Excellent gym! really relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, as someone that was nervous about getting back into a gym environment this was the perfect fit! Extremely helpful and friendly staff that don’t make you feel as though you are just a number, like a lot of larger commercial gyms.. top of the line equipment and a really great selection of classes

Great gym, rare to see an owner and staff so passionate about their gym. Clearly a labour of love which is reflected in the care taken to maintain the equipment and atmosphere.
