Absolutely love this little Irish pub! The staff is amazing and it is so much fun just hanging out. People are dancing in the streets on the weekends. When you’re in Dublin, you gotta stop here for a pint!

Loved it. Great atmosphere even on Tuesday afternoon with a mixture of locals and tourists. Friendly bar staff and of course a great pint of Guinness. Lots of little booths to sit in and relax after getting away from busy Grafton Street crowds.

Magnificent establishment in the heart of our stunning city. The Guinness was poured by Arthur himself and we talked for hours as I drank 16 quick ones. Will be back, 5 stars.

Great traditional boozer, no food, no TVs. Just good Guinness and excellent atmosphere. Was recommended by others to go…I would recommend trying for yourselves. You will not be disappointed

Best Guinness is in Dublin and i was told, that best Guinness in Dublin is here... And the tale did not lie. It was even better than in the place where it is supposed to be best. The atmosphere was mesmerizing. People standing outside the bar and enjoying the lovely pint of Guinness... On Thursday... Afternoon.

Lovely old World Pub. Fabulous pint of Guinness. Close to Grafton Street World Class Buskers.

A decent pub a block or two off Grafton. It's feels old, which is what you want in a good Irish pub. In fact, it is old, relatively unchanged since the late 18th century. The bathrooms are downstairs and aren't accessible. It has a few tables outside for good people-watching on nicer days.

Can't go wrong with a Dublin staple. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Outdoor space fills up quick.

Straight up Dublin pub, great pints good service. Don’t be asking for micro brewery bottled beer here, a Guinness for sure. Still a solid simple Dublin bar, sit outside on a reasonable day or more likely in the snug on a wet one.

One of the best pints of guinness I’ve had. After 2 and a half years of being away in the US with moderate Guinness this was a delight. Proper old school pub. Loved everything about it. These types of pubs are exactly what Ireland needs to hold on too.

This place is wildly busy after a workday. Everyone gathers around on the street to socialize and have a drink. It's lovely! Great for a pint on a nice evening

I've been to several pubs around the city. Coldest pint by far. Clean and historic and very nice bartenders, good location. Worth popping in for sure!

Kehoes was our first ever pub in Dublin as tourists, we will always have a beautiful memory of it! Very nice pub, not so crowded, gentle staff, two delicious pints of Guinness. ❤️

Incredibly rude and unprofessional bouncer, a large man who is mostly bald with a minimal amount of red hair remaining. Standing outside the pub I watched a minimum of ten people be let inside, I approached the door as well, and was promptly informed the pub was closed. I gestured to the two women who were literally let inside two feet in front of me, completely separate from the several pairs who went in before them, and asked where they were going. The bouncer replied: “none of your business.” Lovely stuff. No worries, I will not be returning.

When I was planning my trip to Dublin, this pub was highly recommended and I can honestly say that we had a fantastic time. A cozy and traditional pub that pours a fantastic pint of Guinness. I highly recommend this pub.

Standard Dublin pub with very attentive service, you won’t be thirsty. Enjoyed Liverpool v Manchester U here on many TVs available. Friendly waitstaff. No food available unless you’re okay with just crisps. This bar is for drinking.

During these hard times and all COVID situation you really do appreciate small things. The security guy at the door was really friendly and took our orders while we were settling in. That is lovely touch. We had only one drink with our friends but the time spent was good.

Go to Dublin.. Go to Kehoes.. it is the quintessential Grafton (off) Street experience for the man who doesn't shop and has to wait while others do

  • 1/5 Kate J. 2 years ago on Google
A perfectly dressed man was asked to leave yesterday. He was told, rather abruptly, that he wasn't dressed smartly enough. Attrocious behaviour by the bar staff. Would not recommend this establishment.

  • 4/5 Mark W. 2 years ago on Google
Lovely Guinness, iconic spot. Enjoyable experience. Only downside: €5.70 for a Guinness which is outrageous. 'Rustic' toilets. Would go again. 4 stars

A fine watering hole for a relaxing afternoon pint when you're looking to escape the madness of Grafton Street. Multiple levels so there is plenty of space available.

Excellent old style Dublin pub with one of the best pints of Guinness in the city. I visited on a Monday evening and it was very busy. Also a very extensive range of spirits and other beers and ciders. Would highly recommend this bar for a visit.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place! Real old man's pub but great atmosphere and staff. Love upstairs or if the weather's good take your pint out on the street. Just not a fan of the toilets!

The best bar in Dublin. I've been there several times over the years. The social side is good, clientele too. The staff are helpful and friendly. Plus the Guinness is really good. What more do you need ?

***Excellent Guinness*** This traditional pub has a no-frills atmosphere and offers good honest drinks, reliable service(David) and a wonderful clientele of customers...

Best pint in the city. I lived in Dubbers for a few years back in 2007, and returned a few times as a tourist. You will not find a better pint of Guinness anywhere else. Not even in the Storehouse itself. Get a pint, a snug and a bag of Manhattan peanuts. Thank me later.

We only had drinks here, so I can't rate the food, but the atmosphere was great. We sat on the third floor. They serve Orchard Thieves, so they get five stars from me.

Probably one of the best pints in town. Tight squeeze at the bar, but the best place to start up an impromptu conversation with a friend you have yet to meet. Great staff, talk about attentive bar staff, they will spot you 5 deep at the bar and get the pints ready for you. Brilliant spot.

Kehoes was the most amazing venue I visited in Dublin on my short stay there. The staff where so friendly and I even got to meet a Game of Thrones star whilst there. (Liam Cunningham) he was so handsome and such a gentleman. I cant believe I could stand straight and get back to the motel after 6 pints of Guinness but I did!!!!

  • 4/5 Michael W. 3 years ago on Google
Famous spot for a pint off Grafton street. Would be 5* but I once saw a barman refuse a gentleman for wearing shorts on a Summers day. Other than that, top pint

Was always, still is & always will be one of the all-time great Irish pubs.

  • 3/5 Sean 4 years ago on Google
The grumpy Guinness guru upstairs thinks he is actually Tom Cruise in the movie cocktail. Watching him revel in himself and sweet talk the waitresses is an insufferable experience. Worth it for the great pint of Guinness, just about.

Traditional Irish pub vibe with a great stand-up comedy show on Monday nights that's free!

  • 5/5 hacker b. 4 years ago on Google
Possibly my favourite bar in Ireland. Untouched original wooden interior with two fantastic snugs. I had my first pint in here in 1988 and loved it ever since. Back then old John Kehoe was living upstairs and would occasionally come down in his dressing gown for a pot of tea or something stronger. It has the perfect Dublin pub atmosphere, If you are a tourist and looking for a traditional Dublin pub with old regulars to chat to look no further. A Monday Tuesday and Wednesday are the best nights for a quite pint. Great spot for live Rugby and particularly Gaelic matches on the weekends. No food served and no music played,. This place is the real deal just great pints crisps and humorous banter. What more could you want?

Nice pub with a local feel to it. Can't fault it - it's a pub; it inherits the atmosphere of its clientele. Bar staff quick, didn't need to wait to be served despite being busy.

Fantastic Dublin pub. Great Guinness, great craic with the bar staff. A little snug at the front, big main bar and a back room. Upstairs too. Authentic and well worth a visit

A true Dublin pub. Great Guinness and the atmosphere is always buzzing.

  • 5/5 David P. 5 years ago on Google
Love this pub - on a sunny afternoon you will be hard pressed to find a better pint. As the sun goes down between the buildings on Annes Lane a well spirited bunch of people enjoy the craic. Inside it is a great time capsule, not much has changed in generations.

The barman, presume the bar manager was really abusive to the other staff. Treating them like children and generally being a moody bully. If he has issues with the staff take it up with them behind closed doors. It was disgusting the way he treated the staff, nobody should need to put up with this. Only thing good about the place was the beer was good and the place had real character. But the manager was a disgrace!
