Had a bad experience when I visited on Tuesday (2/8). The sales assistant was on his phone behind the till the whole time. When I asked him a question he didn't even look up at me and seemed annoyed that I disturbed his TikTok browsing. Very unprofessional. Will be taking my business to American Golf from now on. — Edit: If you want to investigate this matter you can just check your CCTV on the 2/8 afternoon. You will see that your staff member was just behind the till texting on his phone and ignoring all customers.

Handy for the Dad's getting dragged out shopping it's open later than the other outlets

Phoned and asked if there was any junior tops for an 8 year old and told there was a choice of a few, maybe four, hopped in car and called in .. they had none ... told him I called and he said I know .. just left scratching my head no point getting stressed
