Service was very slow and food came out cold. Servers never brought any cutlery after being asked a few times. Good atmosphere and very lovely pints of Beamish though.

Went in with the wife and 3 year old. Food was fresh and good. Ordered the chicken wings, salom and kids sausage and kids. All was excellent and not a long wait either. Glad to see the old chef back

Great food, great atmosphere, lots of fun. Staf amazing, friendly and helpfull. Bands, dj's and live acts every weekend. Darts tournaments, lots of fun and entertainment. Great selection of drinks. Recommended! #dublin

The best food in Sandyford 👏👏👏 I had there few different meals and all of them were 100% To be honest I am very positively surprised 👌👌👌. Highly recommending to everyone. Strong 5***** for the food. Unfortunately, waiters are unfriendly and should be trained better, bad manners... My advice to the management, invest for the professional stewards. Definitely I'll be back there 👍

I am a local living in Wedgewood and have repeatedly been subject to extremely poor and rude service by any standards. Despite never being disappointed by the chefs and the food, and despite always leaving a tip I frequently experience strange treatment. I walked in today at 22:55 on a Sunday after my shift and was rudely denied a pint even though the closing time is advertised as 23:00, that prompted me to write this review. I can appreciate that staff are tired and would like to end their shift, but there were people drinking and hanging around and my 1 pint would not have broken anybody's back. In the past a man who seems to be the manager made a habit of rudely calling me names, his favourite being "pal" and oddly once "sweety", I am a grown man in my 20s, sir will do fine. I have also seen waitresses being given out to in front of me while I was in the middle of eating. I tried being polite and make of this what you will but the vast majority of my experiences here have been memorably bad. So unfortunately from now on I will be going a few miles down the road for a pub instead of the one I live close to. Learn how to treat your local patrons!

I travelled from Northern Ireland to this pub due to such great reviews, I heard it was a must to visit this pub! A fantastic atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door! Staff are very attentive and extremely helpful, nothing is a problem. The food is simply amazing, the presentation of the food is first class and the food tastes delicious the best Pub Grub i have had in a long time, i will definitely be back and i will most definitely recommend Ollies to friends and family

Best restaurant around Sandyford/Balally I’d recommend! Excellent food with good price, and great service from all staff I met here. Been here for five times now, it’s becoming my favorite local spot!

Went elsewhere locally for some food with my family recently and really regretted it ollie's for food is just amazing the service is beyond exceptional the staff couldn't do anymore for us the hospitality is 5 star when it comes to young familys. Last time the kids were at ollies they were handed colouring activities which kept them so quite colouring away which really helps us as parents to enjoy our food not to mention some extra ice cream which was sent over to our table these little things really are appreciated by us as a family we will be back soon. Happened upon Ollie's bar with my partner and some friends after GoQuest in Carrickmines. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff and beautiful food. Best chips/fries I've ever had. I had the roast of the day and I cleared my plate. It was delish!

Ollie's is doing breakfast again. Delicious full Irish and very filling !! My partner had poached eggs and bacon on toast and loved it. Poached Eggs cooked to perfection.

Soup was tasteless, bread like sawdust Pint of Guinness was good and you can't really affect the taste of whiskey which was fine as was service

The customer service there is really bad! I hated it. The waitress are impatient and don't care about being kind. I won't go back there.

Didn't feel safe. No one asked for Covid certs and know people there said were not vaccinated 😡. People walking around without masks. Food good but ruined experience. Breaking the rules🙄

Had the pleasure to work a shift in Ollies last year. It was post belta and pre dumelta but the efforts for good Irish Bar hospitality were there, and for me to enjoy as a pop in Barman. Hope all good in Sandyford. Guten tag from Frankfurt. Barry ☘️

Went there with friends around 4:30 pm and was only able to get drinks. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed so was not able to order any food.

If you're looking for an authentic Irish experience that is the place to go, the food is delicious, generous portions and very reasonable price, the staff is very friendly, the vibe is always amazing and they also have one of the best pints of Guinness you can find in Dublin, also great price. They also have live music at the weekends 💃😄
