i was here the other day with my boyfriend who came to buy shoes. He was given the wrong size by the guy who checked his sizes, we specifically said the size to him and he gave it to the till. A blonde girl was at the till and checked the sizes once again, didn’t say nothing and handed the shoes to us. We realised and came back later on and we were given a DIRTY shoe. That is unacceptable. When we were given the right shoe, the worker was rude and avoided eye contact with us.

Came in the store last sunday 12/11 with my girlfriend. We bought 2 T-shirts and she wanted to buy a sneaker.So we asked 4 times to 4 different employees and literally waited for around 35 minutes, and not a single employee came back with the shoes for her to try… They just straight up ignored us and continued to do whatever they were doing, so we just left the store… we can buy it from another place Worst staff ive ever seen..

This store is a total rip off. I picked up 3 Nike Dri-fit t-shirts. Usually these are priced around €30 to €32. The Nike label said €32 euro but the store placed their own label over this looking for €40 . I also wanted a nike Hoodie. Thankfully they didn't have my size as this was priced at €125. I left the store went to JD sports in Omni Park in santry. The t-shirts are all priced at €33 and the Nike Hoodie was priced at €85 . How can the same brance store justify the difference in price ?????

The amount of 1 Star reviews says it all. Ordered shoes online for click + collect. Checked online to confirm the closing time was 9pm. Went to collect them at 8:30pm and was told sorry we’re closed (at 8pm apparently). It sounds so petty, but i honestly can’t grasp how unhelpful the staff were. Unapologetic for the incorrect times online, and not willing to help collect a box. - either hire better humans - or treat your staff better so they can start bringing in some higher star reviews.

We ask for a shoe size waited for 30 minutes nobody assiting us.. poor customer care.. I ask the staff wearing a uniform he sadi he I don’t work here “LAZY” sack the whole lot of them… Bad for business… disgraceful…

Love JD I can never go in without leaving my eye on something & if I dnt buy it on that day I always come bk for it ,I have 3 men living with me & shop here all year long fir them ,runners shorts tshirts & tracksuit, even football Jerseys all under d 1 roof ,what more wud u want

The worst costumer service ever, terrible shop, 45min waiting my shoes to try that I asked 3 times and the end didn’t come, don’t loose your time to buy shoes over there

Great shop, lots of choice but over ten mins waiting for a pair of shoes to emerge from the stock room!
