I ordered the "Stars N' Stripes" and I have to be honest, it was very poor quality. The "crispy bacon" as it's described in the menu, was definitely not crispy, it was borderline cooked. The next problem was the bagel, it's supposed to be toasted and crunchy, but this wasn't toasted at all and really stale. I didn't finish the bagel, was really dissatisfied. For the record, I've eaten there before, and had this exact bagel on a few different occasions and it was delicious, but this time it was really awful so felt I should leave a review with the hope of the high quality which was once there returns.

Went here today and ordered a bagel with specific ingredients for my partner and they gave me a bagel with an ingredient on it that was not suppose to be on it,very careless and no consideration if people have allergies or not, I used to love this place but watching how sick my partner is because of somebody's carelessness,I wont be going back.

Ordered the eggworks.. bagel itself was cold but the slop (which is all it can be described as) was like it had been nuked!! They base of the bagel was a soggy mess with all the slops run off. Coffee was luke warm and even though there was loads of free seats, they were all were filthy.. avoid this place if you value your health

My daughter and her friend went to sit down without realizing that you had to be a customer. They were told to move, yet were very polite and then went to buy something as they were hungry. When they went to sit back down the man who told us off in the first place demanded for our ID and covid certs yet they were clearly underage. He continued to be extremely rude and would not accept an online form of ID. Bare in mind no other people were being asked for ID of vaccine certs. All employees were very kind other than this man, we presume he was the manager

I recently purchased the vegan supreme bagel from your shop in Dundrum. I asked the staff what bagel was vegan friendly as I'm allergic to dairy. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. Replying rudely with "I don't know" when the allergen list was in front of them. I asked them what bagel compliments the vegan ingredients? No reply. I checked through the allergen list myself and found majority are vegan friendly. So I was happy to tell the ladies that all bagels are vegan friendly except two - with zero response, just ignored. I'm a friendly person who rarely gives out and never posts negative reviews, but this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Love the bagels everytime! The elderly gentleman serving me, with the beard is one of the nicest people I’ve met! I didn’t catch his name but he is very sweet and made a delicious bagel!

Absolute disgrace of a place. Rotten food. Slop flat white and bad mannered staff. I spend 15 euro and feel sick to my stomach

The do not have gluten free options, what would be great as more and more people are gluten intolerant. Good place to have lunch.

Great Bagels but have to lose two stars due to price gouging. Price increase of €1 to bring it to €7.95 for a Bagel! Crazy price…

Awful place. They put all your ingredients into a plastic bowl and microwave it and then put it between the 2 halves of a bagel. Around a kg of cheese in my bagel. Would not recommend.

😠 This place has gone extremely downhill. Went for lunch with my sister, paid €16 for scrambled eggs, cream cheese and smoked salmon, was very pricy for what it was. The scrambled eggs were dry. The scabbiest amount of cream cheese was on the bagel, had to ask for more, also had to ask for a lemon wed...

🫤 Stopped here for lunch, disappointed over all. Price too expensive for what they serve. Food presentation was poor with salads looking wilted and old. Got a chicken roulade with two salads and they gave lettuce as one of the salads! They gave reasonable portions of other salads but only gave a smal...
