agree
more.
The
musty
smell
was
all
over
the
hotel,
especially
our
room.
I
was
very
surprised
by
the
lack
of
room
service
on
our
first
night.
Nobody
entered
the
room,
provided
towels,
or
emptied
our
trash
(which
was
full
from
two
babies
on
board).
We
didn’t
get
back
to
the
room
until
almost
5p
so
we
gave
plenty
of
time
as
well.
My
wife
had
to
call
to
request
towels
and
more
soap.
On
the
second
night,
housekeeping
knocked
on
our
door
at
8:55a
while
the
kids
were
still
asleep
and
we
were
still
un-showered.
The
bathroom
sink
area
is
also
very
tight
so
it
provided
a
challenge
for
the
two
of
us
to
get
ready
for
our
wedding
event
here.
She
barely
had
enough
room
for
makeup
and
toiletries.
Front
desk
staff
was
very
polite
and
a
woman
at
the
Bistro/bar
was
so
helpful
in
providing
us
with
hot
water
for
baby
bottles
late
at
night.
The
indoor
pool
was
a
hit
for
the
kids
as
well!
Nobody
was
there
and
it
was
fairly
average
but
we
will
take
any
nice
family
time
we
can
get.
But
for
$500+
for
two
nights
at
a
Courtyard
brand,
I
expected
the
basics
everywhere
else,
which
did
not
happen
for
us.
