Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and had variety. Pearl and an Asian guy especially were very attentive and always served with a smile even when under pressure. I think rooms should be cleaned every day regardless if you stay for 5 days or not. Also after having cups of tea in our room we were informed we had to take our cups and any glasses we used to the restaurant/bar for clean ones. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we next visit Dublin.

This was our home for almost a week, we loved our room, the food is delicious, Richie, Leo, Pearly from the restaurant were going above & beyond & very friendly. Georgi the duty manager was extremely helpful, kind, helpful, caring, very personable, polite, professional & we really appreciated how he took the time to fix a few issues we had & made sure we were enjoying our stay. He gave us a lot of tips about getting around and things to do in Dublin. We don't wanna leave but we will be back. We would recommend this hotel.

This is not my first stay at a Hilton, but the first time I was cold. In the room hallways and lobby. For this price I expect to be comfortable at least in my room. Tried raising the thermostat from 24 C but it refused. I was told by the maintenance man that the hotel controls the max temperature, and 24 was it. Not satisfactory for me, so good thing we only stayed 3 nights. The breakfast selection was sub par, even if you need a jacket to sit and enjoy your meal. Great hotel for Eskimos. Count me out next time.

The breakfast was good with the usual European food. Wasn't impressed with the coffee. It would have been nice to have a machine that made different coffee drinks, I.e. lattes. Rooms were good size and the bed was firm. Pillows were something else. They were extremely soft and small; the size of a throw pillow. Great location. It was close to the Louis tram which could take you all over Dublin.

Stayed here for 7 nights to take our daughter to school in Dublin. ALL of the staff were extremely helpful during our stay. Rooms are wonderful and the property is in a great location in town, great views of the river, but also close to trains and buses if needed. My review here is really for the staff of this hotel, very, very friendly and helpful if we needed something. As a Hilton Diamond member, I have seen many Hilton branded properties, this one is a good one! Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel during our two night stopover in Dublin and I must say we were impressed by the service, cleanliness and dedication to quality in every aspect. Javier at the in-house restaurant was outstanding, we exchanged travel experiences, had great conversations and received his A+ service all through our stay. He made it even more special.

This hotel has changed. I stayed here March 2023 and love it the service, breakfast and staff. I stayed here March 2023 and did not like it. Service awful. This was the breakfast interaction Staff -hello room number Me -624 Staff -go . Nice greeting? As a gold member was not getting my complimentary water. When asked at the front desk. I was told "This hotel doesn't do that." Some of the food offerings were decreased. No bacon, some days they offer fresh berries for the home made waffles other days they did not have. Little things were lacking. Sevice could of been better. At dinner the waiter had extreme body odor. Overall I did not enjoy my stay here. Room comfortable and clean. Small gym area was nice and they do have a washer n dyer if you needed to do laundry which is nice if traveling an extended period.

First off - the staff here are great. Greeted pleasantly, quickly helped and end result was positive. Rooms were in good repair, nice windows and very clean. Quick visit to the bar was pleasant as well with plenty of screens, seating and attentive servers.

Staff are super sweet. There’s a Starbucks inside, a restaurant and a bar. Room was very clean. It’s close enough to walk to the center. Be cautious of your cars directions, as it will have you lost. The parking is in the actual garage across the street, and not the lot.

Yes. So much yes at this Hotel. We had some changes in our travel plans and the Manager here was so nice and helpful. The restaurant was good - The brownie was fantastic. The location is perfect for anyone who doesn't want to be in the middle of the city center (which was us - we could walk to anything we needed but there wasn't a ton of people coming out of any bars late). It was really convenient to get to and from the airport. If you are lucky, you can have a view of the pirate ship and the bridges which look truly magical at night. Loved this experience!

Always a friendly staff and great accommodations. Rooms are clean and quiet. The air conditioning stays cold! I find this can be an issue In European hotels. The location is great, short walk to temple bar and the rest of the city. However removed enough so it’s quiet and calm… Not to mention the buffet breakfast! 😍 I will Definitely come back !

This hotel we stayed in was absolutely fantastic and we never regret staying here. 1.The staff are so freindly. Even if you just walk past they ask how you are and if you are enjoying your stay here. 2.The breakfast buffet was soooo scrumptious and when you're done you can end it with an delicious fruit salad. 3. The room is quality,we stayed there for just one night and that was more than enough to prove how great the stay was. 4.Very generous amounts of product there is for a perfect bath such as:Body lotion, body soap, conditioner and shampoo also face soap. 5.Finally, there is a very comfy lounge area in front of the very helpful resption. Definitely recommended you stay here!!

Everything from reception to room was superb. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a river view suite on the 6th floor. Our kettle water tasted a bit offish, but can only assume that was because it was maybe not used for a while (the kettle). When I made mention of it, it was promptly fixed and we were even given free coffee from the snack station downstairs at reception. Gym is nice enough to do some basic exercises and restaurant looks lovely (we didnt eat there). Overall we were very happy with our stay

We had a lot of problems during our stay, and the service was severely lacking. Accidental credit card charges, accidental double charge during checking, an additional package that wasn't present when we arrived. It took a lot of effort and time to get these accidental charges to our credit card refunded. Fortunately, after a long time and many e-mails we got a very well-put-together response, with a generous offer for compensation. It is a shame the service during our stay was so low, as the location and the room were splendid. The room was clean and very comfortable. Besides the errors and the poor handling of these errors, we had a great stay. The only thing we wouldn't recommend is having breakfast/lunch/dinner in the hotel. The restaurant is quite frankly a mess. There was food left on the cutlery we received, the glasses were dirty (twice), there were flakes in our water and the food was overcooked. Overall we had a good stay.

The reception staff checking in was great and really helpful. She was a credit to your hotel. Unfortunately the night staff on the Saturday night were not so helpful and extremely rude. He was an Italian gentleman on the desk who, after our key didn’t work, made us feel very uncomfortable. He even said to us we might not even get into our room and be turfed out onto the streets! He also said all our belongings would have been moved by the cleaners and he would need to find them. Low and behold we got back into our room and our room was how we left it. The whole situation could of been dealt a lot better with out making us feel belittled and stressed that our room key didn’t work. The breakfast was ok but not very good system especially with Covid. The room itself was nice with no complaints. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of my personal experience and have advised anyone who is planing a trip to Dublin not to stay here. You can find hotels that value your custom better.

Great location. Staff were friendly and attentive. Buffet style breakfast offers a wide selection of fresh produce- no one should leave here wanting. We upgraded to a deluxe king with river view and this added to the luxury of our stay. Everywhere in the hotel was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The gym had a good variety of equipment with drinking water cooler available. This would have been a 5 star review had the hospitality tray included sparkling water, herbal tea, drinking chocolate or a biscuit as opposed to just tea and coffee. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Although we got room facing busy street on the quays windows were good enough to block majority of sounds and sleeping wasn't an issue. Bar staff was young and, sometimes, in experienced, but polite and friendly. Nice stay

My family on vacation in Dublin and we stayed 4 nights here. Location is very good, 20 minutes from Dublin Airport to Custom Quay bus stop and just 5 minutes easy walk to hotel. Breakfast is great, room is clean and spacious, and customer service standard is highly rated. In particular, Mariana Mar step up and help us a lot after my wife lost her hand phone, we recovered it and later with great support from Mariana and staff, we managed to ship it to Cork where we stayed before leaving Ireland. Thanks Mariana, we appreciate your kindness and help.

Beautiful hotel in such and amazing city. Staff friendly and very helpful even tho we had a delay checking in as our room wasn’t ready. An alternative was offered instantly. Breakfast top notch worth adding onto your booking. You won’t be disappointed. I would ask for a higher floor if you aren’t on city view as the fan system for the air on is on the ground at the back of the building. Which means you can here a slight vibrating noise when your on the lower level rooms . Nothing major unless your a light sleeper then it might be a issue

The is a new beautiful property. Great location and very kind staff. When we arrived we discovered our bed sheets had hair all over them. We immediately called the front desk, they apologized, changed our rooms and gave us vouchers for breakfast. We would recommend staying here.

We've used this hotel several times. The rooms are somewhat ordinary, but the breakfast is great and the service is always friendly. All of the reception staff are excellent, but we would like to mention Faiza in particular. She always gives guests a bit extra and makes them feel valued. She always met us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for her. We'd also like to compliment Kenneth and Marc in the bar and maintenance (with a special mention to Adrian and his magic screwdriver).

Excellent hotel with very good value for money. Very good breakfast, facilities in perfect condition and very attentive staff, highlighting Eduardo who treated us excellently in the restaurant. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the main attractions and monuments and there is a bus stop to the airport very close. Totally recommended

Good staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Super clean. Lovely bar/Restaurant. Perfectly located. Close enough to transport and walkable distance from the attractions but far enough not to be bothered by crowds and traffic

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre was nothing short of excellent. From the group reservations staff to front desk staff to the restaurant staff to housekeeping, we found everyone to be helpful and kind. Specifically restaurant manager Agnes went above and beyond to accommodate our large group of 43 people. We also appreciated the waitstaff including Myriam. The location is ideal as well. We look forward to future stays at this property.

Wonderful stay! Great location within walking distance to multiple sites and on the river. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was well equipped. Restaurant and bar was fantastic, our waitstaff Alejandra and Fumz did a great job taking care of our rather large group.

I have stayed in other hilton hotels previously. But I am surprised by the service standard. Rooms were not made up even though we requested for it. I was told they are busy and will be made up by sometime in the afternoon. Its already approaching evening and they still could not sort out the making of the room. I think there is lack of manpower and logistics that needs to be reviewed. Only positive comment breakfast and staff in the restaurant were good.

This hotel is the perfect location! The breakfast, bar and restaurant are wonderful. The breakfast is reasonably priced for what a great spread they offer. Our room was small for three people but very clean. We did have an issue with our sink not draining and our AC kicking off at night. We called three times and no one fixed the sink until we brought a photo to reception. I was disappointed in their lack of apology of how long it took to resolve the issue. The AC issue was never fixed. It was abnormally hot during out visit so this typically isn't an issue I'm sure. When we went to check out and stressed how difficult it was to sleep with no AC, we received zero concern on the front desk end. Hilton customer service has since then compensated us. Overall, a great hotel and we still suggest staying here.

It is in a great location. Next to the Epic Center. Standard hotel little bit grubby in the bathrooms, but clean otherwise and comfortable bed. River view would be nice once roadworks are completed. Nice front of house. Didn’t refresh the water in the minibar each day so we ended up buying some. Paper thin walls, did I mention the location ?

Despite a short stay we loved this Hotel. Modern and comfortable. A truly experience watching the crowds, as It was really busy, lively, but the hotel staff still found time to help us with guidance on our first visit to Dublin. It is set on a lovely redevelopment area location, close by to a shopping mall, restaurants and walking distance to the Center of Town. Crossing the bridge opposite, you are not far walk from Temple area, a tourist mecca, worth a visit.

I loved this hotel and while I’m excited to head to my next destination I’m also a bit sad to be leaving such a comfortable hotel! The biggest pro for me was the quietness of the hotel. I’m a light sleeper and I did not hear a single person walk by in the hallway or a door close my whole three day stay. Note: I stayed Sunday through Wednesday and was wearing ear plugs but usually I still hear some things at other hotels even with them in! The breakfast was amazing - full Irish breakfast and a good value - I could typically eat a big breakfast and then skip lunch. The hotel rooms and lobby are modern and fully up to date. The front desk and all other staff were friendly and helpful with local pubs to try- they recommended the church cafe and bar which had excellent fish and chips! The location of the hotel was 4/5 stars- an easy walk to tourist destinations but about a 20 minute walk to most destinations. I wish the showers had a tiny bit more water pressure. Thanks Hilton!

Everything was great. One thing was exceptional...our server Javier. He went above and beyond to accommodate our entire Globus party. From explaining dishes, answering questions, and making helpful recommendations. He is truly an asset to your organization. Thank you Javier from Roxanne & Patrick Hogan.

Really good spacious tourist hotel. Lovely big room on quiet back of hotel with no traffic. Good aircon and all room and bathroom facilities. One of the best buffet breakfasts we have had and friendly helpful staff. Really good range of food and drinks. Prices good for centre of European capital city. Perfect location for city site seeing.

Great hotel to stay in for a night in Dublin. Close to everything. Friendly staff, special mention for desk staff Marta and Aoife. Breakfast was wonderful and relaxed. Staff are very professional, keeping to current guidelines. Thank you for a great stay.

Hotel is good and clean. Room 718 has insane noise from bathroom that is very bad. Night manager Lorenzo is best of the staff- while others were perhaps rude, he was fantastic and always kind. I come to this hotel for work 4-5 times a year and would appreciate more staff like him.

Very pleasant and obliging staff. Rooms were well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing with added extra like waffles which you can make to your own liking. Nice selection of gluten-free products also. Location of hotel is ideal for attending performances at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre or for visiting the EPIC centre, Custom House or National Gallery.

Nice and clean hotel. The bar is cozy and staff is friendly. Only point of improvement might be the slightly aged bathroom interior, at least some of it, but this is just a (very) minor detail.

Location is great, it is close enough I was in walking distance of O’Connor Street, St. Patrick’s Cathedral and more. Staff were friendly and attentive. Im pregnant and traveling so sometimes food doesn’t settle well on my stomach or tastes are off, and they had no problems accommodating and switching my lunch out. The steak and Glazed pear&Almond tart were amazing! Buffet style breakfast offers a wide selection of food and drinks. The hotel and room were always well maintained and clean. The laundry room was easy to use for my long stay. I would stay here again.

Decided on a weekend in Dublin. Arrived far too early to check in but was asking if we could drop our bags, so we could explore. Despite being early, we were advised our room was ready & we could check in! All staff were amazing, literally - nothing was too much trouble! Even had a fridge in the room (& for someone who needs to store milk because they need coffee before doing anything, this was a bonus). Not in the city centre but we don't min the 10-15 min walk to get there. Thank you to all the staff.

Overall a great stay, with one or two caveats. We had an overall good stay for one night before leaving Dublin to fly back to the United States. Night staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was very tasty and well appointed; breakfast staff and service was also top-notch. The only downsides were that parking is kind of pricey (even with the 50% discount), the beds were STIFF. This made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep (can't necessarily fault the hotel for this, as our previous hotel stays in Ireland for our trip also had very hard beds. Maybe its just a common thing in Europe? Maybe firmer beds are the norm over there? Coming from the USA it was hard to adjust. Maybe offering a soft mattress topper would be a huge benefit for guests who find the beds akin to sleeping on concrete). Lastly our first room was way too hot. We tried everything to set the air conditioning to a lower temperature but it wouldn't go lower than about 74 degrees F / 23 degrees C. We opened the window to let the cold air in but it was way too noisy and the fan on the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. The unit was locked on constant heat with the auto fan setting so it would run for a few mins then turn off for a long time so essentially there was no air movement in the room and it was oppressively stuffy considering it was about 40F/4.5C outside. We requested help but the night staff was unable to change it and said most rooms were like that (I know its probably part of a central system that's all electronically connected and designed to monitor usage but I despise these systems because they force whatever settings the operator "thinks" is comfortable for them onto whatever guests are in the rooms. What is comfortable for one person might not be comfortable for everyone. Eventually they switched us to another room that the controller wasn't as restricted and we were able to enable the constant fan and lower the temperature down to a more manageable temperature of 69 degrees F / 20.5 degrees C but it was a bit of a pain to relocate to another floor after already getting situated. All in all it was a good stay, I would recommend this hotel to anybody who want's to stay centrally in the city and close to the airport, just hope that you don't end up with a room with a severely restricted air conditioning controller (if you're like us and like to sleep under a comforter in a cool room colder than 70F/ 21C then maybe you might want to look somewhere else).

Loved it. Great value for the price. They made me wait multiple hours before I could check in (won't even let me in half hour before check in time) but no complaints otherwise. If you're looking to do Dublin on foot, this is the perfect spot!

Close to Temple Bar and O'Connell street, sort of, my knee was giving me problems but if your legs work good its not too bad of a walk. breakfast was good with a good layout, most buffets can be chaotic but they had things set up nicely so everyone moved through well. customer service was excellent! and the room was clean and comfortable. i did enjoy my stay.

One of my favorite hotels… even if the bed was a bit tough on my back. On-site Olys buffet looks amazing and I wish I had the time to try. Shower is a bit small with little water pressure but the entire bathroom is modern and gorgeously appointed with silver and white. Quiet and friend efficient staff.
