Great spot, lovely intimate feel in the restaurant followed by amazing staff and food. Would recommend the rib eye, Korean chicken and chocolate brûlée. Meals are well portioned and nicely presented. Perfect spot to mark an occasion. It’s popular so would recommend booking a couple days in advance. Also a nice touch to meet and briefly chat with Dylan McGrath on the night!

We had a fantastic meal at Rustic Stone. Delicious steaks we cooked ourselves with super tasty fries. The service was excellent! The wine was unique and very good. Recommended

Beautiful place with very tasteful decoration, excellent service and wonderful, very tasty food. In a sea of sames, rustic stone gets a highlight due to its non-conventional approach. We had the meat Bento and everything was delicious, with a special mention to the chicken and the broccoli. Everything was very tasty without being overburdening, and the tasteful touches like the heavily vinegary rice to clear the palate shows we're in the hands of a capable and caring chef. Will definitely come back to taste the stone cooked meat and the rest of the menu.

The food was delicious and exciting, the tuna was served with a hot metal plate to cook the fish in the table. They also have a very good selection of Japanese drinks.

The Rustic Stone is a cosy and romantic place to enjoy dinner and time out with friends and family. The menu is good, the food is average, however it is relatively priced €€ "compared to the taste and standard." There are no vegetables 😕 available with the different menu. There are no variety of sources for their chicken wings, although the location is good, and the staff team are great with the services rendered, the food itself can not pass the litmus test of a repeat visit. In my own opinion, it is basic and just meet the average pass mark. There is a lot of room for improvement in the menu. Some vegetables should be introduced to the menu list, and a variety of sources will not do the restaurant any harm.

I went with my husband for lunch, we always wanted to try this place. We were pleased enough discovering they had a few vegan options for me! we got many different things and the price was honest and the waiter was very helpful in explaining the menu, we found the dishes all very tasty. Definitely a 👍👍

We went for an early dinner. Was a bit quiet when we arrived, but got busier which added to the atmosphere. Staff were super knowledgeable and appropriately attentive. Food was pretty good. Would recommend.

Oh my god. Where do I even begin? The interior is gorgeous and the restaurant is huge, it stretches over three floors and looks very inviting inside. The staff are super polite, respectful, and professional. The menu is intriguing and there’s definitely something for everyone. Be aware that the prices are not cheap at all but you get what you pay for and the food is delicious. If you order steak you have the option of grilling it yourself on hot plates that they bring out for you and if you have the chance definitely do it!! It’s a show and an experience. They also have loads of cocktails to choose from. We absolutely loved it here and we are definitely coming back! Don’t even get me started on the dessert. You just have to try it to get the full experience. Come here, you definitely won’t regret it.

What a marvellous switch from the previous setup and menu to the new ones. Definitely unexpected, definitely worth a try (or more than one!) The new Korean cakes and bao are extremely good and light, the pork skin to die for. Finally a place where to find desserts using real fruits and without any sponge!

I’m from the US and travel globally for business. This was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had anywhere. Delicious - food, drinks, apps, meal and dessert. Weronica was our server and was caric! Will absolutely be back!

If you're looking for unusual cuisine in a beautiful venue, look no further than Rustic Stone. I would classify it as fusion Asian that is delicately presented. For starters I would definitely recommend the Crab Mayonnaise & Pressed Spiced Cucumber. For mains we had the hot rocks - beef & tuna. Both were exceptional but the tuna was my favourite. Every mouthful was an explosion of flavour, yet subtle. The venue itself is romantic with soft lighting & lovely wooden decor. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend it.

One of the best steaks in Dublin. Highly recommended. Also, Veronika was really knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful. Make sure you leave space for dessert, the cheese plate is amazing!!!

I had an great dining experience at this restaurant that offers a 5-course menu for just €28.5. The value for money is truly unbeatable, as each course was not only delicious but also presented nicely. What made the evening even more special was the fact that they surprised us with a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. The staff's attention to detail and the overall ambiance made for a memorable celebration.

Glad they are back! We learned the restaurant had been open for the last 3 weeks and we decided to spend our anniversary there. We had an amazing meal and our waiter Michael was super nice and helpful. The chef came over to our table to show us how to cook our chateaubriand, the meat was amazing. Unfortunately the wagyu beef is not yet available but it's understandable since the restaurant has only back open. However, and because we will definitely come back, I am sure we will get a chance to try it in the future. Fantastic experience, do not skip desserts, they are extraordinary. Please be advised that a service charge applies even if you are a party of 2. After dinner we joined the Bonsai bar upstairs were there is a huge selection of spirits and cocktails.

The new Asian menu is fantastic. Food is cooked perfectly, full of flavour and texture. A big shout-out to Alexandra who was a perfect waitress. Looking forward to go back to try more dishes.

Highly disappointed, booked a table for myself and my partner for his birthday. The restaurant itself was small, our server, very friendly and apologetic, was clearly stretched having to cover many busy tables. We ordered our drinks and these took 25 minutes to come, and when they did, my drink was incorrect, I understand mistakes happen but tables that had come in and sat after us had their drinks before us. We got our food which was okay but not as good as anticipated. I asked for the bill and paid, which after I then realised it was not our bill, I understand I should have checked beforehand but I would presume I’m being given the correct bill. I brought this to the attention of a manager who said she’d go sort it. Sat then for another 20 minutes with no communication whatsoever from anyone and when I called back the same manager she said she thought it had been sorted. Another female manager came over then and said that she hadn’t come to us because our bill had worked out at €1 more expensive than what I’d paid and acted as if she was doing us a favour by not pointing this out. I would have paid the €1, I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication and thinking I’d be grateful for the “€1” discount. Serious lack of communication from front of house and management. The only saving grace was our wonderful waiter, unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was lovely

Great place for great food. You basically pick cuts of steak to cook over a hot stone. Experience was nice! We got some chateaubriand, tomahawk and wagyu. A little disappointed in the wagyu, wouldn't say it was out of this world but it's typical of Irish wagyu meat. The chateaubriand I felt was best. They also had dips for the steak like a kimchi based sauce but it didn't really taste like kimchi, more of a ponzu type sauce. The asian parts of the menu did seem a little odd in juxtaposition with the steak offerings. I'd like to try their baos sometime but when there's good steak as an option it's hard to choose. Desserts were kinda meh but they were there. Got the matcha cocktail but had better matcha tasting drinks elsewhere. It wasn't bad though. Service was great, our waiter explained the menu really well and gave honest advice on what to order. Atmosphere was fairly pleasant - acoustics weren't too bad and the spacing of the tables was fine. Your clothes just might end up smelling like cooking.

An amazing experience! The restaurant is gorgeous, very cosy and elegant. The food is fantastic, with a great variety of Asian dishes. The chateaubriand was the star of our dinner and the desserts were very tasty. The service was very friendly and efficient and waiting staff were always ready when we needed them. We had a really lovely time at this restaurant and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Food was amazing!!! So fresh. Service was brilliant, so helpful with wine and side recommendations. Loosing a star for space and sitting. Was a bit packed and noisy when there where other seats free. Menu was also slightly on the expensive side for what it is however food was so fresh and great quality. Our waiter was Michael Jordan, he so lovely and helpful- really helped make our whole experience. Would definitely recommend to a friend. First date, event if family gathering- definitely something for everyone

Rating: 6/10 Food: steak on the stone is quite nice, though the polenta chips leave a lot to be desired. The desert menu is terrible as they've decided to lean into a vegan offering. Price: pretty expensive for fairly standard fare food. Other: wait staff are nice.

Booked a table for six but we were shunted upstairs as the staff couldn't find our booking. Very slow to take our order and when it arrived, it was wrong. Chef and wait staff hovered around watching us while we ate and made us feel uncomfortable. We were asked did we want desert and when we said yes, we were handed the menu with the waitress telling us she wanted the table back in the next 15 minutes. After spending €320 for a drink each and a mains only we were very disappointed to be run out the door. Never ever would we go back and we certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Well able to charge but lacking in atmosphere or charm, manners or hospitality, the food is nothing to rave about. Plate was fairly bare for a €38 steak and no onions or veg. If I could give a zero star review I would

Food, service, and drinks were great! The Asian fusion food was creative and delicious and the portions were perfect to be able to share a variety of things between 2 people. The drink was called a cherry lady and it was creamy and like a dessert in of itself!

Really great service and cosy place, just that it would be helpful if menu had pictures or better explanation as a lot of food sounds unfamiliar. New waiter Kevin was really friendly and tried his best to explain the menu. As for food it was quite tasty. Could rate it 5 stars but need a bit of brush up on few things to have 5.

Haven't been here in 3 years. Was devastated when they closed and was absolutely delighted when I heard it was opening again. Big fan of the new menu. Every bit of food we got was amazing. The value for the quality of the food was spot on too. Ben was our server last night and was super helpful pointing out different things on the menu for us and was just very nice in general. Whole experience from the bar upstairs to the food was brilliant. Back to being one of our favourite restaurants in Ireland and will be back very soon. 100000000% go if you haven't!!

Absolutely great! Fantastic service and amazing food. The rump steak, the 63 degree egg, and the crisp pork bun was just great 🤤 I will be back.

First time at the Bar section of Rustic (upstairs) last night. It was a fantastic night, everyone had a wonderful time. The service was impeccable. The cocktails were insanely good. I'd recommend - Over the Clouds to start, very cool cocktail. We also added gin to one of the NA cocktails Pink Cosmo. It is very aesthetically pleasing the whole bar. I cannot wait to go back.
