The hotel is very nice, rooms had everything we needed, and the front desk was helpful. The breakfast in the morning and bar is also great. The parking was a bit frustrating to deal with because it’s hard to find at first and you have to constantly get a new card punched at the front desk every time you drive back in, but on the positive side the parking garage was free for hotel guests. They could improve on making the parking a little more convenient for guests. But other than parking everything was excellent.

Rooms were fine and clean. Check-in was quick. There are transit stops right outside the hotel, and across the street is a mall and a Tesco. The hotel was really difficult to find and we had a lot of trouble finding the car park because the signage isn’t great and there are limited road accesses/ one way streets.

We stayed for two nights. The staff were very welcoming and our room was very comfortably furnished and clean. On the downside our room was directly adjacent to the tram track so we didn't get much or very good quality sleep so we definitely wouldn't return. Also, we noticed that despite having numerous stations for anti-bacterial gel that only one out of the four we tried actually had any gel in it. In my opinion enabling people to keep their hands clean is an easy win in controlling the spread of disease so they should keep those dispensers topped up for everyone's sake. In addition, we noticed that the communal areas were not cleaned to the same standard as the room. Much prefer it that way round but does give a poor impression!

Would gladly stay here again. Stayed here 2 separate times in 2 different rooms over a 2 week period. The lobby bar is a great place to unwind at the end of the day and the bartenders were always accommodating. The safe was broken in the first room we stayed in which was an inconvenience but not insurmountable. The second room had a towel rack that was falling out of the wall but their maintenance team had it fixed in a day. They only provide 2 bath towels per room. My wife had obtained a third towel from the front desk but the next day after the maid service we were back to only 2.

Great place to stay in Dublin. We were there for 5 nights. Breakfast is quite simple, the tramp to city centre is just behind the hotel. Duration some 40 minutes, but intervals every 10 minutes. Strongly recommended!

Good things: The room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the bed was very nice. The TV had all the major streaming platforms installed and the internet connection in the room was stable and fast. The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful. Bad things: No power outlet in the bathroom and a very old hairdryer. No fridge in the room. The restaurant wasn't good, very shy and unfriendly staff and the food was bland and overcooked. The breakfast buffet is just sad, bread rolls hard as stone and a soggy fruit bowl.

A mall is right across the street with restaurants, shopping and a post office. The Laus (a public transportation system) is right outside the hotel and will get you just about anywhere. The hotel cafe is located just off the lobby and has great food and friendly service.

A solid hotel with a few quirks. The rooms are clean and nice. The service is friendly and it's right beside a mall and the tram. The downsides are the shower temperature is impossible to control. I had a very cold shower on arrival and the shower was so hot in the morning I could not use it. Parking is confusing and you won't get there with google maps. The room numbers make no sense. Room 115 is on the second floor (which is actually the 3rd floor). Why you wouldn't number them to correspond with the floor number is inexplicable.

I paid 4* price for a 3* hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. There is a restaurant ground level. There is no refrigerator, no water except tap water in the room. The bathroom only has soap, shower cap, and shampoo; no conditioner, no lotion, no makeup mirror, no q-tips, no extras basically. The hotel has no gym, no pool, no view, no lounge. My room was right outside the tram on the 3rd floor so it was noisy. To get to the city center by tram is 1H away, taxi is 20-30 minutes. If you are looking for a luxurious stay in Dublin like I was, this is not the hotel you are looking for.

The Osten Bar and Restaurant in Glashaus are fab especially their chicken wings I have had loads of chicken wings from different places but no one can match their taste perfectly cooked, slightly sweet goes great with their Blue cheese dip awesome restaurant

It’s a good hotel and good breakfast but need maintenance! In the bathroom the rubber rug is very dirty and musty, the light on lampshade is broken and I didn’t found the refrigerator included! The location is farway from Dublin airport (25 minutes)!

I thought that the Glashaus Hotel was a great place to stay. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant was pretty good. When I got to the hotel, I realized that I had booked it for the wrong night. The staff was very accommodating and helpful in getting me a room for the one night difference.

Was ok. I had asked for a quiet room but apparently the quietest room was beside a square which was loud. Only stayed a night so managed fine. Next to Luas.

Booked the board room for a business meeting. Price for the room was competitive. Service was great. Sandwiches were fresh and varied. The tea and coffee that was dropped to the room was excessive.. and no water!! The refreshments were the same price as the room purely because of the tea and coffee. Just order what you need if you're not asked what you require

Comfortable room, right next to the red line luas stop in Tallaght. Easy check in and staff were friendly and made me feel welcome.

We stayed at Glashaus for three nights for and really enjoyed our time there. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and kept our luggage for us when we arrived early. We ate at the onsite restaurant and bar, Osten, several times, and the food was wonderful. Throughout the rest of our trip after leaving the Dublin area, I missed not having this restaurant as a go-to. The hotel is outside the city center but has a Luas stop right outside for easy travel into central Dublin. We loved that it was in a non-tourist area because local shopping was far less expensive, and there was a mall right across the street with everything you could need. There's also a library next door and a movie theater in the mall, both of which we took advantage of during our short stay.

I stayed here for one night, and I have to say that the staff are very nice and friendly but the room I stayed in was absolutely filthy! There was dust all over the bed side tables, the room was so dusty. The bath was actually disgusting!! There was all dirt and some one else's hair strands stuck under the bath screen. The bathroom tiles were all cracked and the tiles on the wall were destroyed with limescale. The room overall was filthy. The hotel needs a makeover in the rooms and better household staff.

I would describe the experience as ok. Not bad, not good. The hotel is hard to find when you come by car. You should get Euro Car Park as objective and not the hotel, cause the front desk is not accessible by car. The only thing which was excellent was the staff. Friendly, helpful and in a good mood. Arrived almost midnight, was no water in the room, vending machine not really working, we got water from the reception in some glasses. Room was ok as well. Loud and shaky everytime when the tram passed by. Clean everything, nothing to complain there. As said at the beginning as well, an ok experience. Would go there again? For a night yes, longer no. There are better options in Dublin.

Great staff and service!! Comfortable room. Thanks to Sean for bringing a heater and fork to our room.

Ok basic value hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet, but small. There is nowhere else to sit or work in the lobby. The bar was busy and the staff weren't interested in service. Breakfast is in the bar room, tables were grubby and staff again were not attentive or lacked experience. If you're driving using Google Maps make sure to enter Glashaus Carpark. Entering the hotel name won't get you to the right place.

Although the Glashaus is way out of the city centre, it is right next to the Luas Red line for Tallaght. This means its only a twenty minute ride into see most of Dublins attractions. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant. The rooms were modern and clean with plenty of room amenities. Around the back of the hotel is a large shopping complex with a variety of restaurants and bars within close proximity to the hotel. Check in and out was easy. If you are coming from Dublin airport to the hotel take the Big Green Bus from zone 16 opposite terminal 1 of the airport, then change at Red Cow Luas Park and ride for the tram to the hotel.

Staff very pleasant. Room was grand but with the tram lines xan get noisey. The cleaning of the tracks was load but only when on for an hour or so. Food was in bar and was very nice. Chicken curry n boiled rice was lovely. Had a sneaky beer b4 bed. Only down side was only one lift working so might have to wait if there's a que to get to room. Over all I found it a great little spot and with the square (shopping centre) across road good spot for shopping n food but might have to wait for a table there...

Good bathroom & wake me up shower. A great night's sleep. Near Red Tram route station straight into Dublin center. All day ticket for less than €6

The Glashaus is a fabulous place to visit if you are going to a show in the Civic theatre. We were there on Saturday night and the staff were so friendly and professional in the way they dealt with us. We were only there for a bite to eat before a show but they looked after us well. The food was amazing and we'll presented.

The one thing I would critise about the bar is that on a busy Friday night they have only one member of staff serving which is very unfair to the staff member as they are under extreme pressure. Even though this was the case, the barperson was extremely professional and courteous.

Excellent customer service experience every single time. So close to Affidea clinic, great accommodation for anyone undergoing treatment. A huge thank you to Debbie the manager for her kindness everytime. See you in the new year!

Noisy. The luas runs right outside. Poor selection for breakfast. We stayed there on St. Patrick's night and overpriced for what it has to offer. But very nice staff.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, good food. Tram 2min walk from hotel so easy to get to Central Dublin. Shopping centre with a Tesco near by with taxi rank.

Stayed here for 2 nights from Australia and although it’s out of Dublin City Centre we found it to be perfect for our travels. The room was large and spacious, towels were provided and the amenities were awesome. The bed could have a mattress topper to make it softer but it wasn’t a big deal as we weren’t there for too long. It was very quiet for us and easy to get to sleep with a vending machine on the floor as well for snacks. A tram line is right outside the hotel to go into Dublin City and it’s easy to use and navigate your way around. A mall is conveniently behind the hotel as well. A bar and restaurant is downstairs and plenty down the street. If we ever come back to Dublin we would stay here again.
