I went into O'Reilly Hardware the other day looking to buy a door handle. Unfortunately, the one I wanted was out of stock. They made a note and took my phone number. Today I received a call advising me my door handle had come in and was behind the desk. Now that's what I call excellent service 👏.

What a horrible customer service experience, tried to return an item I bought 2 weeks ago because it was falling apart. The woman in the counter was extremely rude and blamed me for mishandling it, things got escalated too quickly and she called her boss. Who was even more rude saying that “I didn’t connect things properly”. Kept repeating himself while shaking with anger. Needless to say I won’t ever be back… I wonder if they would treat an Irish person like this… shocking
