supportive and motivating an creates great energy in every class. There’s such a friendly and encouraging atmosphere between everyone and the only regret is that I didn’t join sooner!

    Loving Project Fitness Dublin! Karl is extremely passionate and knowledgable about what he does. He supports and motivates each client to achieve their specific desired results. The classes are not intimidating, have great energy, and lovely people who encourage each other to do their best. Highly recommend joining!!

    Highly recommend,I done the 90 day challenge with Karl ,he was always in contact every day with me making sure I was on track with my food,steps and workouts . Because my job is very physical, i stop lifting weights in the gym as I thought I wouldn’t have the energy in work the next day, but Karl thought me the value of hitting your protine goal and staying in you calories (MyFitnessPal) every day as it helps with recovery. Working with karl I got back lifting weights and enjoying the gym again and not having the fear of being wrecked in work the next day . Any trades man or women that thinks they haven’t got the energy to get the gym in after work i would recommend Karl he will give you the skill and healthy habits that you will have for life .

    I’m coming the end of Karl’s 90 day transformation challenge. I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Karl sets realistic goals with a food and exercise programme helping you develop good long term lifestyle changes for the better. Karl’s commitment to his clients is second to none and is always available to help you. Karl’s energy and motivation is addictive, as are his classes. Having lost 15lb and dropping 2 dress sizes in 9 weeks I can definitely say Karl is one of the best in the business!

    Great spot! Glad to be up with Karl in his new gym, Good vibes and while it is group classes, peoples level of fitness are cared for individually/ different weights etc. Just before covid I dropped 15 kilo in two months training with him.

    Best gym I’ve been to I’ve never ever enjoyed working out until I started project fitness Dublin I love going up to the classes every night. Karl is an unreal coach he makes me comfortable with working at my own pace as well as encouraging me to give it my all which Is what I need. Nothing but good vibes and great crack in the gym

    I have completed 3 weeks of training with Project Fitness Dublin & Karl. I must say Karl is one of the best trainer I have come across… I have joined this gym for overall transformation post pregnancy & I am already feeling & getting fit day by day. I have gained lot of stamina & the way Karl makes us all do the workout is so interesting that we don’t feel to give up even if it’s too intense. I am sure whoever joins him will never regret, comes with my heartfelt recommendation.

    I recently had the opportunity to join Project Fitness Dublin Gym center and I must say it is a enjoyable experience. One of the standout feature of PROJECT FITNESS gym is its knowledgeable and friendly Trainer Karl.Trainer is approachable and seem genuinely interested in helping members achieve their fitness goal. They also offer Pilate classes on Friday which is really good.

    Would 100% recommend, best gym I’ve been to! I’ve been going for 4 weeks now and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I have noticed such a difference in my mental and physical health. Karl is such a great trainer, he really pushes you beyond your limits. The group training really motivates you to keep going and push yourself, there is such a good atmosphere in the gym and everyone is so welcoming! I never really enjoyed going to the gym, but after just 4 weeks, I feel I have a completely different outlook towards it. Really love the fact that you can book into any class at any time and don’t have to commit to set days & times. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

    After training alone for a long time I lost all motivation. A friend recommended Project Fitness to me and it was the best decision I’ve made all year. Karl is the best trainer to work with, from his famous finishers to his classic motivational speeches it’s never a dull day. The energy from everyone really pushes you to do your best. I’m lifting weights that I never thought possible and am now competing in a Hyrox event which, this time last year, I would have ran away from. I can’t recommend this gym enough. You won’t regret signing up

    Best decision I've made in 2023 joining Project Fitness. The atmosphere is so genuine and a judgement free place. I'm so comfortable showing up as I am and that has motivated me to push myself at every class. Karl, the trainers and all members are friendly, creating a supportive environment. The group training sessions are challenging yet fun, making workouts enjoyable and effective. Would highly recommend if you need motivation to achieve whatever fitness goals you want to achieve.
