As marshes go, this would be about average: little thought given to water sports, and no wellington boot rental. The layout would suggest that not much effort went in to the design. Instead of ducks you get assorted birds you would find in the back yard, or the park. Not a bad thing, just uninspired.

Quite smelly, and not always birds around

Sometimes no birds, sometimes a smorgasbord of typical local feathered friends. Hard to get close to without a zoom lens. Fun place to be quiet from urban life, go right in towards the rain line or peek in from the main road.

Interesting place, great for bird watching. It's handy for buses and trains.

Small protected tidal bird sanctuary.

Excellent swamp. Great for birdwatching. Awe inspiring.
