they have a tight refund policy, i think was 7 days or 14 days only, instead of 28 days like all other shops, for a worry free shopping shop in other places. Me and my wife had a bad experience shopping there once, and stopped shopping there since then

Nice product but if you want a refund they Do not give money back they just give you voucher, not like the other ships they do full money back for a return ..

Bought a lovely bag there & in less then a week it was ripped at the seam(faulty bag). I was worried that return ling it or exchange would be difficult but the staff were lovely &understanding. I exchanged the bag for the same one & have had no issues with quality since. Would buy there again. (Minus one star for the faulty bag not the shop)

I just want to give you a quick review. What a lovely experience shopping in your Blanchardstown shop this evening. The two shop assistant's couldn't do enough for me. I purchased 3 items of which they held onto in the shop so that I could continue shopping and collect the items later. As soon as I arrived to collect them, the sales assistant went and got the items which were bagged and ribboned beautifully. They were so kind and helpful. Thanks again. Love this shop Loads of lovely gifts and designs for bags and purses..they have gorgeous travel baggage matching and weird. Those posh older ladies can get a nice poncho here .....

Love this store and wish there were more in Dublin. Alway clean and tidy with plenty of choice to choose from. Reasonably priced good quality jewelry and bags
