A lovely place for a walk. The car park is very convenient & not expensive. This spot is ideal for a short walk if waiting for someone attending The Blackrock Clinic.

Great car park to park up and visit Sandy Mount Strand. Free most of the day and and low charge at peak/commuter times.

Got a parking ticket (forgot to get one)carpark was ok,but the sand on the beach was very dirty and smells ,so for €40 the worst morning I have had in a long time ⌛️

Always a stunning view from this point! You can see the lighthouse, Bull Islands & Howth on one side & Dún Laoghaire on the other... The dart runs along the shoreline. It's a real beauty!!!

A great place for a short stroll along the sandy beach providing wonderful views out to sea to the Howth headland, the Red lighthouse at the end of the Bull Wall and across to Dún Laoghaire. The strand can be reached from the city centre in 30 minutes by city bus and is close to the commuter train stations.

A great stop off to either have a picnic with the view or just to park and go for a walk along the beach. The car park itself holds around 40 cars. There is a garage across the road as well if you need to pick anything up. The car park does lock later into the night but it is free to park.

Perfect location for a picturesque walk along the sea. Gets busy during nice weekends but never had an issue parking there on a weekdays.
