Opening times don't match. It was meant to open at 11am on Sunday and I was still standing there at 11:43 waiting for them to open the shop. I seen staff walking around yet they didn't open the door. H & M please change your opening time to the actual time you open. So you don't get anymore unhappy customers.

Should change the opening time shown on google! It is not open at 11am on sunday! More than an hour waiting the shop to open to return a jumper because of misleading information.

Good selection of children's clothes, cheap and cheerful.

Some really lovely ladies fashion in store at present. Must pay another visit soon an try some things on.

Clothes are obviously the main draw for this store but a need for better "eyes on till" approach is needed. Staff are friendly and quick but location of till upstairs is awkward as staff members may not realise there is a queue forming as they may be preoccupied with other tasks. Both times was waiting for service for 5 minutes plus. Other than that, shop is good with a massive selection of clothes and staff are friendly.

Mens section is super small and it doesn't carry much variety in basics.
