Food and service are just HORRIBLE. Ordered the serloine steak well done, it came very late and MEDIUM RARE, I had 3 bites and when I complained the manager ended up asking me why I didn't say before. Portions are VERY SMALL in general, risotto is tasteless. Side potatos were overly roasted brow in color. Just another wrong place to be at, experience much different from any of its international branches.

Had expectations about the food, but left disappointed. The risotto was like soup, the rice was raw and the food tasteless. It doesn't look like Italian food. The place is nice and the waiters polite, but the food needs to improve.

Carluccio's is an authentic Italian restaurant located in Dawson street. I ordered a Chicken Milanese which consists of a 🍗 chicken fillet, two slightly smoked tomatoes 🍅 and some green leaves with pickled ginger. If you happen to order it, please note it is not just another chicken fillet. The fillet is very juicy, perfectly baked and the quality of chicken is differentiable and great. My friend ordererd a carbonara pasta which looked great and tasted really good. We ordered a white wine and an aperol spritz. Their staff is very friendly and kind. They will always greet and welcome you with a big smile. I would recommend this restaurant for an evening date. It is right next to the luas stop so it is very handy.

Great place. Niall and his team are incredible. There on Saturday for a coffee outside. Maia in the deli made my choice of breakfast the best. Then Niall arrived to ask of I needed anything else!! Not often you're asked twice when outside in the AM. I'll be back. If allowed 😉

I hate to give bad reviews but I just felt I had to on this occasion, I was bringing my friend here for her birthday and we don't get out much so were excited and picked Carluccio's as we both love pasta. I got the Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli and she got the Carbonara. I have to say no amount of salt could have given my dish taste and my friend couldn't eat hers at all as the little meat pieces were very chewy and basically inedible. The waiter was very pleasant but forgot what I had ordered 30 seconds before and there were only 2 of us and never came over to see how the food was, as I say, very pleasant guy but just thought I should mention it. The dishes were quite pricey for the amount of food given, I only got a few bland pieces of Ravioli for not a cheap price. Overall I'm afraid to say I won't be going back, sorry.

Just a nice Italian restaurant. One thing I like thats ingenious, is they offer 20% off your next bill if you come back with your current bill within 2 weeks. Great strategy.

I liked this place since it’s situated in a good location with warm ambience. I had Florentine and cappuccino which was tasty. But the only thing that I was disappointed was with the staff. I felt they were quite cold as though they don’t care at all. They could have been more friendly :) But overall it’s a kind of a place I would suggest to my peers.

Our favourite italian restaurant. The Carbonara pasta is so delicious and the Focaccia with cheese is the glory. The staff is very nice and attentive👏👏

I’ve been there twice, one time for breakfast and yesterday for dinner, both times the experience was good. We got our starters and we didn’t even wait 5 minutes for our mains even though they had full house, the food was absolutely delicious and the price it’s not so bad, (let’s be honest, pretty much all the restaurants in Dublin are expensive) also very good service.

It was my second time at Carluccios. I really like their food, hospitality and the ambience. For indoor seating, they just asked for the covid certificate and we got the table. A little expensive compared to other such joints but was worth it !

Fabulous restaurant serving beautiful fresh Italian style food. Excellent staff who are very friendly and attentive. Food amazing as always, a few pics below of our food choices. We booked an inside table online. Our vaccine certificates were checked and were told the indoor dining procedures in place whilst in the restaurant. Great peace of mind knowing the staff are fully aware of the importance of asking for the cert and checking it too! Well done to all at Carluccio's Dublin.

Love this place. Both indoor and outdoor seating is very decent, especially when the suns out. Food has never let me down, always 10/10 authentic Italian cuisine. The staff have always been very good and the building itself is very nice. Easy to reach by public transport and right in the heart of the city :)

We went here for a special occasion with four children aged 2 to 15. We picked it because of a review I read that it was family friendly. It is Family friendly but definitely not toddler friendly. It also doesn't have many (if any) options if you have anyone with Dairy and Soya allergies. It is a lovely restaurant for families with older kids (8 and up).

A lovely hour + spent with my former boss and friend. Food delicious, staff attentive, friendly - and busy! A table booking is highly recommend at lunch time, some people had to wait for more than 10 mins. A lovely experience of great food and lovely staff. Will be back soon!

Came here for brunch and unfortunately the service was very lacking that day. However the service was super apologetic and friendly and the food was really good so I definitely would give it a shot again!

Fabulous food for a good price, the pasta was 10/10 absolutely perfect. The starters were also very tasty and overall the food was perfect! The dessert was also very good minus the raisins ;)! Highly recommend

Everytime I come here the food and service is always top notch. The staff are always on their game and so friendly. The food is delicious and they have a really good selection. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and it is also well laid out. Fantastic place and no complaints whatsoever. But they seem to be busy a lot so if you are going after 5pm I would recommend booking. Especially on the weekends.

Had family lunch for 6 in Carluccio's today. Really fantastic menu but especially great as hubby is vegan. Amazing choice and taste. Really nicely presented. Very efficient service even for a busy day in town with the All Ireland final. Would highly recommended going there

Carluccio's is our favorite Italian restaurant. Every carbohydrate you order there is amazing, whether it's focaccia, pasta, or bread. One of our favorites is the Burrata. The cheese is incredibly soft and has a taste that you can't find in stores. The salad is the most exquisite and healthiest dish I've tried in Ireland. It's a generous portion, and they use balsamic dressing with a sweet flavor that complements the bacon and chicken, creating a delightful bittersweet taste. We love it!

Very disappointing experience. We made a reservation for 3. They seated us on a 2 top with 3 seats, so we were very cramped. The best meal was the gluten free carbonara. Also, our celiac eater had no issues with it. Unfortunately, the other 2 meals were very subpar. The penne Giardiniera, their signature dish, was inedible. The pasta was severely undercooked and almost crunchy. They did take it off the bill, but it isn’t a dish easily replaced. The minute steak was over cooked, no pink at all in the center, but still edible. There is nothing to adsorb sound, so it was very loud. We will not be back to this place.

While visiting Dublin recently, we checked out this spot. I had very low expectations for the food in Dublin because I haven’t enjoyed the food in London. For our first meal in Dublin, I was actually quite surprised that the food was pretty good and most importantly had flavor. It was a group of six of us and our waitress did well with our table as well. I really liked the drink I got, which was the Rossini. It’s a simple drink (raspberry purée and Prosecco). Very delicious. I also liked the sirloin and bruschetta. The ambiance of the restaurant was simple and minimalist. I think it’s good for a causal outing.

A perfect afternoon...a good fair priced plate of food with a pint of cool beer sitting outside on a great street watching the world go buy. A real highlight of my weekend.

It wasn't positive. A course colleague suggested that the place on Dawson Street is very popular, there is a shortage of seats and I tried three times at different times until the opportunity arrived and it was not positive. I chose a Pasta Carbonara, I had the feeling that there was no dedication in preparing the dish, there was a lack of quality, the pasta was hard, the sauce was almost cold and the dish was not heated, that is, everything that professionals do not recommend for this choice occurred in the request I made. I reported what happened, the professional recognized it, but I didn't feel worthy attention to an unsatisfied customer, due to the size of this restaurant and experience, I thought it was a lack of preparation. I paid the bill and left. I learned that mealtime should be a pleasant, happy, tasty and sacred environment.

Great place to grab some excellent coffee and good food, whilst also doing a bit of business/off-site meetings - right in the heart of Developer Central in D2. Lovely architecture too. Staff are very courteous, helpful and professional. Just what you need mid-week. Never been here at weekends but I'm sure it is very busy, and rightly so

Delicious breakfast, ample choices and nice service. The €13 “all inclusive” breakfast (“Magnifico”) makes it even more worth the while….
