I was looking where​ to go for a lunch with my friend and I looked on the Michelin map on the app on my phone trying to find the place on the half way and Michelin recommend restaurant was right once again. Nice and tasty food for affordable price.

We were a party of 4 on Thursday night. The restaurant was full , really buzzy , we started with cocktails, all well made . Prawn cocktail, scallops , croquettes & Asian rice were excellent. Roast duck , sirloin steak & 2 fillets were had for mains with a side of cauliflower & cheese . All were beautiful, but the fillets were the star of the show, tender & cooked to perfection!! Deserts are home made and full of flavor. Mark the previous owner is on hand to help the new owners get on their feet which is wonderful. Sophie & the other waitress were excellent at their jobs !! Overall a fantastic night out . Foxrock is back on the map !! Congratulations to the new owners, you deserve your success!!

Brighton road restaurant ... fantastic... love going there. I know I'm going to get gorgeous food, great service, atmosphere etc. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Had a great birthday celebration there tonight. Well done and thank you to all the team

The food and service is really great. The price is not cheep but is justified by the high quality. A great place to treat yourself to a nice meal.

Excellent staff trained by the impeccable Mark Shannon. My family all enjoyed their selected dishes from a varied and interesting menu. The chef has talent there is no doubt about that. For a great eating experience Bistro 0ne is the place to be.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere in Bistro One. We celebrated my brother's engagement there last weekend and Mark and team pulled out all the stops to welcome us and to make our night special. Food was delicious and excellent value for the quality delivered. Comfortable COVID-wise too. We will be back. Thanks all at Bistro One.

Ladies night out. Lovely contemporary atmosphere. We all chose fish mains which were well received. The recommended side of cabbage was also a hit. Cheese selection is a la carte. Wishing the new owners well for the future.
