I had the Chipotle chicken and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. I am also gluten free. The server verified how my meal needed to be made and they did an excellent job not making me sick! The entire staff did an amazing job and provided excellent service.

Managed to get a booking here in a very busy week in Dublin. Extremely happy that we did. Booked for 8pm with my wife and two daughters. Arrived 10 minutes early and were seated by Monica straightaway. Excellent service from the outset. Monica was very welcoming to our girls, food and drink orders taken very quickly and both arrived promptly. We ordered pizzas all round and I have to say, they were delicious. My wife and I both had the Midtown! It was awesome: Base was perfection and toppings worked perfectly together. We then had dessert, ice cream for the girls and real fuss made over them both. Wine was excellent and staff took time in a very busy restaurant, to make us feel very welcome. If it’s possible to have a local restaurant vibe in a busy metropolitan city setting, this is a fantastic exemplar. Needles to say, we will be back! Thanks Monica, and to your lovely staff. John, Paula and our girls!!! 👍🏻

We had a fabulous Lunch in the Gotham Cafe last Saturday, All my food was IBS friendly and GF, it was amazing to get so many options and care. A massive thank you to all staff. Its a beautiful spot and an extremely busy spot also but you have the highest of standards. Much appreciated, we will see you again soon.

small but nice place. strangles the eye to foreign cuisine: pizza, desserts and beers. I tasted the broadway’s pizza: not bad for being in Ireland 😅 if you want to take a break without many pretensions, that's fine. a nice and helpful guy served us. very fair price. friendly local😉

Great cheesecake! We only tried cappuccino, cranberry orange juice and the famous cheesecake but definitely going back soon to try the food as we saw some plates being served and they were super delicious

We couldn’t make up our minds what we wanted for dinner. We checked on an app for Coeliacs and found this place. When we arrived our waiter (Stephen) came over and explained that we could get Gluten free pizzas or any dish we wanted could be made gluten Free. This was one of nicest pizzas I’ve ever had and my wife said the same. I can’t wait to come back for some amazing pizza.

This place has been around for a long time. Having visited recently, I can see why. Tasty pizzas done in their own style with unique combinatios of tasty ingredients. Unhurried but efficient service. Wine list with reasonably priced options. Nice atmosphere. Great location.. Recommended.

Very friendly, pleasant and helpful staff! Incredible food that is very reasonably priced for such a central location and for the quality. We booked ahead in advance to sit outdoors (would recommend booking as this place is very popular). We were served by two members of staff, one man and one woman, who were both very friendly and welcoming. We ordered two salads which were incredibly tasty (we are not usually salad-eaters!). The vegetarian beetroot flatcakes dish was so tasty - one of the best vegetarian dishes I have eaten. We were very impressed. We got sweet potato fries which came with the salad (not usually our thing) but these were the best cooked sweet potato fries that we ever tried. It was clear that thought, effort and creativity went into creating these unique dishes. Every element of the dish complimented each other. Cocktails were good and very reasonably priced given this is a city centre restaurant. In particular, the Bailey's cappuccino was delicious. Staff were exceptional. Environment was spotless. We were not at all rushed or encouraged to leave even though we stayed a little beyond the close time. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Gotham Café to anyone. Thank you to all staff at Gotham for making our experience enjoyable.

Excellent service and lovely meal. The super helpful waiter sourced delicious freshy squeezed lime juice for my drink. Vegan burgers were great. Iconic Hot Press cover posters decorate the space. We'll be back soon. Thanks to the team

When Dublin hadn't very many good #pizzerias we used to come to the Gotham Cafe for family occasions. With the plethora of great Italian pizza restaurants in Dublin in we hadn't been here in many years. OMG I had forgotten how many of the pizzas I love! Obvs I could only have one on this trip so I went for Chinatown, a yummy mix of duck & hoisín sauce and spring onions, wonderful, I savoured every bite! We will definitely not leave it so long until our next visit! Great friendly staff and service and very close to Grafton Street.

We ordered Pizza and some bread with dips just before 9pm last order and they were happy to obliged. Great pizza and dips. The drinks too were delicious. Near the throb of the city life along Gratton street. We went seeing Riverdance on the 25 anniversary show. What an experience.

Couple of recent visits, excellent food both times: divine prawn starters followed by great pizza for me and chicken dish for herself. Top class service from experienced staff too is a relief

Went for lunch as a family of four adults and two kids. Food was excellent and the staff were brilliant. Turned on the outside heaters just for us when they realised the kids were cold. Recommend if you're looking for good food while pottering around the city.

Great spot for a quick bite after shopping, this place is a staple of any trip to grafton street. The food is well priced and tasty, service is attentive and friendly and while a bit dated I really like the decor. Went with the family after a shopping trip and it was great, even got a tasty glass of Malbec !

In two months of traveling France and Ireland, paying by card, this was the first place to ask if I wanted tho tip. American style cooking? American style owner not paying a living wage. Lemon Salmon was very good.

Great staff, especially the waitress with the big glasses who worked today, very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were great. One star less because the waiter seated a family with 2 playful toddlers right on the table next to us while the rest of the place was empty.

I have eaten here many times it’s a favorite of my wife. The selection on the menu is good and does vary from time to time, they make what I feel is the consistently best burger in Dublin, original style. Pizzas are also a firm favorite of most punters and again they hit the mark spot on, well cooked crispy base not overly loaded with toppings but most importantly they come out of a proper Pizza oven. Service is always solid even when the place is packed, which is quite frequently. Environment is nice a great selection of Rolling Stone magazines. So good for a quick bite or linger meal with family, enjoy!

Nice restaurant. We ordered the Broadway pizza, spicy wings and a plate of olives, along with a couple of beers and cocktails. The food was pretty good, basic Italian fare, however the service and vibe was a standout! The waiters were so great and a nice casual place to eat. Would definitely return if we are in Dublin again!

Went here as a family. With 3 teenagers, including one vegetarian, it can be rare to please everyone. This fit the bill well. Food excellent, service great; proper covid procedures being followed, etc. recommended!

Quite a selection of pizzas here to auit everybody, menu includes other options for those who DON'T like pizza. Had the Garlic Prawns for starters and they were delicious followed with the Flatiron pizza, BBQ base with chicken on a thin base washed down with a few Peroni. Go o get in there and try it yourself.

Loved the food. The calamari and the dark and stormy were to die for. Nice service as well. Both the chicken dishes were well done, but felt like the chicken tasted a bit dry. But presentation and quality were spot on. Overall 4/5 will visit again soon!

I visited the restaurant with a friend. I personally did not like the service of a male waiter who was very arrogant and frustrated that I was not going to order brunch and asked for a dessert menu, which was thrown to my table. The desert ( brownie )was good as well as coffee. My friend took poached eggs with avocado and bacon on toast, she said the toast was burnt and the eggs were cold.
