How can someone mess up so bad? Absolutely terrible. The pizza Romana is paper thin and somebody managed to burn it on the side so it breaks like a dry sheet of paper, while the whole middle is still RAW! Raw bread tasting base, very dry with no tomato sauce and no cheese on it except a few little splatters. Also shocking how the normal base is basically a small pizza and the Romana a large for just extra 2eu (should mention the inches somewhere). So disappointed, feel robbed paying what I payed for it.

Went to other branches of Milanos in the city before and this one certainly lives up to others great expectations. Food was lovely I had dough balls Al forno for starters of course, followed by what’s picture below the Padana pizza. Very nice staff members, and their posters were quite interesting and “punny”. Would definitely visit this branch of Milanos again.

I ordered BBQ Smokey chicken pizza, it was cold and taste horrible, probably this is worse pizza I ever had in my life. I also ordered chicken wings and quantity was very less. I don’t see they give value for customer and food quality.

For 20 euros, a pizza that comes without cheese, a very poor pizza for the price. I don't recommend going. I ask the waiter and he tells me that pizzas are like that. If you want a poor pizza, this is your place. You would have to improve the quantity of pizzas

Went to this restaurant after an art exhibition. Good staff very friendly and food (two pizzas and cannelloni) was very tasty.

We stopped here because they had many gluten-free options. We were told that the chef was new and still learning. The typical food on the menu was great, but our gluten-free party member's pizza dough "tasted like cardboard".

Myself and another two ladies were waiting to be seated for 20 minutes. I had to ask the waiter when the person would come to seat us. Note there were at least 5 open tables without anyone seated. Maybe the staff was having a bad day or I chose the wrong time to eat. Or the equipment wasn’t working properly. The waitress seemed like she was doing me a favour taking my order. My glass was dirty, so I decided to drink straight from the bottle instead. I ended up eating a very tasty pizza with my hands because even the cutlery was dirty. Not sure the pics show the dirt very well because of the lighting. The couple sitting next to me must have thought I was a Neanderthal eating with my hands. Great tasting pizza but terrible service. Hence I only provide 3 Michelin stars.

After myself and three others entered this establishment we were left waiting for 10 minutes as a manageress walked past several times. After saying we needed a table for 4 she proceeded to say "I'm not sure if we have any tables available and you can only stay for an hour and a half" There were 4 booths free and 2 tables. After being sat we further had to wait another half hour before we were served, we had to ask to be served 3 times and kept getting told by the manageress "I'll get a waiter" she never did and after the third time asking she decided to get off of her phone and serve us. 15 minutes later our starters come, I have never had garlic bread before that tasted to dry, there was no garlic on it. 25 minutes after that we received our mains, I tried a slice of my partners pizza and it was also dry and bland, my carbonara was tasteless too I had to get up out of my seat to find a waiter to ask for some condiments for the table. This has got to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant, the staff never once came down to check on any tables to see how the food was, to take orders or to even give us the bill. Absolutely unacceptable and I'd advise others not to come here, especially after reading other reviews too, I wish I had read them before entering this place.

Great service in Milano Dawson street on Saturday. Food was great but Daniel our waiter was amazing. Took in all my kids dietary requirements like a pro. Absolutely handled a few busy hours without fault. Thanks Daniel. Food was great but you made it A+++

Milano restaurant exceeded expectations with its impeccable service and a staff that truly goes above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and professionalism of the team were evident. The staff's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu added to the overall dining experience. It's rare to find such a combination of delicious food and exceptional service. Highly recommend Milano for a delightful culinary journey with a touch of outstanding hospitality.

It’s my first time to try here though I’ve seen them a lot around the city. I ordered the Sloppy Giuseppe pizza and highly recommend it. The crust for me is just about right. not too thick nor too thin. Tastes really good too. The lemonade was okay, nothing spectacular. Coffee was pretty good. Paid 23 for everything. 3 because service can be better. Got to wait to get seated even if there were only 2 tables occupied at the time. Came for late lunch around 3pm on a Thursday. The waitress wasn’t really pleasant too and she was prolly cleaning the utensils and it made such awful noise. Theres a glass of water on every table even before you sit but they don’t really serve water unless you ask for it

Place has an amazing atmosphere. Food was absolutely delicious. Starters, mains and dessert were to die for! Both of the waiters were lovely, they were very friendly and attentive. One of them even helped me and my friend find a way back to the airport. I would definitely recommend to visit this one! ♥️

Food was top notch! Had the Dough Balls Al Forno and Margherita pizza. Would recommend. Wife had the vegan leggera pizza and it was also amazing. Will be back if I’m in the area!

Excellent! From the moment we arrived Asia greeted us with a smile and, as it was quiet she pushed two tables together to give myself and my friend more space. Asia looked after us so very well although she had no idea we both had come from cancer treatment that morning! She made our day brighter! The food was absolutely delicious and we will definitely come back as soon as we can.

My partner and I popped in for a quick bite, the service was quick and friendly and the salads were as you might expect. I was however disappointed that TWO members of staff put a small service issue on the fact there was new kitchen crew. Regardless of whether you forget the olives or not, you shouldn't be blaming the new staff in front of a customer.

I have visited Milano, Dawson Street quite a lot recently due to their extensive gluten free options. The food is consistently delicious and the service flawless. In particular, I'd like to highlight the wonderful service provided by Gary who takes great pride in his work and has made every visit a real pleasure. Thank you!

I visited Milano Dawson Street last weekend and I really recommend. I’m not vegan but I tried the vegan and gluten-free pizza, it was amazing. They have a lot of traditional, vegan and gluten-free pizzas options. The place is amazing and the staff are super professional and kind, especially the chef Thiago.

Loved it !! Nice relaxing welcome. We had 2 beautiful pizza's, one was gluten free, both were lovely. Followed up with honeycomb cream slice, gluten free carrot cake and cappuccinos. Price was very reasonable considering the quality. Can't wait for next visit !
