Quirky and eclectic pub with a great selection of beers, spirits and soft drinks! We stumbled across the pub whilst walking through a side road and thought it was worth a visit based on its looks alone and we were not disappointed!

Loved this bar. Very deceiving from the outside. Much bigger than it looks from the outside. Live music every evening from seven. With a band down the back from ten. This bar has pints of Corona on tap. Only new out so very few have it. Loved that. Food is nice also. Staff very friendly.

WORST HAMBURGER EVER!!! We were sitting in a small room at the back. Chairs are unsuitable for sitting!! Next door music is so loud that suppresses pubs local music. You can hear it simultan. Hamburger is beef but smells and tastes like sausage by pork, with a tonns of fat, and still dry, overcooked. This was the worst hamburger experince in my life!!! Service was slow, however pub was half house.

Great place for a pint. Spent the week around the corner and did the usual tourist stuff but ended up at the duck every night. Temple Bar was alright but I kept coming back here for the friendly staff and really nice regular crowd. Even now I keep thinking, damn I wish I was having a drink at The Wild Duck right now.

What a lovely pub! Looks super cool!! It was calmed when we visited, perfect to enjoy drinks, talk but also enjoy the live music. The guy that was playing was really good!! Loved it

We had a good time thank you. Your food was nice, maybe a bit pricey but don't matter in the end, what counts is that you've made us feel welcome. We had a couple of young kids and they loved it too, live music was a plus. Counting to visit you again next time I am in Dublin. Lovely Guinness. Cheers

An awesome quirky, beautifully decorated spot off the beaten path but well worth the find. A large selection of Draught beers are always served with a smile from the friendly staff. A small yet varied food menu has something to suit many palates. Come unwind and chill on one their couches/sofas on the roofed entrance patio, or you can sit inside on either their high bar tables or one limited number of dining tables… and enjoy the ceiling decor of model ships!

The regular pattie burger was excellent. Fries were top notch. Friendly staff. Great spot for a bite!! Live music a plus. Place is very unique with the lit garland everywhere. TVs were showing local sports. Not very busy since Garth Brooks was in town. I bet this place gets crazy on futbol night.

Great selection of draught beers, including a few craft ones thankfully, and friendly staff, perfectly situated for the Olympia. Music was a bit loud in outside seating area, which had been a smoker friendly zone before CV19 so not sure why it still isn't. They were the only annoyance, we still enjoyed our couple of drinks there before gig

Best place for a gathering in town! A big hats off to Stuart and Jasper for sorting out our large group. We'll all definitely be back and would highly recommend this place for drinks and food when you're in town. Lively and energetic without the tourist feel being right in the Temple Bar. Different rooms with different live music, what more could you ask.

Decent place to have a pint of Guinness, I really love the old-fashioned style of the interior and the quiet location within the Temple Bar area

Thank you ! After desperation of not being able to find a good spot with live music, this place saved us… right after arrival they started playing the best of the best Oasis, Pixies and other gems which made a truly magical atmosphere. The beer was correctly served (price was great for a location) and the service was kind. Thanks for the great night !

Good spot. Close to temple bar and with decent drinks, to this day the only place I have visited that has corona on tap. Food is delicious but that and drinks are on the pricey side which is to be expected for the location. Recommended if you're in the area!

Honestly I expected something else from reading other opinions. The waitress was very friendly and I loved that! But we ordered food (an Irish stew) and it wasn't that great, in my stew it was 95% broth and 1-2 small pieces of meat, not worth it the price. The atmosphere was nice though! I guess that for grabbing a beer and listening to music is a very nice place!

Nice bar with live music and plenty of space. On the edge of temple bar so it is quite expensive. But cheaper than some of the places near by. Overall it is a good pub that I would happily make my local if they just brought the price down a touch.
