I've
been
going
to
Project
Fitness
for
about
3
months
and
my
only
regret
is
that
I
didn't
start
sooner!
Karl
and
his
team
are
fantastic
at
what
they
do,
I
had
lost
all
motivation
in
fitness
and
I
didnt
know
how
to
get
myself
where
I
wanted
to
be.
The
thought
of
going
to
a
group
training
gym
had
me
a
bit
nervous
because
it
was
all
new
to
me
but
that
quickly
changed,
everyone
is
so
kind
and
supportive
to
eachother
and
it
really
helps
to
push
me
and
achieve
my
goals.
Karl
and
his
team
truly
care
about
your
fitness
journey
and
are
a
great
help
when
it
comes
to
nutrition
aswell
and
will
help
you
reach
your
goal.
After
every
class
I
feel
great
and
motivated,
I've
lost
weight
and
built
muscle
I'm
lifting
weights
I
never
thought
I
would.
My
overall
physical,
mental
health
and
energy
levels
are
the
best
it's
been
in
years.
You
will
never
regret
joining
this
gym
it's
the
best
one
in
Dublin
for
sure!
