Unbelievable! Clean, warm, cosy and full of tips and advice, the host is an example of perfection! The breakfast was impressive, a real Irish breakfast! The room was perfect and so clean. The towels were so soft, I am proud to say she is THE lady fully involved and dedicated to her job.

General: From start to finish our stay with Jacquie and her husband in their lovely home has been nothing but relaxing and perfect. House/Room: Their house is absolutely stunning and so was our room. It was towards the street, so it was a little noisy but they were so sweet and offered us to stay in another part of the house without us even saying anything. We declined it because we got used to it the second night and the room was just absolutely stunning. We had fresh water in our room, which was great as well as toiletries, fan and iron. The bed is incredibly comfortable and if it would not be for the awesome breakfast waiting downstairs, we would have possibly stayed there all day :) Breakfast: The breakfast is a feast. We were stuffed and did not need lunch after it :) Besides offering a wide array of fruit, pastries, granola and toast (white or brown), Jacquie also made us an Irish breakfast, tee and coffee. Location: Only a quick 15 minute train ride from Dublin's city center, the B&B has a prime location. The Booterstown train station is right next to it (2 minute walk). You can park your car for 4,50 Euro per day, which is a steal for a big city. The highly reviewed pub "Old Punch Bowl" is right around the corner and literally a 1 minute walk away. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will most definitely come back!

Our stay here was excellent. We got a warm welcome from Jacqui the owner who had our room ready early for us. We were attending a show in Bord Gais theatre and the location was excellent for this. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was superb with a great selection of fruit, hot food and homemade bread and scones. The Guesthouse was only a few minutes walk from Gleesons restaurant where we had a lovely meal. Looking forward to staying again.

Thank you Gerry and Jackie for a lovely stay in your beautiful home. The room was lovely - warm and comfortable with an immaculate en suite. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in any B & B. Would love to stay again some time.

we liked it very much ,at first we strayed at a very cosy but very tiny room ,but they changed us in a bigger one. All the family was very polite and very helpful with the informations we needed for our tours and they were very generous with our breakfast ,it was amazing !our room was very clean everyday. I surely recommend it .

My daughter and I just stayed here in the middle of November. Beautiful house! Jackie and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Their dog is adorable! She prepared the most wonderful breakfasts for us! Super close to the bay and train station. Only several stops from Dublin City center in one direction and Deansgrange Cemetery where Sinead Oโ€™Conner is buried and also the James Joyce museum, in the other direction. Perfect location in a nice neighborhood. We would stay there again!

Lovely B&B, hosts very welcoming with the best breakfast I've seen anywhere. Comfortable, clean house. Only downfall it's on a main road, but in easy reach of the train station to Dublin centre and walking distance of shops, bars etc.

Great BnB. Owners are wonderful and we had a full spread for breakfast. Just south of downtown Dublin to be quiet, but still a block from the Dart.

we had a fantastic four days stay at lovely cosy blackrock b&b. being host is not jacquie's job. it's her passion. that's what you're feeling every day. we would make a six-star rating if possible. btw. we recommend a visit at jack o'rourke's pub blackrock.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Jackie was kind and welcoming, with tons of great info about the surrounding area to help us get oriented to Dublin. Beautiful clean room, delicious breakfast, a few great pubs nearby and close to the train to access the rest of Dublin. So glad we got to stay here!

The was an exceptional experience and every part of overnight made us feel special, the entrance welcome, the decor, the room, the comfort of all, the welcome drink, the guidance to local eateries and the morning greeting of our host at breakfast room, the ambience of it with decor and music and the food! This was 5 star quality and better from our host. Nothing was a problem and we will be back!

Jackie was such a lovely host in this wonderful and exceptionally clean B&B. Lots of lovely little details that show how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. We had a small and very cozy room next to our beautiful bathroom and enjoyed the very varied breakfast. The only downside was that we only stayed for one night. Thank you so much, Jackie!
