I
had
problems
getting
a
semi
integrated
dishwasher
to
replace
mine`s
that
gave
up
the
ghost.
All
the
ones
that
I
could
find
anywhere
were
either
fully
integrated,
and
I
doubt
I
could
have
found
a
panel
to
match
my
20
year
old
kitchen,
or
free
standing.
I
explained
my
problem
via
the
online
chat
and
got
a
reply
telling
me
that
if
I
left
my
phone
number
that
somebody
would
get
back
to
me.
This
is
usually
the
last
thing
you
hear.
Two
days
later
a
sales
person
called
Pat
phoned
me
to
tell
me
he
had
contacted
Bosch
and
they
would
be
bringing
out
a
new
model
,
hopefully
at
the
end
of
April.
I
asked
that
he
kept
note
of
my
phone
number
and
gave
me
a
call
when
he
had
solid
information.
Six
weeks
later
he
called
to
tell
me
it
was
delayed
until
May
but
he
would
let
me
know
the
minute
he
had
one
in
stock.
I
got
a
call
three
weeks
later
to
say
he
had
one
in
stock,
I
was
delighted.
It
was
a
Friday
afternoon
and
I
went
online
and
bought
it,
in
my
excitement
I
forgot
to
intimate
that
I
wanted
delivery
but
I
got
a
call
back
very
shortly
after
putting
the
order
in
and
it
was
sorted.
The
machine
was
delivered
the
very
next
afternoon
by
a
pleasant
and
helpful
lad,
and
the
old
machine
removed.
This
whole
experience
has
been
a
five
star
event
,
I
only
wish
more
companies
that
I
have
dealt
with
read
Hennesy`s
customer
service
manual.
