For the price I was disappointed. The courtyard was lovely and the female staff member who checked us in was incredible. The pool area was clean but small. The hours on the website are incorrect so it closed a little earlier than we though. Pros are there is a bar area in the lobby that serves food, including breakfast, and lots of snack options by the courtesy desk. Negatives are the room was basic, the shower curtain was dirty, and the ceiling was damaged from what appeared to be a water leak. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am even though check out is noon. I was double billed, but it was quickly resolved. They are doing some renovations, so hopefully there are improvements in the future.

Our first time at a Marriott Courtyard. This address was just renovated a few months ago and it showed. The bathrooms seemed new; the floors were nicely tiled and all fixtures were new and modern. Our room was very nice and clean. One complaint, and it is significant, was the low toilet. Most (ADA compliant) modern toilets have chair height of 17 to 19 inches (measured to the top of the toilet seat) which facilitate ease of sitting and standing up. This is especially important for older people. Standard toilet heights are 14 to 15 inches high but these toilets were so low we could hardly stand up. If it were a year ago when my wife had her hips replaced, she would not have been able to use this. Coffee in the room was flavorless. Overall, we liked the facility and staff and we would surely return.

The room was very nice and comfortable. And front desk staff were very friendly. The cable wasn't working but that may have been due to the winter storm. I left without having the overpriced breakfast because there was on person doing the orders, payment, and serving.

The room I was in was very dark. It had a musty smell. I found several hairs in the bathroom and food under the bed. It was not up to typical Marriott standards. The room was at least quiet and other amenities were fine. The bar/lobby area was very pleasant and the staff was polite. Can’t get past the condition of the room for this review. Hopefully it was a one off for the staff.

I came here as a part of a percussion group when we had to leave our old hotel when it had many issues, and they had no issues taking us all in here, even though we had about 40 people all coming in on short notice. Staff was amazing throughout the stay, the whole time. Wish we could come back next year!

We traveled back to Dublin to visit friends after being away for eight years after having lived there for twenty five years. The Courtyard was great. We were upgraded to a suite with separate bed and sitting rooms. Very nice to come home to after a day of visiting and seeing how Dublin has changed. It’s in a great location and close to any amenities you might want.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it was an ok place to stay, however I did expect more for the price. The microwave in our room could not reach the outlet, so we had to temporarily place it on the floor to plug it in. The TV was functional however there are no options for Netflix, hulu, etc (which I feel is pretty standard these days). The lighting in the room was minimal with a dim light by the door and a couple small lamps. Breakfast was not included (I was not told that it would be, however for the price I was still surprised). There was a door in our room connecting to the room next to us which made me a little uneasy, however it did have a deadbolt. On the bright side the lobby appeared recently renovated with a nice modern look and the room was comfortable and clean.

Courtyard is well situated close to lots of shopping, restaurant and a whole food market to pick up dinner. The Inn is in a quiet and peaceful area by the HWY. The hotel as a whole was very clean and welcoming. The staff attentive and pleasant The lobby has great guest space to watch TVs and have a drink, I would not recommend the Bistro's limited menu availability, many fresh items where not available and even our burgers were all cold extra large bun topped with 'a' baby leaf of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato with a small beef patty. The side salad is lettuce greens and dressing, not a salad. Our king room on the ground floor had a small fridge, microwave, sofa, large TV with patio doors onto the courtyard. It was comfortable and we heard no noise from other rooms. . The Bed in room 110 was past its prime with distinctive indent in the matress and should have been retired a while back. I would ask when the mattress where last replaced before I booked again. Bathroom shower was updated to a shower with glass doors, no bath.

A previous reviewer: “The room I was in was very dark. It had a musty smell. It was not up to typical Marriott standards. The room was at least quiet and other amenities were fine. Can’t get past the condition of the room for this review.” Couldn’t agree more. The musty smell was all over the hotel, especially our room. I was very surprised by the lack of room service on our first night. Nobody entered the room, provided towels, or emptied our trash (which was full from two babies on board). We didn’t get back to the room until almost 5p so we gave plenty of time as well. My wife had to call to request towels and more soap. On the second night, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:55a while the kids were still asleep and we were still un-showered. The bathroom sink area is also very tight so it provided a challenge for the two of us to get ready for our wedding event here. She barely had enough room for makeup and toiletries. Front desk staff was very polite and a woman at the Bistro/bar was so helpful in providing us with hot water for baby bottles late at night. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids as well! Nobody was there and it was fairly average but we will take any nice family time we can get. But for $500+ for two nights at a Courtyard brand, I expected the basics everywhere else, which did not happen for us.

For some reason hotel still makes you stop by the front desk and reverify ID, phone, address, and swipe a card before they send mobile key. Won’t do it ahead of time with mobile checkin. Time to get with new technology.

I'd say this is a 3.5 ⭐ place. Which, as far as the hotel nomenclature goes, is a perfectly serviceable place. Older bathrooms in the rooms, but the common areas have been spruced up.

Make sure you get receipt hard copy before check-in. They gave me a price $92 per night at the front desk guy name Robert but at check out they charged my card of file $154 per night. They are stealing people money by lying. It wasn't pleasant experience it's like 2 star hotel for sure not worth for that price $154 night.

I just checked out from a 2 night stay here following the OP tournament. The location was great- though a little close to the highway and loud. The service was good enough. The room was awful. It smelled moldy- probably due to lack of exhaustion fan in the bathrooms. There were sugar ants in the room upon arrival- no visible food waste in the room- and the ants were on top of the furniture. The TV never worked. I informed the front desk and someone was sent to spray the room for ants and check the TV. They were unable to get the TV to connect to any service- I was told they would work on it while we left for a game and if they were unable to fix it, we would get another room. This never happened. Also- the beds were uncomfortable- mattresses seemed old. I am happy to inform that my concerns were addressed- but not followed through upon. I appreciate the compensation from Susan, but sadly for the money, I expected more.

It was good over all, but the person next door to me kept running in and out all night and the doors SLAM shut every time they are opened.... it was annoying and I got very little sleep.

Nate and Lubia are the best in the bistro business!! The food was cooked to perfection in a very timely manner by Nate. Lubia was very quick at the bar! The bistro was busy and not an empty seat in the house! Best service in a hotel ever! Bravo to these 2 employees!

We had a wonderful experience! The whole property and room we stayed in were very clean and well maintained, any staff member we encountered was professional and friendly, and we actually were able to sleep because the beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

A wonderful experience at this Marriott. Our previous stay (not this hotel) had soured us on the brand. Upon arrival, the manager was very helpful and listened to our concerns of the previous stay. He went out of his way to accomodate and respresent Marriott. All around excellent experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Clean rooms, the kids loved the pool, cute courtyard in the center. The best part of this hotel was the AMAZING staff! Front desk clerk, Bridget, was SO SWEET & helpful upon check-in. And the night desk man, Jack was very friendly as well. My husband & he chatted for a long time. My husband also enjoyed the fitness room.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and met all of our needs. The rooms were great size for a family of 5, while a little older were very clean. Nice indoor pool and the kids had a blast. Enjoyed breakfast and coffee at the Bistro and the lobby area. Overall recommend and good value.

Wifi is atrocious. Don’t expect to do much of anything short of surfing the internet. Yes, that includes Netflix or anything similar. In my room, the thermostat was constantly not working properly. I would set it to 60°, walk away, and it would promptly reset it to 72°. This is a low price Hotel. No breakfast included or anything. Don’t expect much. At least the pillows were fluffy!

The cafe was closed so we didn't have a fresh breakfast option, which was disappointing. The coffee was really good compared to other hotel coffee. I was also disappointed that there wasn't van service to and from the zoo.

Stayed at the Dublin Marriott over Thanksgiving. The people at the front desk were awesome. The girls at Starbucks were awesome. Had a great experience. Everyone is most helpful!

First room had toast and papers on the floor behind the drapes. The room numbers made absolutely no sense; even the workers on the floor had to think twice. Marriot's wifi system does not connect with Chromebooks. Luckily the desk clerk connected me with the IT company to connect. When pressing the Front Desk button on the phone, the recording does everything but connect to the front desk and then disconnects. The desk clerk was aware of the problem and had provided this information to the manager. The location is in need of a renovation. The desk clerk does get five stars for being friendly and addressing all these issues. Dublin is a lovely town and we had an excellent meal at Tucci's but the Marriott was a disappointment. Oddly we have received emails from the other Marriott we stayed at during our trip for a rating but not from the Dublin location.

The floor was filthy, as was the room. My three year old found a crumbled up empty pack of cigarettes behind the bibles in the drawer. They accused us of smoking in the room...we don't smoke and have a 3 and 1 year old. They charged us for "smoking" even though we explained we dont smoke and our kid found empty cigarette pack in the room. I had to basically clean the room before we could stay in it. They had people working on remodeling rooms and they were asking me weird questions and watching what room I went into by myself and watching me come out. Would not recommend staying there especially if you have kids or dignity. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. Side note the CVS staff and the McDonald's staff around the corner were fabulous and so friendly.

Would have rated 5 but found out the washer was down when I was trying to purchase detergent. That's something a lot of travelers require, and they don't really feel like finding a laundromat in a strange city. Other than that, great stay.

No bathroom fan, someone else's hair in shower, thermostat set at 64 degrees but wouldn't go below 72 degrees at night. Trash on floors in common area for 2 days. No customer service to room, like, trash cans emptied or fresh towels offered, tea tree shampoo too strong for kids. Building looked under maintained, perhaps its going to be demolished?

There currently under renovation but we have had nothing but smiles and a warm welcome the entire stay. The rooms are well kept and passed my walk through Inspection before putting the bag down. My only problem I had is that I'm a bigger guy and the shower was narrow. The interior courtyard was amazing and extremely relaxing along with a good size pool that was not crowded at the time. The price was on the high side to me for a night $135 a night. But I don't usually stay in hotels so that up to you. Overall 9/10 stay deffinety recommend.

Great rooms, love the second floor balcony overlooking the nice courtyard. Another reviewer said this place was “quiet” - not if you’re from a rural area!! You can definitely hear the highway from the balcony but that’s okay. I just appreciated having the balcony and the view. Nice big try right outside the balcony so it was just nice to be able to step out and get some fresh air without having to go outside of the hotel. Bed is comfy - I would describe it as soft but firm enough to support the spine. Super comfy pillows (there’s an extra one in the closet for rooms with a pull out sofa if you are a pillow fiend like me and want ALL OF THE PILLOWS). The breakfast options were sufficient but definitely not like a regular restaurant. Probably about 5 or so menu items, give or take. I ended up just going to the Sunny Street Cafe down the road which was simply delicious. Also, I can run myself a HOT bath! That was wonderful and much needed. It’s the little things! Good room for the price. Only 4 stars due to the highway noise

The hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast wasn’t being served our first few days per covid, but the last two it was wonderful and the wait staff was amazing. Did such a good job creating dolphins out of bananas for my children :) the food was reasonably priced and we even added an extra few days onto our stay. The only problems we had were on our last night, there was a sports team of some sort (or something of the like) checked in and they were loud and obnoxious. They took over the pool and were slamming around and wrestling to the point where I didn’t feel my children safe in it. Then they continued to play ball out in the yard and hit our window several times while I was trying to get my kids to sleep. It would have been nice if the hotel would have asked them to take other guests into consideration. Or done anything about it. But otherwise it was good.

Clean, but slightly older hotel. I was not given any hand soap for some reason. Still request if & when you would like room service due to Covid, which is not an issue in my opinion. Loved the service at front desk & Starbucks. Great restaurants nearby....Napa was a favorite.

I recently stayed at Court yard by Marriot in Dublin, Ohio. There was a woman in the front her name was Jess. She was absolutely great! Very friendly & helped a lot! There was never a shrug or any negative energy coming from her. Everything I asked she did with a smile on her face & just over all she made my family’s & my stay there wonderful! Thank you so much Jess!
