Worst Phone custumer service ive encoutered in years, the person hung up on me. Apparently the hotel is closed atm, which is fine. But the lady on the Phone seemed bothered. If your hotel is indeed closed, record a vocal message and let people know instead of answering and being rude.

The best I can give is 3 stars. I have stayed there for 4 nights with my wife and my mom in the second booked room. So - the rooms look ok if you don't pay special attention to details - like probably never cleaned sink drain, ceiling fan with dirt in it, making unbearable noise or wind going through the window vent. The reception staff is ok. Breakfast - yes, you can have it, but don't expect high quality or large selection. My wife said the coffee is undrinkable. Location of the hotel is good - 3 or 5 minutes walk to a bus stop, about 8 minutes walk to Luas (tram) stop. The Dublin Coach from/to the airport also stops at the tram stop (it's a park&ride location). The heaters in the rooms can provide necessary heat but the controls are sometimes problematic (for example in my mom's room position 9 hasn't worked) and I think that there should be a small leaflet/sticker on how to use them. There is at least one vending machine on the ground floor and you can have beer or cider at the reception, also I think you can buy some regular food there.

Easily the worst hotel Iโ€™ve ever stayed for in. Filthy rooms, refugeeโ€™s & homeless all over the place. Itโ€™s practically an indoor laneway.

Fillty car park, overloaded bins. Dirty corridors. Once we opened the door we were completely disappointed. The room is too basic, dirty and stained carpets. The bathroom haven't been cleaned- hair in the sink, spots all over the toilet. Full of refugees, which i believe we should be informed of. The only thing is that the location is good, but I will never stay there again.

Price much cheaper the in centre of Dublin, but disappointed with overall standard of decor. Beds fresh & clean. Bathroom - clean. Carpet not so, with stains. Room smelled and there was a skip outside the window which did not help. Someone knocked way before the time we were to check out. Reception staff polite & helpful. Did not stay for breakfast.

It's a cheap hotel and that part is fine, not much to expect. However, we were given wrong information and had problems due to it. Short story: We asked before the stay if there is a luggage scale. They replied that there is. We planned with this and when we arrived there was no scale. The stuff didn't feel responsible and did almost nothing to help us. This cost us time and money and made things pretty stressful. In essence, this hotel and their staff should be considered extremely unreliable.

I stayed at the Ibis recently, I found the staff lovely and in particular the Receptionist Liz, she was so kind, and helpful with everything that I needed to help my stay be more enjoyable. I found the staff's friendliness, lighted heartedness and jovial humour gave a very happy atmosphere to the hotel. All the residents were a pleasure to be amongst. The hotel was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable, I had two nights of fantastic sleep. Breakfast was filling and kept me going for many hours.

Basic room, basic hotel - but the price is a little higher than what it delivers. A huge number of refugees are currently residing in the hotel, which is not a problem, but the fact that they gather loudly outside and run up the corridors late at night was a bit of distraction to my sleeping plans. The catering options for dinner are limited in the remote location. The breakfast was reasonable so long as you like traditional cooked only.

Skip outside dirty window, couldn't open window because of smell from skip. Carpets need deep clean, breakfast area to many flies, not much choice for the price you pay for breakfast, kitchen staff didn't look happy to be doing their job.

Hotel needs updating. Tired decor, poor food options (itโ€™s a buffet not a restaurant by the way), drink options also limited. The staff try their hardest but itโ€™s not worth the money to stay there. Rooms are very basic, stuffy with no A/C or desk fans. Wouldnโ€™t stay here again.

The ladies at the front desk are very kind, yet should have their discussions in the back. The room was an awkward mix between new and old parts. First the good: The bed and towels were clean and comfortable and attended everyday. The connections to the city are good, as Luas and bus stops are less than 10 min walk away. There is also a big, free parking lot and the noise of the highway intersection is minimal. However, a lot of work needs to be done.. All towel hangers were loose, the bathroom ventilation barely works, the shower curtain needs to be exchanged and the bathroom walls, as well as the carpet flooring need to be renovated. The walls are painted in Latex paint which does not allow vor good ventilation and makes everything look shiny as if it's wet. The water boiler was missing and the lights are very dim. Too expensive for these conditions.

The IBIS in a good location for the team into Dublin. Normal corporate style rooms, the service at reception was very good. However it would have been nice if the IBIS identified on the booking site it was mainly helping the Ukrainian refugee, whick is not an issue but at โ‚ฌ170 a night ๐Ÿค”

Not really impressive. They haven't been able to fix the door lock during my three day stay. Needed assistance every time I wanted to go in my room.

Staff were very friendly and helped us book cabs and set up wake up alarms in case. Location was far but prices were fair. The red cow station is a 7-10min walk though and it was a mission to walk back every night. You get what you pay for though.

We have stayed here a few times over the last 10 or 12 years. It has changed brand a few times; now its an Ibis (Accor Group). It's well located on outskirts of Dublin and with Luas five minutes walk away, great for getting into city centre in 20 mins without a car, for just over 4โ‚ฌ. Ground floor room was clean and quiet at night and bed was comfortable. However it might be cold in winter as window frame was ill-fitting (room 105) letting both draft and noise in to an extent. Generally the hotel is a little tired, not helped by its occupancy rate as many Ukrainian families are now in residence. Breakfast is just about acceptable quality wise, but nothing special. And the scrambled egg (mix) is grim. From a gluten free perspective there is gf bread available but it can't be toasted; there are no gluten free cereals; and neither the sausages, hash browns or black or white sausages are gf, so options boil down to fruit juice, bacon and yukky egg, yogurt, poor quality fresh fruit or bread and marmalade. So not marvellous, even compared with Ibis hotels elsewhere in Europe. We may not return for a fifth stay....

I did not stay in a room. I stopped in to have a drink at 1pm . I was going to take the airport shuttle from the red cow luas , and then on to Spain. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately they will not serve alcohol before 5pm. So I had a cold can of fanta lemon. The grounds if the hotel were full of rubbish. The parking lot bins were overflowing with trash. The whole appearance of the courtyard is ' disheveled" The windows were dirty in the lobby. The glass table where I sat down was filthy. The seats and carpets were filthy. Aside from the staff it was a kip

Spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast, which was cooked to order owing to the low occupancy at the moment. The location is a little out of the way but well connected via the Luas tram line. Several restaurants about 20 minutes walk away.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Went for a meal at Joelโ€™s this afternoon. Absolutely fantastic service even though the place was packed. Food was sublime. I ordered the chefs special for the starters and main, today it was muscles in a coconut cream and chili sauce, and shrimp stir fried egg noodles. Desert was also fantastic and...
