Food is ok, but very bad value for money. For the same price you can get a better meal less than 100 meters away. Definitely a skip ***Update: the restaurant also contacted me on my personal email (via the colleague who made the reservation). This is very rude and uncalled for. Please see my comment below: With this, I will go ahead and explain why I gave it 3 stars, and this is my honest review. I did not have any bad intention in mind. The food was not to my liking - the portions were small and the were issues with the preparations\ingredients that the impact the taste. With this, I do have to say, the place had a nice ambience and professional service - and this is the reason I gave it 3 stars and not 2. Please allow me to elaborate on the meal I had, and why I did not like it: Starter: Sashimi - the dish I received can be described as "Sashimi" only if you consider Biltong to be Beef Carpaccio - the fish I was a stale Lax. Main: Roast hake fillet - I received a tiny portion of fish with pieces of pancetta that were too fatty that on the verge of inedible (I could literally not chew them). The fish was "swimming" in too much sauce. The clams were "empty" shells. I could not find their meat anywhere in the dish\sauce. Spinach could not find any either, only in the description. In general, the seasoning was lacking - even after I added a lot of salt. Some of the Jerusalem Artichokes tastes very much like plane potatoes - which are not mentioned in the description. Dessert: NY Cheesecake\Tiramisu - the cheesecake tasted like a cream cakes (nothing was cheesy about it) and it was missing the thickness, richness and actual cheese taste that NY cheesecake usually have. Left mine completely uneaten. Same with the Tiramisu that tasted blend and was topped with fruits, that did not add to the dish, but the opposite. Also, I will point out other places nearby with good dining with pre-theatre options for similar price and offer a better value for money (not to mention cheaper ones such as Sano Pizza) FX Buckley\Bull & castle Forno 500 Fade street social Wine Cellar at Fallon and Byrne Brasserie 66 Chez Max The Winding Stair

Dinner was absolutely delicious and service was impeccable. Really love the ambiance an the way they decorated the place. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch as well. Would definitely recommend it for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.

Eating at Crow Street was a great experience! The personel was great at taking care of us with good humor and taking their time with us. Food was truly amazing, a true experience for the price point. We shared a specials starter of hot wings were we got 2 dish for 6 people. Then we went onto the main courses which blew most of us away. We had quite a few drinks and we got a complementary shot each.

Great brunch spot. I came across it on OpenTable. The nicest friendliest staff I have come across in a while. Food and drinks were very nice and they make their own coffee liquor. Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic experience here, the service, food, and drinks were exceptional. Looking forward to finding an excuse to be back. Some in my party got the pork belly which was fatty and not crispy like other reviews have stated, but everything else was great!

I came here with my boyfriend for a romantic dinner together. We ordered the steak and the pork belly and both were delicious! The atmosphere was really nice as well, with good background music. The waitress are cheerful and professional. Absolutely recommended!

Went for dinner here last Saturday for the first time, so impressed! The food and wine were absolutely delicious, well priced for city centre too. A great atmosphere largely due to the staff being outstanding, they were so welcoming, attentive without being obtrusive and just so sound. I look forward to my return visit!

Came here to have brunch and it's very good. €5 cocktails and free coffee or tea before 12pm. Their brown bread is delicious. We tried the Rosti potato+eggs and the eggs mcswiggan. About 15€ per person. The service is excellent.

🥂House of Bubbles 🥂 A super funky spot with an incredibly welcoming team! Haven’t made it here for dinner yet but if brunch is anything to go by it won’t be disappointing. Service is fantastic - staff are knowledgeable about the bubbles and only too happy to share while also maintaining a super chilled atmosphere. The brunch menu was more than adequate and portions were generous. A lovely lazy affair with no rush once food is eaten. The complimentary espresso martini for opening weekend was Devine and certainly indicates fantastic bar staff. Cannot wait to return for the main event soon. Definitely one not to be missed for foodies when in Dublin city.

Very nice place ! The music could be a little more neutral, but the dishes are worth it ! The squid ink linguini was amazing: every single bite had prawns and crab. The pork belly was amazing it had a mix of flavor perfect and the other dishes with praws and maionese are very very nice! The place was a surprise for us !

Great service, good drinks, food… I think I made the wrong choice ribs completely grease, I could have half, another part was just fat. Polenta uncooked. :-/

Had a super Saturday night here at the end of February. We had a large booking of 18 and Damien and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating, letting us decorate a space and being responsive with queries before the big night. Service was excellent on the night. We had a three course set menu and this was all done perfectly on time with no feeling of being rushed. The menu itself was delicious and by far the best value for money in town. Some of the prices for similar restaurants were a bit of a joke but not here. The name of the manager on the night of 26 Feb escapes me but he was an absolute delight to deal with. Big thumbs up from me and the rest of our party on the night.

I would highly recommend Crowe St, we had dinner there on Sat 2nd April, what a great experience, the service was exceptional, food was excellent, the cocktails were fab, a special thanks to Shane for looking after us & making our evening very enjoyable, we will definitely be back!

Went to Crow Street for some birthday cocktails. We booked for drinks only booking, which was confirmed. On arrival, and after ordering our drinks, the management told us that we were required to order food because of the form of “their licence”. They were rude and patronising and unclear on what was acceptable to meet their vague requirements. Given the booking was for drinks only, it was not acceptable. We were spoken down to as if it was our fault for already having eaten before coming to a venue advertised as a cocktail bar!! We ordered a few deserts as we were given very little choice as the drinks had already been served. The entire experience was poor and I would never recommend or ever return here. Stay away from this place!!

I came here after accidentally missing my reservation for another place/after I walked into it mistakenly thinking it was the steakhouse next door. But my god, what a happy accident THAT was. This place is hands down amazing. I got the sea bass (a special that night), and I honestly have zero complaints. Crispy fish skin, fantastic potatoes, well seasoned, just everything you want from a place. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable; I did that annoying thing re:drinks where I said, “whatever wine you like, I’ll take” and the waitress for real gave me one of the best wines I’ve had in a while. The food justifies the cost, by the way. I wish I knew about the place sooner, I would have happily come by. Cannot stress enough, you should totally check it out. They’re just…such a great vibe. I felt bad walking in 45 min before they closed, but they welcomed me with open arms. Best meal I had in Dublin by far, with a lovely staff that are beyond knowledgeable. Man, I’m seriously mad I didn’t know about this place prior, I would have been here every single night. It’s legit that good. I’m regretting not staying for dessert. If I get back to Dublin in the future, I’m 100% coming back here.

-Love the environment and service!! -drink is too small for me - seafood linguine very flavourful (strong parsley, lemon herb taste) -Honey roast chicken for a sweet tooth, smells so good!!! Overall: i would go again, food portion is good

We shared starters and desserts (all amazing) - my favourites were the gambas and calamari to start, and the coconut panacotta, so delicious! I had the seafood linguine for my main which I really enjoyed. Our server was fantastic, and the rest of the staff were lovely too and very attentive. Can’t wait to go back with some friends. Great atmosphere, food and service - thanks guys!

We had been wanting to come to this restaurant for the past couple years. The small plate menu was available and we asked the server how many plates per person (3 shared). The service was great and some of the dishes really were delicious but not the cost compared to what you get is just simply too high to justify us returning. The charcuterie board is a perfect example of what we would expect to have a bit of substance. It comes with 2 small slices of toast and is more of a salad plus some deli meals. It was really disappointing that the carrot salad had 3 total Carrots and some soggy fried Carrots ontop. I appreciate that covid had changed things but an extra couple Carrots or bread would be the least

Great service. The good tasted good. Was overpriced in my opinion but with covid I think that’s to be expected. Still, my partner left hungry after we ordered 4 plates.
