    Had a great experience with Brian went through several tests that he was able to break down and discuss with me about where I’m at physically and what I need to work on to reach my goals and become a better jiu jitsu athlete. Brian is a clearly well educated and very friendly lad, will be returning in the future.

    I've been working with Brian for almost a year and have loved it. His sessions are tailored to your goals, easy to follow (each exercise has an instructional video) and have delivered great results. Not only have I gotten stronger, but more flexible and fitter. He always has time to chat through any issues or questions and really invests his time into you. Couldn't recommend any higher!

    I’ve never worked out in a gym before and didn’t know what to expect. It is very enjoyable attending this gym because of the attention and patience of the instructors. Everything is explained and demonstrated properly before you attempt to do it. The classes are very small and people are friendly. The work is hard but six weeks in I am already feeling more flexible and healthier. I would recommend Brian and his team. They are most encouraging and helpful. Great experience, thank you guys.

    Couldn’t recommend Performance Dynamics enough for any aspiring athletes. The lads were nice and professional and overall helped me identify my weaknesses, for injury prevention and strengthening. The Facilitates are state of the art from the gym to the cardio room and recovery room. Also received a highly detailed report outlining my testing, which was clear to understand.

    The Performace Testing was a unique experience which provided a deep and insightful analysis into personal athletic performance. Brian was top class and the facilities were incredible. I was provided with a breakdown of each individual test and the units and metrics used to measure each individual element of my performace. For each section of the test, we were provided with tips to improve our biomechanical performance. Within a matter of days, I was provided with a performance report, which was explained in an understandable way via phone call. This was a really helpful experience which has informed me on the various elements that I need to improve, which I can therefore implement into my in-season training programme. I would recommend the performace testing as it is an often overlooked area within sports clubs, however can really benefit the athlete and their individual training.

    I contacted Brian in Performance Dynamics two months ago with a view to putting a strength and conditioning programme in place for the next twelve months to get prepared for a major competition. The first thing Brian did was a comprehensive set of tests to find out what my strengths and weaknesses are and he then put in place a training to programme to correct the weaknesses and improve the strengths. Even thought it’s only been eight weeks I can already feel the improvement in my overall strength and fitness. This has also fed into my sprinting where my running technique has improved due to being more flexible and better able to generate power when running. I have signed up to the Athlete Development programme and have received fantastic coaching and instruction in my sessions with Brian. Performance Dynamics has everything you need. Very well equipped gym, fantastic staff and a recovery suite which I use on a regular basis. I can highly recommend Performance Dynamics to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

    Amazing gym and trainers! Performance dynamics gym is an unreal facility, full weight gym, conditioning suite and full access to the recovery room, athletes dream ! Brian and his team have been brilliant since I joined the gym, fully individualised programme and coaching for every session but also allowing you to train with other like minded people creating a competitive but really friendly atmosphere. My performances on the field have definitely gone up since training with Brian and his team! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their athleticism and overall fitness !

    I've been training with Brian for a while now and I have to say his attention to detail is unreal. I'm an X bodybuilder turned golf enthusiast, I own 2 gyms myself and I'm quite knowledgeable in a lot of areas but when I done the performance testing, I knew I was in the right hands. The equipment from force plates, tech used, knowledge, what he has studied and his application of his studies and all of the above really is what stands out for me. The performance testing showed me my hamstrings were a weaker body part which was a shock to me. Also showed me my ability to use my explosive force from a static position was poorer than average. Good in other areas but that's not what I was there for. I wanted to know what I needed to work on and found that out pretty quickly with Brian. I'm now signed up to Brian's online programming and there's weekly updates to the program and every aspect of my training is improving. I couldn't recommend Performance Dynamics enough. If you're here reading this and you're thinking about booking in, do it now. You will not regret it. Thanks to Brian and his team for everything to date. Much appreciated 🙏🏼

    My experience at performance dynamics was amazing! I felt entering the gym a different vibe to all other gyms it was like this gym was made for me felt straight at home as I started working out, Brian the main guy was so helpful teaching me new things and also experiencing new ways to test myself. The equipment and technology used for me to do the testing of power and strength and speed it as great was very informative and all tests were done at a professional level and manner it definitely made me want to sign up and come back and work with Brian and the performance dynamics team. As an athlete myself I say performance dynamics is the best place for all athletes of all sports who are playing at a high level and wish to be in the best shape to perform to the best of their ability.

    Can't recommend this place enough. Brian and team are very supportive, knowledgeable and personable. Always giving exceptional coaching and feedback relating to training and diet. Really fun place to train too with a nice vibe during the small group training. I started about six weeks ago and can already feel a huge difference in my confidence and technique while training. Brian really takes the time to go through every aspect of your goal making and fitness journey to ensure that you achieve the results that you want. I was previously training with another small group gym, but by far Brian offers a much more targeted and personal approach.

    Brian is an excellent coach, personable with great communication skills, not only do you learn the right way to workout you are given reasonings and explanations so as to help you understand the instructions better. The added nutrition advice has always been very helpful too throughout my training…. Overall, I highly recommend performance Dynamics, for anyone whom wants to get in shape. It’s relaxed to the point that you take what you put in from it and for someone like me whom had doubts of training with others I couldn’t have chosen a better environment.

    I have been with Performance Dynamics for the last 12 weeks. I had an initial consultation with Brian and began going 3 mornings a week. Previously I had been attending another gym on my own and I simply was not seeing any results. Brian tailors the programme to suit each individual and their needs and goals. With this bespoke and targeted approach I have seen great results within a short period of time. I actually enjoy the gym now! Performance Dynamics have a wealth of knowledge not only in fitness but also from a nutrition perspective. I learn something new every week. Brian is approachable and professional and I look forward to progressing my fitness journey with Performance Dynamics.

    I've been training with Performance Dynamics for 3 months now and I'm really enjoying it. The group classes are really motivational and challenging, and the support and knowledge that is given is fantastic. So many times in the past I've tried to get my fitness levels up and my weight down, but was never as successful as I have been over the last 3 months. I've more energy, I've lost weight, toned up and my clothes fit me again!! I'd highly recommended Performance Dynamics to anyone looking to get into better shape and health.

    Highly recommend Performance Dynamics to anyone who is looking to join a gym. The workouts are enjoyable, varied and led by an elite trainer. I’ve been training with Brian this past 6 months and the results on the investment are immeasurable. The progress I have made in such a short space of time is a testament to the exceptional coaching. I have learned so much about fitness and nutrition on this journey. I've never been so driven to set goals and achieve results. Overall the gym itself has great vibe and hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Performance Dynamics. Very friendly team who make me actually want to go train.     I joined Brian four weeks ago and already see a huge improvement in both my fitness and strength! I’ve been in plenty of gyms and workout regimes but never had one where I’ve been so consistent and that’s down to Brian and his personalised approach. He’s a very knowledgeable coach and is great at helping you understand the exercise and which muscle you’re trying to target. I never thought I’d be a 7am gym goer but I’ve found myself going to bed looking forward to my morning class! Would highly recommend for anyone thinking about joining!

    I live in the USA and I have been working with Brian through his online program for the past 9 months. Two of my sisters work with him also and they highly recommended him. His program is realistic and attainable for busy people. My shape has improved dramatically, muscle tone and mass has increased and my waist has reduced in size. Before working with Brian, I used to walk around daily with right hip pain and that has disappeared. I highly recommend Brian to anyone who wants to achieve their health and fitness goals.

    Been working with Brian while living abroad to achieve my S&C goals while away from sport. Brian is very helpful and detailed with his approach.     I got recommend to got to Brian through a close friend in February 22 and his coaching has been top class over the past 6 months, I went to him to get in the shape I wanted for my wedding. The workouts all have a clear purpose and great variety that provide the results if you follow his instructions. Brian is very diligent and I have found the best aspect of the coaching to be his focus on form/technique and providing a good base to improve upon. I have been a consistent gym goer over the last 10+ years and I can easily say that Brian has provided coaching and form correction tips that I have never received from PTs before (plus this was all remote with no physical face to face session). The sessions are brilliant, never get stale and there is a great balance and variety to keep you interested. I would highly recommend Brian if you're looking for someone to lead you in the right direction.
