What can i say -this opticians is miles ahead of the rest in every way, equiptment, testing, compassion, professionalism and courtesy. After more than 40 years of simple eye test and glasses, I had a real issue with my sight that required surgery. Rachael facilitated the prompt appointment with the surgeon and talked me through what i could expect, which went a long way to allay my fears. After the surgery she and her team efficiently outfitted me with new glasses. The offices are beautiful, the selection of quality frames outstanding and the staff second to none. There is simply no comparison to any other in my long experience both in Ireland and abroad. They are the best.

From the first time I went in to make an appointment, I felt welcomed. The appointment wasn't rushed and the eye examination was very thorough. If I wasn't sure, I could ask questions and not feel like I was troubling them. When it came to choosing my glasses, I was again given plenty of time and space to decide what glasses I wanted. There was a wide range of frames to choose from and I was also able to get sunglasses. If needed, there's an easy payment plan that you can opt for. Absolute unscrupulous optician who added in an eye scan on top of the routine eye test without explanation as to he costs. When I telephoned and explained to Emma ( receptionist, I guess) she was less than interested and never even offered to get the optometrist. No apology or offer of reimbursement despite saying I felt conned. Do not use.

Always first class service and the aftercare is equally as good. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and look forward to getting another pair of glasses soon. The quality and choice of frames is superb. You get what you pay for and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending 'Team Rachel'. 👌👓👍

The whole experience in Rachel Murrays is beyond what ya would expect when getting tested to picking out new frames they are not just super professional but very personable have the best coffee too and even a wee doggo in there some days Rachel is always so nice to deal with and Fraser a gent and brilliant at finding the right look for you .

I had wanted to visit Rachel Murray Eye Care for quite a while as I loved some of the brands. From the first point of contact with this opticians I had nothing but excellent service! I thought finding the perfect pair would take a while as I'm a bit fussy but my eye test and consultation were extremely professional and efficient. I had everything done within a half an hour. My glasses were even ready earlier than expected and when I collected them I loved them even more than when I first tried them on during the appointment. Rachel Murray Eye Care have wonderfully friendly staff with loads of lovely little touches like chocolates and coffee to make it more personal. It really was a treat. Extremely highly recommended!!!
