Avoid. The staff makes you feel like you're a nuisance, which is the last thing you need when you are sick. It is also impossible to get a hold off them when you require help.

The new secretary did my prescription wrong after I called about it. I give out about it. Dr Mishra barred me for giving out that they give me the wrong thing. I’ve called loads to speak about Medication I was put on. Never once got a call back from anyone after leaving multiple messages. Had to go to an and e to find out what I should do about the medication she put me on as I couldn’t get talking to anyone. They did a plan for me to wean off them. Apparently they v dangerous and the doc really should have called me back. I did specifically say this on the first 3 times I called. When I’d call they would say we will get her to call you back but I never got any calls back (5 time I was told I’d get a call back) I called and spoke to mejella recently (wish it was her at the start) and asked why I didn’t get a call back when I asked if I could see the doctor to resolve this admacaly she said notes where left with the doctor and she doesn’t want to bother dealing with me and to find someone else to go to.

We went there for the vaccine booster. The doctor was very amable and we got all the medical information we asked for. We felt welcomed and well attended.
