This was my third time staying at the Drury court hotel, and, once again, it was a first class experience. Due to my line of work I was required to stay here during the height of the pandemic, and for the entirety of my stay I felt extremely safe and welcome. The staff are always so friendly and more than happy to help me with anything I might need (Fiona, Emma and Sophie on reception are the BEST). During my stay I accidentally left behind a very sentimental piece of jewelry, and before I had noticed Emma had contacted me and it was posted to me hastily. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is amazing, the food is always great, and the staff are the loveliest in Dublin! This is my home away from home and go-to stay whenever I am in Dublin. My family will never stay anywhere else!

This hotel deserves 5 stars and more. The staff could not do enough for our party of Seven and the rooms were very clean and well equipped. We had ordered a taxi for 5 passengers via reception and a car arrived which could only carry 4 passengers. The hotel immediately offered to pay for an extra taxi. The quality of service all round was brilliant and I cannot wait to visit Dublin and stay in this hotel again.

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in during our 10-day European trip. Emma and Emma at the front desk went out of their way to help us, from allowing us to check in to our room early to helping us get a room with a bigger bed for my husband for our last night. We stayed there twice during our trip, and each time the staff went above and beyond to offer assistance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with perfect air conditioning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great breakfast, too. Absolutely outstanding hotel in a great location to explore Dublin on foot.

Really enjoyed our stay. Was surprised how quiet is in the room, having in mind that it was facing the street. Location is superb and breakfast… Best hotel breakfast I ever had. Not just the fact that you can choose from the menu but event the buffet items were good quality, tons of selection. Will he choosing this hotel any time I need to stay over in the city

Just spent a couple of nights here. Absolutely brilliant. Friendly greeting and offer to store our bags on the last day. Spacious room, great walk in shower. Very clean everywhere. Impressive location. Would definitely stay here again.

Not impressed. We booked here based on the rave reviews and are regretting it. We got in at 11pm and found a sequence of things that didn't work, but we were only here for one night (13hr stay) and it just wasn't reasonable to call them out for every singular thing. For instance: the extra double bed that supposedly sleeps three was actually two twin beds fastened together. Not great for a couple who likes to sleep in the centre together, but even worse I'd imagine for a third person who has to sleep on the join in the middle. Besides that, the bed was incredibly hard, and the centre edges are even firmer, leading to a lot of tossing and turning. In addition, we couldn't get the blind to stay down for love or money. Perhaps I was just missing something but I ended up holding it down with a clothes hanger fastened under a chair leg. Of the two bedside lamps, only one worked. I managed to get the one on my side to turn on by accident for half a second as I moved the cord, then heard a fizzling sound and couldn't get it back. The heater in the bedroom was either broken in itself or the display was a dud, but either way the result was that there were two settings: on or off. We opted for on, and by a few hours later it was approaching 30° in the bedroom. Lastly, the shower. The part that fastens the shower head to the bar was impossible to adjust. We are both tall people and were pleased to see that the shower head could be raised above our own, but the only position it wanted to be in was eye-level and facing the back corner. I spent twenty minutes messing with it, trying to force it to stay somewhere useful. This resulted in the bar coming out of the bracket entirely. In the end, I tied the fastener to the top of the bar with a towel. Decidedly not the best shower I've ever had. In addition, we ordered dinner in and the delivery person was unable to contact us upon arrival due to our international numbers. I got a notification that they were downstairs and raced down but was unable to find them. In desperation, I asked the concierge if they'd come in. The concierge said yes, they had been in, and chased down the street with me in tow to try and find the driver. I appreciate them helping us flag down our food, but I'm confused why they didn't try to call us when the driver arrived and inquired in the first place. Pros: you get an entire small apartment, very quiet, feels very private. Random cooking utensils. Everything else worked. If you've got the patience and time to get their help with multiple things, maybe it would be worth a longer stay. But for one night, I'd say go elsewhere.

Very good hotel in a nice area! Clean rooms, super friendly staff who even suprised us with a cute decorated room. Breakfast was on point, so many choices to enjoy a real irish breakfast! We’re 100% coming back when back in Dublin! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

I have stayed 5 times, and I am never disappointed. Great location, wonderful staff. I love that they remember us every time we check in. I Love walking out the door into the center of Dublin.

Room are spacious, renovated and have double windows so very quiet for sleeping. The reception team is very friendly. The breakfast is served in the pub (same building) opened only for hotel guests in the morning and offering a unique atmosphere. We loved our stay here (2 stays).

Nice rooms. Comfortable beds and right in the action. Room had double windows and I couldn't hear a single sound from outside. Air conditioning works excellent. Car parking at Drury car park is super easy and hotel guests get a discount. Only gripe is to skip the laundry service if you don't smoke, clothes were really smoky when we got them back but the service was excellent.

This hotel is great in every way. Perfect location for walking to see the sites, friendly helpful staff, quiet rooms (I stayed on a Friday night and despite my room facing the road above one pub and opposite another, I barely heard any noise) and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great location. Close to everything, but still not noisy. We slept with the window open with no noise. 24/7 front desk to check in and out. Front desk workers are very helpful with suggestions and reserving an early morning taxi to the airport. Beds are great. Rooms are old, so slight issues like a little mold in the shower, but nothing major. This would be my first option for a return trip to Dublin.

Always travel with the family to this hotel for 1 night Christmas week, to experience the atmosphere in Dublin. Rang the hotel at late notice this year and they accomodated us. Very pleasant staff and a box of chocolates in each room was a nice touch. The friendliness of the staff the excellent rooms and the location, make this our hotel of choice and happy to recommend to others.

Quiet & clean hotel close to restaurants and shopping. Beds are comfortable, AC is cold, thick windows provide peace & quiet. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Maddy & Jayne gave us suggestions of places to visit & good restaurants. Front desk called in our room service order and ordered taxis when we needed one. Top sheets available, wash cloths also available. Highly recommend this quaint hotel.

Great location, functional, zero ambiance. Breakfast included. Towels had brown marks all over them. Very inflexible receptionist who would not allow late checkout even though this was offered at check-in. Pay the bit extra and stay elsewhere for some real Dublin atmosphere.

Great hotel and wonderful staff. I think this was the most helpful hotel team I’ve ever encountered. They were very honest when we asked about avoiding tourist locations and gave us many local spots to try. Highly recommend a stay here. Great surrounding restaurants. Great breakfast and accommodating for Celiac / gluten free options.

Very central hotel, within 10/15 mn walk to popular touristic sites. The bedroom was large and clean, very quiet as well. The staff is friendly and always there to help. The breakfast was not included in our price but we got it for free. We will definitely come back to Drury Court when we come to Dublin again!

Location was fabulous, walking distance to pubs, shopping you name it. What made our stay for 6 nights, my friend and I, was the front desk staff, they were all absolutely amazing, ready to help, give us tips on getting around, I cannot say enough of their kindness. Emma, Emma, (there's two Emma's:-) Laura just to name a few. I will be back, this time with my husband, and will definitely stay at the Dury court Hotel. Sending our best Sandy

We arrived after 3pm, Sunday 15th August 2022. We found the check-in easy and smooth. Reception were fantastic and we could not ask for any improvement. We brought some bubbly and asked if we could have a ice bucket, it was delivered very very quickly. The room was as the images on thier website and even though we were on the first floor, above the bar, it was well insulated. Would recommend the overall experience.

Terrific hotel right in the middle of Dublin. Clean, updated rooms with a/c, perfect for a stay after a long flight in. Hotel has a lift and is very secure. Staff is super friendly and gave great recommendations for breakfast and pub dinner. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was perfect for our family to stay in 4 triple rooms for 5 nights while attending a wedding and the festivities. Great that is was close to the wedding venue but also loved how they were centrally located to restaurants, bars and shops. More importantly is that the staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and comfortable for our stay. I knew of Emma and Fiona through the many changes that we made through email and they were wonderful in assuring us of details and accommodating those changes. Also a plus was PMac’s restaurant attached to the hotel as it was convenient and had great food including room service.

Front desk staff - Emma and Emma and Leonie and Alexandra (housekeeping) ..... this entire team is super helpful and make it a joy staying in this hotel. From check-in to check-out we enjoyed everything. Breakfast is next door and the staff there is super nice too. We would come back to this hotel because of the staff, the location, the convenience to local shows and shopping area is GREAT! The only reason for 5 stars is because we can't give 10!

We stayed here for our wedding night in May. It was the perfect hotel for us, the room was lovely and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Not to mention location is excellent. We really felt cared for at the hotel so thank you Drury Court Team 😊a few of our guests had also booked rooms and they enjoyed their stay. We're looking forward to staying again someday

Very clean rooms. Very quiet and close to everything you want to see in Dublin and close to the bud stops for day excursions. Our luggage was lost when we flew into Ireland. We didn’t not get it for nearly two days. The staff was so extremely helpful with giving us a few essential personal items to help us for a few days. While we were out trying to make the most of our vacation, the staff called the airline and the baggage company 67 TIMES for us!!!! We never felt more cared for! They all kept us updated with who they talked to and when they talked with someone each time we came into the hotel. The staff are absolute wonderful and caring. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend everyone to stay here. It’s a fantastic place

Fantastic hotel nestled in the very heart of Dublins city centre, a few 100 m from Grafton St. Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The team are very friendly and professional. Pricing was very competitive. I have found my new Dublin lodgings.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Customer service goes above and beyond all the time to make sure you’re taken care of. Rooms are great for the price, and the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Dublin. We‘ve stayed here twice and will be staying again during our next visit.

What a fantastic hotel! Great location (close to the shops and bars), delicious breakfast (highly recommend full irish!), clean and spacious rooms, free wifi, comfy beds, super quiet considering you are on top of the busy night life below. But most of all, the staff are super friendly and every one of them couldn't do enough to help us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if visiting Dublin. Thank you.

I was staying here with a group. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, and it was very comfortable and clean. Fantastic location close to Stephens Green. The staff are superb. We have already booked it for our next stay in Dublin.

Myself, Hubby and 2 year old stayed her last Sunday night. I have never been in a Hotel where every staff member was as nice as the next, from reception, to housekeeping, to waiting staff! So impressed!!! The hotel itself is lovely, on entry reception is small, but clean and basic. Our room was fab, lovely and clean, and surprisingly spacious. It even had a 3 seater couch! Everything you need was there, from kettle to safe to iron and board. This Hotel should be very proud especially of each member of staff!!!!!!

Stayed here last week with group of friends and it’s in a great location in the Stephen’s Green area. The apartment was three-bedroom and very clean and comfortable with small kitchen area so very suitable for those who want to have a light snack. Lots of towels, plus bathroom toiletries provided. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Not my first visit here and certainly won’t be my last.
