Very disappointing service. I very rarely post reviews but I was so annoyed with my haircut that I felt I had no other option but to let others know to avoid it. The salon smelled like sewage to begin with. The hairdresser cut too much off my hair, I only said a trim and she has taken two inches off. I asked for a semi permanent brown colour and it was dyed too dark and is an orangey colour at the roots. I am so disappointed and have to pay another hairdresser to fix my colour. It looks terrible. By the sounds of the reviews I am not the only one to experience this. Please avoid this place.

Soo so scary!! The lady who was doing my hair was so aggressive. I almost started crying. I left the salon immediately. I didn't trust her with my hair. There are plenty of great hairdressers in Dun Laoghaire to choose from, why did I choose this?

she was so rude and so condescending when i asked her a simple question she talkd down to me like i was a kid. wouldn’t give someone like her business, i’ve seen multiple reviews everywhere saying shes rude and its very true.

I bought a Groupon voucher and was looking forward to getting my hair done. When I called, she was very rude on the phone. I asked if I could book an appointment for a Saturday and was told quite rudely that I hadn’t read the fine print. When I’d booked my voucher wasn’t available to me yet so I hadn’t the chance to view it. In any case, I couldn’t book for a Saturday. I didn’t mind and simply requested another day unbeknown to me it was a Saturday (I didn’t have my calendar handy). Lana was very rude on the phone reminding me that I couldn’t book on a Saturday. I panicked because of work, I can’t just book appointments during the week. She told me that I should have thought about that before booking. I was really dissatisfied with how she treated me on the phone. If they don’t want to work with groupon they shouldn’t. I’m not financially in a place to book an appointment in many salons as it’s too expensive for me which is why I turned to groupon.

The most unpleasant experience from a place you can get. If you phone they don’t answer and when you go down to take appointment they will refuse you to give one. You might face rudeness

I got a lovely wash cut & blowdry here with a Groupon voucher I bought. Larisa did a wonderful, professional job on my hair. Really delighted with it. Will definitely go again. Thank you Larisa. Such a lovely lady. Laura, visited 9/8/2022

I can't recommand less !!! Lana mixed up 2 appointments, started washing my hair which i found weird as a hair color is supposed to be applied on "greasy" hair to protect the scalp. In the middle of the washing i asked her if maybe it was a recomandation from the brand and she admitted her mistake (that's fine it can happen). Instead of rescheduling she just kept going with the appointment without mentioning that the product was actualy quite agressive... I specificaly asked her for a shade 5 (dark coppery brown) as that's what i wanted... she just applied whatever she wanted as she personaly thought a lighter color would look better on me. When she removed the towel from my head I had a light copper color applied. Finished the appointment with a flecky and badly damaged scalp (10 days later its still painful AF) + a light copper color which got lighter again after the 1rst shampoo... I have kindly asked her to fix the situation the way I asked initialy but never got any feedback from her or her asociate (through email here oliviastyle25.....).

I went in for a wash, cut, and blow dry, and I'm incredibly happy with the results. I used photos to explain what I'd like for a haircut. The stylist checked a few times before taking off a few inches from my locks, which I appreciated. Too many times in the past, I have ended up with a cut shorter than what I had wanted. It was not the case this time. She takes her time with the haircut and styling, but it was worth the wait. There isn't much conversation to be had and that was perfectly fine. :)

One of the BEST salons for babylights and highlights for a very good price. Lana is a wonderful hairstylist and knows exactly what customer wants. I would highly recommend this salon especially if you want highlights for longhair. I moved out from Dublin and I cannot find anything similar in the entire Europe. It is worth coming back to Dublin only because of this hair salon.

Lana gave me a lovely highlight and cut. She was a lovey person to chat with and I felt like I got an amazing deal for the price. I will be back. Happy to have some summer color in my hair to ride out the rest of winter ☀️🕶

bad attitude for service I don’t recommend this hair salon unless you want to have a terrible experience.
