Amazing food, service and funny chefs! Price is also affordable, average 40e pp for tasting menu and drinks. The portion is quite big but you will be there for at least 1.5hrs... enough time to finish the food! 😁 The staff are experienced and the guys serving us do have a very particular set of skills. They'll turn into a mini xfactor band and sing for the group after the meal! They have a spot downstairs where you can chill after the session. Overall it was an awesome experience! Really really really fun dinner experience! Highly recommended! From reserving on the phone to being seated, to the service, to the food, this was a very lovely experience, through and through. Everyone at the restaurant really goes the extra mile to ensure you have a good time. You can’t help but leave here smiling from ear to ear. Absolutely perfect for birthdays or any other occasion worth celebrating. Long story short, you can’t go wrong here. Again, highly recommended! The restaurant is in a Georgian building. They have two type of seating. On the ground floor - large groups can sit around the table and a chef will cook food in front of you. The basement seating caters for Al-carte. One of pur friend's is vegetarian and they had plenty of options with veggies. I will highly recommend the Duck as a main course. For dessert, try the coconut ice cream and it comes in a coconut shell (check the picture)

Nothing but fun and good food. We ordered the tasting menu and had prawns, chicken, sea bass, steak and duck. All cooked to perfection. The show was amazing - fire, music, egg throwing. We rolled out of there full of food and happiness.

Lovely experience, entertaining chefs and staff! Keep in mind that your table might be in a room with 2 other teppenyaki tables so it might get a bit loud. We got the specials for €31.5 and the Nutella dumplings for €6. I recommend the steak and prawns, both were delicious. All dishes come with miso soup, a potatoes and veggies starter, and fried rice. Overall great fun for a special occasion!

Such a great vibe here. Didn't do teppanyaki, they have a dining area downstairs with a full dinner menu. The staff are so kind and friendly. Got the chicken gyōza which were quite stuffed with chicken and on a hot plate - fantastic. The spicy ribs were soft and succulent with a nice onion and chilli mix. The chicken chow mein was OK - nothing special. The chilli basil beef came with a sauce of a nice consistency and went well with egg fried rice. The chocolate gyōza was brilliant with ice cream! Probably the highlight for me! A place we choose to come back to every so often and has never disappointed. Fond memories.

Food was lovely the service amazing as usual. Third time going for the teppanyaki and it was a great fun. We went to celebrate my friend's birthday and it was perfect. I had the chef teppanyaki option and it well served.

The food was great, every single dish was delicious. Just giving 3 stars because at the end we got kind of kicked out while eating our desert because they needed an extra table for new clients. We had to hurry up and finish our desert in a second.

Good night of entertainment, chef and staff super friendly. You will receive drinks menu and after that you have to chose straight away the course or meal you want to eat. After they start the show playing with guests and preparing food. You will get a miso soup(ok) and after scrambling eggs with rice( not really good).In the end, you will get what you order, they prepare big amount of food so that's why the presentation is nice but the food is not that good! It's okay, to be honest. But I would recommend you go to have fun and the experience

Such a fun dinner! This place is absolutely tiny and there is not a lot of space to move around. So if you are sat on the edge you may need to get up for others at the table. Servers were very nice and the food was unreal. Our chef was really energetic and had lots of fun with fire. It's great fun on a date or with a group. Lots of street parking directly in front of the restaurant.

Although the location isn't spectacular, we can tell that every little detail has been considered, including the tablecloths,cloth napkins, and several plates for each type of meal. We had a variety of dishes including noodles, sushi, rice, mussels, desserts, and appetisers, all of which were delicious and expertly prepared. courteous and prompt service—maybe a little too “prompt”, since we were under acute pressure to finish our food. cheap cost. unquestionably worth trying again, maybe with the tasting menu, which looked enjoyable based on the other tables.

We had an AMAZING evening at Chai-Yo to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Our chef, Lester, was absolutely fantastic and so much fun! The food was delicious and the live singing and music made for great entertainment! A really special and memorable evening. Thank you!!

Eating at Chai Yo was an amazing experience! The staff are extremely friendly and the chefs put on amazing interactive performance! I absolutely loved the chicken with the Chicken Teppanyaki, the sauce they put on it was delicious! I also loved the egg-fried rice, and the Coconut Ice Cream has such a unique presentation and a strong coconut taste while also being creamy! I would definitely eat there again.
