Super show. Super staff. Really great atmosphere. We’ve been to lots of them over the years and this one is certainly up there with the very best of them. Highly recommended. 10 out 10.

A great Santa experience. The first half is a Christmas show with lots of songs, followed by a visit to Santa. It was really well organised with no queuing or crowds. There were plenty of elves around offering to take family photos, then we collected our official Santa photo at the end. the whole thing lasted just under an hour. A really well run event! And most importantly, happy kids.

Overall OK, but the gift seemed like it was an incomplete/incorrect return, some pieces wouldn't match the rest of the toy (or even the box) and it was effectively non-functional. I had to explain my son that elves sometimes make mistakes and arrange another gift. I'd advise the management to source the toys from some distributor rather than getting them from some end-customer store, which is what I suspect happened.

We all ended up getting infunelza A (where you’ve to isolate for 5 days) and chest infections the day of our booking and they only offered us 50% off full price for another booking of a show that they “didn’t think would sell out” even though the circumstances behind us not being able to go where beyond our control. We couldn’t afford to pay for another Santa experience so close to Christmas either so they let us bring the kids for a Santa photo (which we had to pay for) and they didn’t even receive a toy. We went last year it was great but after this years experience and the customer service just being money hungry rather then helpful since it’s Christmas I really wouldn’t recommend. There was also plenty of shows that didn’t sell out, the show after us on the day we couldn’t go wasn’t sold out either but they still refused to let us change the date or offer a refund unless they re-sold the tickets, even though it wasn’t a completely booked out show? So I double anyone was dying for the tickets to become available. €130 wasted. Luggwoods seams to be better value and better customer service from what I’ve heard. *I can’t reply to the owners response, but the show had so many free dates so only offering a refund if they sold the tickets to a show that doesn’t even have assigned seats makes no sense when there was so many other free dates available anyway. I 100% sent an unpleasant email because they really only cared about getting money and not being accommodating to their customers who still wanted to go but couldn’t because of the circumstances, we then messaged to just get a photo because we didn’t have any other choice since everywhere else was sold out or too expensive after we had already spent a fortune. So overall, we spent €130 + €30 and got 3 photos, which where awful with a Santa who rushed us out and didn’t care about the kids ( previous reviews say the same about the Santa) waste of money and I stand by my bad review because it was just BAD!.

I went here yesterday with my 2 young grandchildren and I cannot speak highly enough it. Firstly, the staff were incredible, I explained to Paul at the door that the older one wasn't a fan of noise and the younger one wouldn't get out of his buggy and he straight away said no problem and brought us up in the lift and put us down the back which was brilliant as it wasn't too noisy and then we were first to see Santa, every member of staff was so pleasant, jolly and accommodating, it was so refreshing. The show itself was great, only 20 minutes which is a perfect length of time for the little ones, not too long where they get bored and just enough time to build up the excitement to see Santa and the clever way they have incorporated the show with the Santa visit is genius, I don't want to give too much away but there is a great Segway into the visit at the end and the presents were great. You also get your picture taken with Santa and have the choice to get some memorable goody packages at the end or none if you'd rather not. All round I would recommend this 100% and I will definitely be going back next year and spreading the word around. Well done team.

Fantastic! Such a festive show, they really get the children (and adults) involved and in the Christmas spirit. Santa is lovely, kind and jolly and the gift is good too. We had a nice dinner beforehand. It's out 3rd year going and we plan on bringing the girls again next year. Thanks to all x

This was the second year that we went to Taylor's Santa Experience and the second time we as a family have really enjoyed the experience. Both times we had a meal before the show and Santa visit and both times the food was excellent and good value. The show was very engaging and very well produced. The Santa was excellent and took time to speak with the kids and the elves took photos for us. All of the staff are excellent, they could not do enough for you. We will be booking again next year.

I couldn't recommend this experience more! A fantastic family day out that will definitely awaken the Christmas spirit! From the moment we walked in the staff were so friendly and welcoming and amazing with the kids. The show itself was high energy and all the performers gave it there all and encourage the little ones in the audience to get on their feet for a dance and join in. The Santa was excellent, one of the best I've ever encountered. The icing on the cake was the really good gift for the kids at the end.
